Building of hFⅨ transgenic mice by spermatogenic cells

Human FⅨ expression vector pCMVⅨ was packaged by effectene^TM reagent and injected into mice seminiferous tubules with glass pipettes.The expressional frame of pCMVⅨ was examined by PCR and Southern blotting among 41 progenies.There were 2(4%) mice being integrated with hFⅨ gene into chromosomes.4.6ng/mL of hFⅨ protein was expressed in plasma of one mouse,which was tested by ELISA.We demonstrated that building of transgenic animals by spermatogonial stem cells is an efficient method.Meanwhile,it has also been proved to be an alternative choice for mammary gland bioreactor.     

Loess-soil sequences in southern Anhui Province： Magnetostratigraphy and paleoclimatic significance

Two parallel loess-soil sequences from Xuancheng and Fanchang in southern Anhui Provinces are dated using geomagnetic and luminescence methods.The Brunhes/Matuyama(B/M) reversal boundary is recognized within the lower part of the so-calles Vermiculated Red Soil (VRS) in the Xuancheng section while the entire Fanchang sequence is of Brunhes age.This indicated that the most recent VRS in southern China,a stratigraphic marker and an indication of extremely warm-humid conditions,was formed during the middle Pleistocene,chronologically correlative with the S4 and S5 soil units in northern China.Microscopic and sedimentologic in vestigations reveal that eolian deposition started in this region at about 0.85 MaBp,roughly synchronous with the well-known Mid-Pleistocene climate change of global significance.The strengthening of both summer and winter monsoon circulations and the consequent river hydrological changes at that time would have provided favorable conditions for sustained eolian deposition in the middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River since 0.85 MaBP.     

弹塑性有限元法在土坡稳定分析中的应用

通过抗剪强度折减弹塑性有限元法研究土坡的总体安全系数及相应的变形状态，通过与传统极限平衡法的对比分析，对强度折减有限元法分析土坡稳定问题的优缺点进行了评价。     

邻苯二甲酸根桥联铜多聚配合物的谱学性质与成键状况

对邻苯二甲酸根桥联铜多聚配合物{[Cu(phth)(phen)(H_2O)」·H_2O}(Phth表示邻苯二甲酸根二阶阴离子;phen表示1,10-邻菲咯啉)进行了红外光谱和紫外可见光谱研究,探讨了配位中心铜(Ⅱ)离子的成键状况。结果表明,铜与配位原子N、O形成一个畸变的四方锥结构。     

不同碳源对红边朱蕉组培苗生长的影响

从碳源角度进行了降低红边朱蕉组培苗生产成本的试验；比较分析了蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、食用白糖和红糖等5种碳源对红边朱蕉试管苗增殖速度、根诱导效率、内含物积累的影响，分别以蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、白糖、红糖为碳源培养4周，培养物均能很好地生长、生根，同时有利于可溶性糖和蛋白质的积累。结果表明，在组培快繁中。为降低成本，可以食用白糖、红糖等为碳源，替代分析纯蔗糖。

合成了冠醚配合物:[K(18C6)][BPh4],通过元素分析、红外光谱、单晶x-射线衍射对其进行了表征.该配合物为单斜晶系,空闻群P2(1)/n,晶体学数据:a=1.4548(4)nm,b=1.3956(4)nm,c=1.7497(6)nm,β=111.254(5)°,V=3.3110(18)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1328,R1=0.0797,wR2=0.2047.配阳离子[K(18C6)]+中的K+与[BPh4]-中的其中一个苯环存在K+——π相互作用。     

论在经济交往中盗赃物的善意取得

善意取得制度是民法的一项重要制度，受物权法调整。我国现行立法对善意第三人的权益保护不周，尤其是在刑事司法实践中，善意占有人的权益常常受到侵害。我国善意取得制度立法宜采“中间法立场”，兼顾所有权保护与交易安全，对盗赃物等占有脱离物，在立法技术上，采“例外规定主义”。     

配合物稳定性顺序的测定

本文通过化学分析的实验方法测定了第一过渡元素几种二价中心离子与EDTA配合形成的过渡金属配合物的稳定性顺序:Mn2+Zn2+,从实验数据得到证实,中心离子对配合物的稳定性影响与理论上的判断相吻合。
