甘蓝磷酯酶D HKD2功能区基因片段的克隆与反义表达载体的构建

以甘蓝(Brassiaca oleracea)为材料，取幼叶分离mRNA，反转录合成cDNA，以cDNA第一链为模板，通过PCR扩增，获得甘蓝磷酯酶D(Phosphorate　Lipid　Dehydrolase，PLD)HKD2功能区的基因片段．对其进行Blast分析，结果表明，分离的目的片段核苷酸序列与Genbank中报道的甘蓝PLD基因相比同源率为99．7％，只有2个碱基发生改变．将得到的PLD基因片段插入植物表达载体pAT940，构建了PLD基因反义表达载体pATC—rPLD，为下一步进行抗逆转基因作物选育打下基础．     

青稞中β-葡聚糖的水法提取及性质分析

以水法分离纯化藏青稞β—葡聚糖，探索了一种高效简便的β—葡聚糖提取方法以适应生产的需要．对所获多糖进行了相关的性质分析，纸层析、紫外吸收光谱分析的和红外光谱结果表明，该多糖为单一多糖，还由扫描电镜对其形态作了观测．     

会议厅扩音机回声啸叫抑制方法研究

介绍了作者自主开发的针对会议厅扩声中声反馈啸叫的自适应抑制器．该系统采用nLMS算法，在TMS320C5402 DSP上实时实现了室内声反馈啸叫的抑制，效果良好．着重介绍系统的工作原理、软硬件的设计及系统性能测试结果．     

氧电极催化剂的组成对H2O2分解活性的研究

以CuCl2和FeCl3原料，采用NaOH溶液中沉淀，并将沉淀物在空气中加热、氧化一还原、脱水的方法，制备不同Cu：Fe氧化物的催化荆(X=0．5、1．0、1．5、2．0、2．5、3．0)，分别以各催化剂在其他条件相同的情况下，催化分解H202，测定各反应的速率常数。并进行对比，以K对X作图表示活性与配比的关系。得出Cu，Fe3-xO4 Cu：Fe(X=2．5)时催化活性最高。     

CHX抗栓注射液对大鼠优球蛋白溶解时间的影响

目的　研究CHX抗栓注射液对大鼠血液纤维蛋白溶解活性的影响 .方法　给大鼠每d腹腔注射CHX抗栓注射液 ( 1,5 ,10mg/kg) ,连续 7d ,实验采用优球蛋白溶解法 ,观察从凝块形成到凝块完全溶解的时间ELT .结果　CHX抗栓注射液可明显缩短给药组大鼠优球蛋白溶解时间 ,NS组 ( 98.11± 7.6 3)min ,给药组 ( 39.83±5 .98)min .结论　CHX抗栓注射液对大鼠血液纤维蛋白溶解活性有非常明显的增强作用     

Cryptomelane（KxMn8-xO16）： Natural active octahedral molecular sieve（OMS-2）

The Xiangtan manganese deposit (XTM) used to be considered a supergene oxide manganese ore in South China. We reported a new identification of the naturally outcropping cryptomelane by examining the physical, chemical and structural features of the XTM supergene oxide manganese ore. The MnO2 content was over 90%, K2O more than 3%, and water from 2.2%-3.1% which is similar to one in zeolite. The cell parameters of the cryptomelane were given as a0 = 0.9974 nm, b0 = 0.2863 nm, c0 = 0.9693 nm and β= 91.47°. There was a larger pseduotetragonal tunnel in the natural cryptomelane that was formed by [MnO6] octahedral double chains with aperture of 0.462×0.466 nm2, filled with K cations resulting in some Mn3+ substituting for Mn4+ to balance the negative charges of structure. The finding is important not only for prospecting manganese resources in South China, but also in application of octahedral molecular sieve of natural cryptomelane as that developed in the tetragonal molecular sieve of natural zeolite o     

铂(II)与胺类配合物的合成、晶体结构和抗肿瘤活性研究

研究铂(II)与三种胺类配合物的合成、晶体结构和体外抗肿瘤活性,化合物1的X-射线单晶结构分析表明:这是一个很少见的具有四方锥几何构型的铂(II)配合物,顺式平面四方形配位的铂的轴向上有第5个配位原子。其抗肿瘤活性实验显示3个配合物对几种研究的癌细胞都有较强的抑制作用。     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.     

基于小波分析的X线医学图像噪声综合抑制方法

提出了一种基于小波分析理论的医学X线图像噪声的综合抑制方法．将X线图像的试验处理结果与邻域平均、中值滤波去噪处理方法进行对比分析，结果表明该方法不仅能消除噪声提高图像质量，而且有效地保留了影像中丰富的细微影纹和边缘信息．     

板蓝根粗提液抑制流感病毒的实验研究

对板蓝根凝聚粗提液的抗流感病毒作用进行了研究。用丙酮脱脂提取板蓝根生药的凝集素，并分别测定各样品的血凝活性，并用45.3mg/mL的样品对流感病毒（A1／京防／97－53H1N1，A1／京防／262／95）进行了体外抑制试验。结果表明：板蓝根凝集素对流感病毒具有显著的直接杀灭作用和预防作用及较好的治疗作用，而且得出抑制流感病毒的效果与板蓝根凝集素血凝活性的高低有关。
