红枫湖沉积物顶部~(210)Po_(ex)垂直剖面的变异

自1963年Goldberg倡导~(210)Pb计年方法后,该项技术已广泛应用于湖泊、海湾近代沉积物计年。然而,由于Rn的丢失,可能使~(210)Pb_(ex)方法的沉积物堆积速率偏低15—20％。近年对Greifen湖等的研究发现,在湖底界面处激烈的Fe、Mn循环条件下可能存在~(210)Pb的沉积后扩散迁移,导致~(210)Pb_(ex)方法的沉积物堆积速率显著偏低。     

二乙苯胺与二甲苯胺應用於鋅的定性檢定

在这几年中,看到学生做定性分析实驗檢定鋅,尤其在未知液中檢定鋅,很无把握。用打(?)宗(Dithizone C_6H_5-N=N-CS-NHNHC_6H_5)檢定鋅此較好一些,但是由于打(?)宗的不穩定,鋅的檢定還是受到影响。威尔根(?)等也曾提到过这个問題。所以定性分析中的檢定鋅     

Targeting of human aFGF gene into silkworm, Bombyx mori L. through homologous recombination

The long-arm and short-arm genes of fibroin light chain (L-chain) of silkworm, Bombyx Mori L., and the gene of human acidic fibroblast growth factor were cloned respectively and subsequently inserted into a transfer vector pVL 1392 used as a tool to target the L-chain region of the silkworm genome. Genomic DNA from their offsprings was extracted and the expected targeting was detected using polymerase chain reaction and DNA sequencing, as well as protein analysis. The results showed that positive events occurred and that the FGF gene was integrated into the L-chain locus through homologous recombination.     

谈钢琴演奏技巧与音乐表现的关系

钢琴演奏作品,为达到艺术最高层的意境表现,应具备正确的弹奏方法。本文提出音乐形象与演奏技巧相辅相承的辩证观点。通过诠释音乐形象的产生,以及对演奏技巧的影响,结合分析钢琴触键技巧,细致地对中国古曲改编的钢琴作品《春江花月夜》进行分析,总结乐曲处理的三个阶段,说明乐曲意境处理的重要性。     

纳洛酮对离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心脏功能的影响

目的:在离体大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型上,观察阿片受体特异拮抗剂纳洛酮对大鼠心功能的影响,并探讨其机制。方法:建立改良的Langendorff离体大鼠心脏灌注模型,缺血40min,再恢复常速灌注30min,造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤。用两种不同浓度的纳洛酮(16mg/kg和32mg/kg)分别灌注缺血的心脏后,观察再灌注15min时①心脏左室内压(LVP)、左心室内压最大变化率(±LVdly/dt)、心率(HR)的变化;②冠脉流量、冠脉流出液中总蛋白、肌红蛋白含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的变化。结果:用纳洛酮灌流缺血的心脏后,与单纯缺血再灌注组比较:①左室内压、左心室内压最大变化率(±LVdp/dt)分别增加;②平均冠脉流量增加、冠脉流出液中总蛋白、肌红蛋白含量和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量均明显减少。结论:纳洛酮对离体的缺血再灌注损伤心脏有保护作用。该研究拓宽了纳洛酮的临床用途,为防治缺血性心脏病提供了理论依据。     

废旧变压器的再利用

Lysozyme refolding at high concentration by dilution and size—exclusion chromatography

This study of renaturation by dilution and size exclusion chromatography (SEC) addition of urea to improve yield as well as the initial and final protein concentrations showed that although urea decreased the rate of lysozyme refolding, it could suppress protein aggregation to sustain the pathway of correct refolding at high protein concentration; and that there existed an optimum urea concentration in renaturation buffer. Under the above conditions, lysozyme was successfully refolded from initial concentration of up to 40 mg/mL by dilution and 100 mg/mL by SEC, with the yield of the former being more than 40% and that of the latter being 34.8%. Especially, under the condition of 30 min interval time, i.e. tau > 2(t(R2) - t(R1)), the efficiency was increased by 25% and the renaturation buffer could be recycled for SEC refolding in continuous operation of downstream process.
