波纹竖壁下降液膜的传热

对波纹竖直壁面上的降落液膜换热进行实验研究，用比拟理论，按膜厚与阻力的对应关系，对这种情况下的换热进行简化分析，并与实验结果比较。结果表明，波纹壁面对换热的强化呈周期性变化，随波幅增大而增大，随波纹周期增大而减小，液膜进口温度的升高或加热功率的增大都使换热特性降低。     

MAPCATI改性环氧丙烯酸双酯的合成及其紫外光固化涂料

采用自制个甲基丙烯酰氧β－丙氧甲酰氨基甲苯２－异氰酸酯（简称ＭＡＰＣＡＴＩ）中的异氰酸基与自制环氧丙烯酸双酯中羟基上的氢反应，制得了改性树脂；并以此为基料配成紫外光固化涂料。所得涂层性能优良，有应用前景。     

天然汞全套中子核反应数据的理论计算

用光学模型（ＯＰＭ），核反应多步过程的半经典理论，双微分截面理论（ＤＤＣＳ）和γ辐射的非统计过程及γ产生数据理论，计算了人射能量在０．１￣２０ＭｅＶ的中民天然汞相互作用的全套核反应数据，计算结果与评价的实验数据比较，符合较好。     

双势垒结构散射问题的路径积分方法

本文采用量子力学路径积分方法，从理论上了双势垒结构的散射问题，严格的导出了透射系数和反射系数，得到了双势垒结构的共振隧道条件，所得结果均与波动量子力学结论相同。     

基于高速开关阀的电控汽车辅助制动系统

为解决目前纵向运动控制系统通常采用的电子真空助力器(EVB)响应速度较慢的问题,设计了一种基于高速开关阀的电控汽车辅助制动系统.采用脉宽调制(PWM)方法对高速开关阀进行控制,然后对开环系统进行辨识,在辨识模型基础上设计PI控制器实现对制动压力的控制.试验结果表明 该系统的稳态误差小于0.1 MPa, 响应时间小于0.2 s; 该系统具有安装方便、与原制动系统可以很好兼容的优点.     

An improved double-threshold method based on gradient histogram

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the output gradient histogram and shortages of several traditional automatic threshold methods in order to segment the gradient image better. Then an improved double-threshold method is proposed, which is combined with the method of maximum classes variance, estimatingarea method and double-threshold method. This method can automatically select two different thresholds to segment gradient images. The computer simulation is performed on the traditional methods and this algorithm and proves that this method can get satisfying result.

Dynamic balancing of dual-rotor system with very little rotating speed difference

Unbalanced vibration in dual-rotor rotating machinery was studied with numerical simulations and experiments. A new method is proposed to separate vibration signals of inner and outer rotors for a system with very little difference in rotating speeds. Magnitudes and phase values of unbalance defects can be obtained directly by sampling the vibration signal synchronized with reference signal. The balancing process is completed by the reciprocity influence coefficients of inner and outer rotors method. Results showed the advantage of such method for a dual-rotor system as compared with conventional balancing.     

外资进入与中国资本安全

依据H·钱纳里和A·斯特劳特的"两缺口"理论,外资的进入有利于弥补国内储蓄和外汇缺口,但我国进入90年代以来,出现了外汇储备持续增加,国内储蓄过剩和外资巨额持续流入并存的现象,即所谓的内、外资"双溢出"现象,这已难以用"两缺口"理论进行解释.在国内储蓄以有效转化为投资的状况下,外资的大量进入会对我国的资本形成产生一定的负效应,威胁我国的资本安全.对此本文进行了一些粗浅的分析,并提出了一点对策建议.
