N,N′-双{双[4-(二甲氨基)苯基]甲基}尿素合成的反应机理

由对二甲氨基苯甲醛(A)和N,N′-二甲基苯胺(B)在盐酸存在下与尿素反应,合成题示化合物。研究了它的反应机理。结果表明,在强酸存在下,该反应是分两步进行的。首先是A和B缩合形成米氏醇(4,4′-二甲氨基二苯甲醇)中间物,然后再与尿素作用得到尿素衍生物。同时证明,该类取代苯甲醛与取代芳胺,在强酸介质中与尿素作用合成相应的尿素衍生物,都是按上述两步机理进行的。     

一氯片呐酮与1,2,4—三唑缩合条件的研究

对—氯片呐酮与1,2,4—三唑缩合为1—(1,2,4—三唑基—1) —片呐酮时的分子比、溶剂、缚酸剂、反应时间等条件进行了研究,得到一种适合放大应用于工业生产的以乙醇为溶剂的最佳缩合条件。     

局部紧致群的一个性质

发展了 Ｄｉｅｕｄｏｎｎｅ在局部紧致群上定义的著名性质（Ｐｐ），在局部紧致群上建立并讨论了性质（βＰｐ）这个性质可以用来刻划作者于 １９８５年提出的局部紧致［ＩＡ］群．     

NMR study on self-assembled cage complex of hexamethylenetetramine and cucurbit[n]urils

Self-assembled complexes between cage com-pounds cucurbit[n = 5—8]urils and hexamethylenetetramine were studied by using NMR techniques. Experimental results reveal that hexamethylenetetramine can lid cucurbit[5]uril to forming self-assembled capsules in which nothing is encap-sulated yet; the cavity of the cucurbit[7]uril can accommo-date a hexamethylenetetramine molecule to form a self- assembled host-guest inclusion. Moreover, both the cavity interaction of the cucurbit[7]uril with hexamethylenetetra-mine稨Cl and the portal interaction of the dipole carbonyl of the cucurbit[7]uril with hexamethylenetetramine稨Cl lead to form self-assembled capsules in which the hexamethylene-tetramine稨Cl are encapsulated in the hexamethylenetetra-mine稨Cl lidded cucurbit[7]uril. Although the structures of the portal and cavity to cucurbit[5]uril are similar, there is no obvious interaction between decamethylcucurbit[5]uril and hexamethylenetetramine, and also between cucurbit [6]uril or cucurbit[8]uril and hexamethylenetetramine.     

[CrMo_6O_(24)H_6]~(3-)掺杂聚苯胺材料的制备及荧光性质

在盐酸介质中,以(NH4)2S2O8为氧化剂,杂多阴离子[CrMo6O24H6]3-为掺杂剂合成出了聚苯胺掺杂材料,用FT-IR,XRD进行了表征,测定了该材料的电导率、常见溶剂中的溶解度及其荧光性质.该材料的电导率为1.4×10-2S·cm-1,最高溶解度可达到0.60mg·mL-1,在以260nm和332nm为激发波长,可分别在425nm和567nm处得到荧光发射峰。     

半(p,r)-预不变凸函数及其规划的最优性条件

首先在半预不变凸函数和(p,r)-预不变凸函数的基础上,定义了一类新的广义凸函数半(p,r)-预不变凸函数,它既是半预不变凸函数又是(p,r)-预不变凸函数的推广形式,从而是熟知的凸函数和不变凸函数的推广形式.接着,讨论了半(p,r)-预不变凸函数的一些有用性质.最后利用半(p,r)-预不变凸(凹)函数讨论了目标函数和约束函数均不可微的多目标规划问题,从而获得两个最优性条件.     

3-甲基-6-氨基-5-氰基-4-（4-对甲氧基）苯基-1-苯基-1，4-二氢吡喃并[2，3-c]吡唑与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的研究

采用荧光光谱法研究了人体生理pH值条件下,3-甲基-6-氨基-5-氰基-4-(4-对甲氧基)苯基-1-苯基-1,4-二氢吡喃并[2,3-c]吡唑(Ⅰ)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)分子间的相互结合反应;获得了不同温度下Ⅰ与BSA作用的结合常数K和结合位点数n;并根据Forster非辐射能量转移机理,计算出其与BSA相互作用时给体-受体间距离r为5.01 nm及能量转移效率E为0.280.证实了Ⅰ与BSA的相互结合作用为单一的静态猝灭过程,确定了其与BSA分子间有较强的结合作用,且结合力以疏水作用力为主.     

离子液体中间体1-丁基-2,3-二甲基咪唑溴盐的合成研究

在无溶剂条件下,以1,2-二甲基咪唑和1-溴丁烷为原料合成1-丁基-2,3-二甲基咪唑溴盐[BuMeMeIm]Br;该反应没有使用有毒有害的有机溶剂,对环境影响小,产物纯化处理易于操作,是一个成功的绿色化学反应。研究了反应时间、反应温度、1,2-二甲基咪唑与1-溴丁烷的摩尔比及溶剂对[BuMeMeIm]Br收率的影响,产物结构通过IR和1H-NMR确证。实验结果表明在反应温度80℃,反应时间18 h,1,2-二甲基咪唑和1-溴丁烷摩尔比为1∶1.1,收率为80.3%。     

杯[4[芳烃环氧丙醚的合成

以杯「４」芳烃和环氧氯丙烷反应，合成杯「４」芳烃环氧丙醚：２５，２７－二（２‘，３’－环氧丙氧基）－２６，２８－二羟基杯「４」芳烃，并通过＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ，ＩＲ以及元素分析对其结构进行表征。     

Optical-field-induced Freedericksz transition of a nematic liquid crystal doped with diazophenyl

4[4'-(phenylazo)phenylazo]phenol was synthesized and characterized. Optical-induced Freedericksz transition of 5CB liquid crystal doped with trace diazophenyl was studied. It was observed that the doped 5CB dramatically decreased the optical field threshold, and the Freedericksz transition threshold occurred at optical intensity level of 0.3 mW/mm2 for the 12.5 μm thickness planar alignment doped 5CB, which is three orders of magnitude lower than that for the pure 5CB. This new phenomenon indicated that trans-cis isomerization of diazophenyl plays an important role in the decrease of the Freedericksz transition threshold.
