企业终极所有者"掏空"行为的影响因素

运用我国2001-2005民营上市公司的非平衡面板数据，考察了民营金字塔结构下终极所有者掏空底层公司的影响因素。研究发现：在保证控制权的情况下，终极所有者所持有的现金流权越小，其对企业的掏空越严重；处于金字塔底层的公司资产利润率越低，终极所有者越倾向于对其进行掏空；投资者保护越差，越有利于终极所有者的掏空行为。相反，在投资者保护较好的企业，即使终极所有者的现金流权较小，即使其资产收益率较低，也不会发生严重的掏空行为。

代孕是争议最大的一种辅助生殖技术,其争议的焦点集中在以下几个伦理难题:谁是母亲?如何确定代孕中的亲子伦理关系?代孕将子宫工具化、生殖商业化,是贬低了女性的尊严还是促进了女性的独立自主?代孕会不会造成一种阶级压迫、剥削?代孕应该无偿还是有偿?     

局域网多VLAN环境下三层交换机DHCP中继代理的配置

在多VLAN环境中,如何使用一台DHCP服务器勾多VLAN分配IP地址是一个难点。本文通过一个实例,给出如何在相对复杂的网络拓朴结构中,使用三层交换机的中继代理功能与Windows Server 2003配置集中式DHCP服务的方法。     

A New Digital Multilevel Proxy Signature Scheme Based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography

Based on the analysis of elliptic curve digital signature algorithm（ECDSA）,aiming at multilevel proxy signature in which the original signer delegates the digital signature authority to several proxies and its security demands, a new multilevel proxy signature scheme based on elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem （ECDLP） is presented and its security are proved.     

基于代理的网格作业全局自适应迁移

作业迁移是实现网格作业服务质量保证和系统高效能的重要方法,在分析了传统进程迁移技术的基础上,根据网格系统的特点,提出了一种基于代理的网格作业全局自适应迁移模型,通过设计网格作业全局自适应迁移对象选定原则、迁移时机确定机制和作业迁移信息监控管理,解决了网格环境下作业迁移的关键问题.试验结果以及在西北工业大学校园计算网格中的实际应用验证了模型的有效性.     

CORBA中POA-Tie模式的JAVA实现

介绍了CORBA分布式组件技术的体系结构,指出它至少支持两种不同的实现IDL界面的服务器端映射：一种是继承模型;另一种是代理模型.介绍了可移植性对象适配器的概念及特性,并阐述了CORBA中POA-Tie模式的JAVA实现.     

具有限制性的代理签名方案

针对现有的限制性代理方案尚不能有效地对时间和次数同时控制这个问题,基于一次性代理签名方案和前向安全技术,提出了一个新的具有次数和时间限制的代理签名方案。方案在离散对数和大数分解计算困难下是安全的,并且满足代理签名的所有性质。     

应用移动代理技术实现矩阵的并行计算

本文结合移动代理技术给出了一种矩阵并行计算的算法及其在Aglet移动平台中的实现。     

An Authentication Method of Distinguishing Proxy＇s Secure Accident Responsibility

The publish/subscribe （pub/sub） paradigm has asynchronous, loosely-coupled and many-to-many communication properties and is widely used in the application of large-scale distributed computing environment. There is the problem that is mutual trustable between network proxies in terms of pub/sub systems and the problem which is hardly to distinguish accident responsibility while the accident happens in Kerberos based on symmetrical encryption algorithm. A proxy identity authentication algorithm based on RSA encryption is proposed to solve the problem of mutual trust between proxies, and the security of the messages is guaranteed through certificate delegation. The algorithm can distinguish accident responsibility. The feasibility analysis, security analysis and efficiency analysis of the algorithm are carried out.
