通过网络节点的重要性,定义了网络的均衡度,从而用来衡量网络的可靠性.该度量反映了网络的抗毁性、生存性以及有效性,是一种衡量网络可靠性的有效尺度.     

MOMENT-METHOD ESTIMATION BASED ON CENSORED SAMPLE

In reliability theory and survival analysis, the problem of point estimation based on the censored sample has been discussed in many literatures. However, most of them are focused on MLE, BLUE etc; little work has been done on the moment-method estimation in censoring case. To make the method of moment estimation systematic and unifiable, in this paper, the moment-method estimators(abbr. MEs) and modified momentmethod estimators(abbr. MMEs) of the parameters based on type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ censored samples are put forward involving mean residual lifetime. The strong consistency and other properties are proved. To be worth mentioning, in the exponential distribution,the proposed moment-method estimators are exactly MLEs. By a simulation study, in the view point of bias and mean square of error, we show that the MEs and MMEs are better than MLEs and the “pseudo complete sample” technique introduced in Whitten et al.(1988). And the superiority of the MEs is especially conspicuous, when the sample is heavily censored.

装车站运输作业过程的可靠性研究

针对装车站站停时间的分布问题,采用分析方法,对装车站站停时间的分布规律及影响因素进行分析,探讨提高装车站作业过程可靠性的措施.根据装车站大量翔实的数据,在统计站停时间、装车时间、待机时间的分布规律基础上,建立了可靠性模型,进行了可靠性分析计算.研究结果表明,装车站作业过程的可靠性主要受装车作业时间、机务作业时间的影响.     

Energetic Coefficient of Restitution for a Planar Two-Body Oblique Collision with Friction

Although the coefficient of restitution was originally thought to be only a material property, the coefficient of restitution also depends upon initial conditions as well as on the frictional effect for oblique collisions. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate a method for obtaining the coefficient of restitution for oblique collisions and thereby to provide a theoretical guide for collision experiments. In this paper, we derive expressions for the energetic coefficient of restitution ( e* ) based on general normal contact deformation law, by which the value of e* can be obtained according to the initial conditions. An example shows that the results calculated by the derived expressions are reasonable.     

遮蔽段总传热系数的计算

提出了一种同时考虑烟气辐射及对流来计算遮蔽段总传热系数的方法 (简称CRK法 ) ,利用现场收集到的 4套加热炉结构及不同操作数据 ,由传热速率方程和热平衡方程联立求解得出遮蔽段总传热系数值。将该计算值与CRK法及传统计算方法进行了对比 ,同时考察了管排与烟气错流换热时温差系数的影响。结果表明 ,CRK法的计算误差小于传统计算方法 ,在进行遮蔽段传热计算时 ,错流温差校正系数可近似按 1处理。     

硅藻泥-草梗复合吸声材料的测试研究

以硅藻泥、草梗、氧化镁为主要原料,加入一定的辅助材料,研制出一种新型复合多孔吸声材料.分析材料的吸声原理及基本特性,采用驻波管法在200~2 000Hz频段范围内测试材料的吸声性能.结果表明,材料的吸声性能受草梗掺量、尺寸、材料的密度和厚度以及背部空腔尺寸的影响,与一般常用吸声材料的吸声系数进行比较,综合吸声性能优良.     

信息缺失下考虑预算约束的物流设施可靠性选址研究

针对存在失效风险的设施选址问题,构建了信息缺失下考虑预算约束的物流设施可靠性选址模型.该模型既反映了信息缺失下顾客访问设施方式的变化,又在预算有限的情况下考虑了设施优化布局方案.针对构建模型的特性,基于拉格朗日松弛算法,提出了定制的启发式求解算法.基于京津冀区域的实际数据,构建了一系列的算例,对选址模型的性能和参数进行深入分析研究.研究结果表明:采用拉格朗日松弛算法求解该模型可以获得合理的物流设施选址方案.通过灵敏度分析,探讨了模型参数对物流设施选址成本的影响.     

基于Euler公式的无尺度分布Gini系数估计公式

为了解决集中化指数代替Gini系数度量规模和空间分布不平衡引发的偏差问题, 提出一个Gini系数的近似估计思路。针对社会经济系统中的无尺度分布现象, 借助Euler公式, 基于Zipf定律, 推导一个累积分布的对数函数, 据此构造一个Gini系数的近似估计公式。将此公式应用于京津冀城镇体系, 借助夜晚灯光数据计算22年的Gini系数。结果表明Gini系数与集中化指数存在显著差异。由此得出结论: 集中化指数适用于有尺度分布现象, 所提新方法则适用于无尺度分布现象。研究结果有助于认识不平衡测度的适用范围, 并可为进一步发展Gini系数的直接估计方法提供参考。
