The three-fingered protein domain of the human genome

Extracellular domains of some cellular receptors expressed in the organisms at different levels of development belong to three-fingered protein (TFP) fold. The Homo sapiens genome encodes at least 45 genes containing from one to three TFP domains (TFPDs), namely diverse paralogues of the Ly6 gene, CD59 and the receptors of activins, bone morphogenetic proteins, Mullerian inhibiting substance and transforming growth factor-β. C4.4a and urokinase/plasminogen activatory receptor contain two and three TFPD repeats, respectively. These diverse proteins have a low overall sequence similarity with each other and their hydrophobicity levels vary to a considerable degree. It is suggested that sequence differentiation within the TFPD led to distinct groups of proteins whose attributes were optimized to fit both the physicochemical properties specific to their functional microenvironment and selective targeting of their highly diversified extracellular cofactors. 同城即时配送问题基于多预测场景的在线调度

同城即时配送是随现代电子商务而产生的新问题,该问题呈现出极强的动态性与求解时间的紧迫性,并具有商户与顾客一对多的关系、车辆需要多次往返商户取货、货物取送有时效要求等诸多新特征,无法依赖现有研究而求解.针对这一问题,建立了基于多预测场景的在线优化调度方法,将带有预测订单的多个场景整合到路线规划过程,通过每个场景的方案计算,以及多场景方案的整合,得到了车辆赖以运行的集成方案,提高了调度方案面对未来不确定需求的适应性;所建立的调度系统在新订单进入时立即响应,在系统闲置时则采用大邻域搜索技术不断优化未完成的任务方案.最后,在具有200～300个日订单的大连市某同城即时配送公司的真实数据上,验证了在线调度方法的有效性和可行性.     

一类3-紧优双环网无限族

到给定顶点数的双环网的最小直径是图论和计算机工作者广泛研究的问题。虽然大多数双环网可以达到紧优,但仍然有一部分双环网不能达到。本文给出了一类3-紧优的双环网无限族。     

Spatial prisoner’s dilemma games with increasing size of the interaction neighborhood on regular lattices

We studied the evolution of cooperation in the prisoner’s dilemma game on a square lattice where the size of the interaction neighborhood is considered. Firstly, the effects of noise and the cost-to-benefit ratio on the maintenance of cooperation were investigated. The results indicate that the cooperation frequency depends on the noise and cost-to-benefit ratio: cooperation reaches a climax as noise increases, but it monotonously decreases and even vanishes with the ratio increasing. Furthermore, we investigated how the size of the interaction neighborhood affects the emergence of cooperation in detail. Our study demonstrates that cooperation is remarkably enhanced by an increase in the size of the interaction neighborhood. However, cooperation died out when the size of the interaction neighborhood became too large since the system was similar to the mean-field system. On this basis, a cluster-forming mechanism acting among cooperators was also explored, and it showed that the moderate range of the neighborhood size is beneficial for forming larger cooperative clusters. Finally, large-scale Monte Carlo simulations were carried out to visualize and interpret these phenomena explicitly.

介绍了客家族谱的价值,分析了客家族谱数据库建设的必要性及现状,以闽粤赣客属地区族谱数据库建设为例,提出了客家族谱数据库建设构想。     

南社成员程善之家世、生平考述

皖南歙县程氏家族是清代颇负盛名的簪缨仕宦、世代书香之家,其后人程善之不仅是南社成员,还是同盟会会员。上世纪初他在扬州任教;辛亥革命中追随孙中山,任大元帅府评议;二次革命失败后,回扬州继续从事教育事业。1928年起主笔《新江苏报》,直至逝世;"九·一八"后曾积极进行抗战宣传。他喜好佛学,但亦积极进行文学创作,作为南社社员,他的诗、词、小说都颇有影响。然而关于程善之的家世、生平却很少有人谈及,现就其家世、生平作一简单的考述。     

上市公司家族控制对代理成本影响的实证分析

以沪深300家家族控股上市公司为研究样本,建立家族控制对代理成本影响的分析模型,实证分析结果表明:家族持股比例与代理成本呈显著的负相关关系;家族成员担任董事长或总经理有利于降低代理成本;家族董事对代理成本的影响不明显。     

财政政策背景下的家庭教育投资行为分析

概述了国内外对公共教育投资和家庭教育投资的研究,选择新古典经济学中的家长最优化框架来构建家庭教育投资的一般模型.在此基础上,引入了3类公共教育财政政策,即强制供给、收入补贴和专项补贴.重点考察了在这3类教育财政背景下家庭教育投资的行为,并对一般模型和这3类模型的结论做了进一步的比较分析,为教育财政政策的制定提供了一些可行建议.
