上海高校咨询业发展的出路

上海高校咨询业是伴随着改革的深化、开放的扩大和现代化建设的宏伟步伐而蓬勃发展。目前高校获得市科委颁发的科技咨询证书的信息咨询机构有629家,专兼职人员近16800人,咨询和信息服务业累计营业额约6.76亿元。如果计算高校各种软科学和情报所(室)等兼职性咨询部门,其从事咨询活动的机构可能达到700多家。十几年来上海高校咨询业的发展虽方兴未艾,取得了长足的进步,并且初具规模,但由

Order Aggressiveness in Shanghai Stock Market of China

This paper analyzes order aggressiveness in Shanghai stock market of China which is a pure order driven market. We provide empirical evidence that the mean order aggressiveness is negative （low） and most traders are liquidity providers. Our results also show that high order aggressiveness accompanied with high market volatility and large trade volume. The intraday order aggressiveness pattern is from low to high. Four factors： spread, volatility, order imbalance and size affect order aggressiveness, but they affect the buy and sell side differently.     

Demonstration Study on the Intrinsic Characteristic of Stock Complex Index on Shanghai Security Market

This paper takes the Shanghai Security market stock composite index as the research object, analyzes its intrinsic fractal essence characteristics by the application of fractal theory and the method, and computes the Hurst index, fractal dimension and correlated function of the highest prices of the complex index. Moreover, it studies characteristics of long term memory of the sample data and its variance along with time; study existence of chaotic attractors in data of the complex index by reconstructing the phase space of the index data. Finally, this paper carries on the related forecast demonstration study to the stock composite index. Results of the study have certain reference function to the actual problem.

黄穗阳，广州人，中国建材科学研究院硕士、法国波尔多第一大学材料学博士。中国科学院广州地球化学研究所客座研究员、华南理工大学兼职教授。现任深圳邦凯电子有限公司技术总监，并兼任一家外贸公司的总经理。     

郁章玉教授简介

郁章玉教授，男，1960年出生，山东临沂人。1978年就读于曲阜师范学院化学系，毕业后留校工作；1988年河北师范大学化学系物理化学专业研究生毕业，获理学硕士学位，尔后返校工作；2004年顺利通过中国科学院博士学位论文答辩，获理学博士学位。     

徐冠华：搞自主创新不等于排斥技术引进

中国科学院院士、科技部部长徐冠华9月8日在昆明作了题为《新时期我国科技发展的战略与对策》的报告。报告指出，建设自主创新型国家不等于不引进技术。应当正确处理自主创新和引进技术的关系，把引进技术的消化吸收和再创新作为增强自主创新能力的重要途径。     

Remote sensing of spatial patterns of urban renewal using linear spectral mixture analysis: A case of central urban area of Shanghai (1997―2000)

It is very important to integrate remote sensing with urban geography that the spectral mixture analysis technique is applied to urban land cover evolvement and its eco-environmental effect. Urban land cover is mainly composed of complicated artificial materials, which is the key factor to limit the development of the spectral mixture analysis technique. There are two main aspects in which the technique of spectral mixture analysis is applied to urban geography： one is to calculate vegetation fraction; the other is to build quantitative model of the urban impervious surface obtained from the combination between high albedo fraction and low albedo fraction.
