Parasite fauna of the grey mullet Mugil cephalus L. 1758, and its relationship with some ecological factors in Lower Kızılırmak Delta located by the Black Sea,Turkey

Parasites of the grey mullet Mugil cephalus collected from Lower K?z?l?rmak Delta in Turkey were investigated. Trichodina puytoraci, Trichodina lepsii, Ligophorus mediterraneus, Ligophorus cephali, Gyrodactylus sp., Microcotyle mugilis, Ascocotyle (Phagicola) longa, Haplosplanchnus pachysomus, Diplostomum spathaceum, Tylodelphys clavata, Posthodiplostomum sp., Neoechinorhyncus agilis and Ergasilus lizae were identified. Overall infection prevalence (%), mean intensity and mean abundance values were 99.61%, 458.10 ± 75.72 and 456.30 ± 75.44, respectively. Infection indices of parasite species in relation to season, lakes/lagoons and some physicochemical parameters of water such as temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen and nitrate are determined and discussed. Posthodiplostomum sp. is a new parasite record for mugilids and Diplostomum spathaceum is the first record in M. cephalus, in the present study. Moreover, Ligophorus mediterraneus, Ligophorus cephali and Ergasilus lizae are new records for Turkish parasite fauna of fish and Mugil cephalus is a new host record for Neoechinorhyncus agilis in Turkey.     

基于无线个域网的新型语音通信系统

分析了基于W PAN的语音通信系统(VoW PAN)的优点,设计并研制了应用在石油井场的VoW PAN系统.该系统包括音频网关和语音终端2部分,能够提供音频网关到语音终端之间点到点、点到多点的无线语音通信.通过采用高密度封装的蓝牙模块和集成化的设计,减小了系统的尺寸.针对语音终端待机时间短的问题,采用休眠模式、减小扫描窗长度、增大扫描间隔、关闭主机接口等措施,降低了功耗.通过分离音频网关的主机和射频前端,简化了天线的设计难度,降低了成本,克服了某些场合的屏蔽效应.采用规范的蓝牙通信协议,可以与普通的蓝牙产品兼容.经测试,系统的通信距离可达100m.该系统已成功应用于国内许多油田的井场控制.     

Functions and pathologies of BiP and its interaction partners

The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is involved in a variety of essential and interconnected processes in human cells, including protein biogenesis, signal transduction, and calcium homeostasis. The central player in all these processes is the ER-lumenal polypeptide chain binding protein BiP that acts as a molecular chaperone. BiP belongs to the heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) family and crucially depends on a number of interaction partners, including co-chaperones, nucleotide exchange factors, and signaling molecules. In the course of the last five years, several diseases have been linked to BiP and its interaction partners, such as a group of infectious diseases that are caused by Shigella toxin producing E. coli. Furthermore, the inherited diseases Marinesco-Sj?gren syndrome, autosomal dominant polycystic liver disease, Wolcott-Rallison syndrome, and several cancer types can be considered BiP-related diseases. This review summarizes the physiological and pathophysiological characteristics of BiP and its interaction partners. Ostracod fauna of salt Lake Acıgöl (Acı Tuz) (Turkey)

Lakes and wetlands in Mediterranean regions are overexploited and contaminated without sufficient local governmental control. The biodiversity of Salt Lake Ac?göl (Turkey), an internationally recognized ecosystem, is presently endangered by management plans. This study aims to analyse the ostracod community to establish its ecological status as a base for future paleoecological studies using ostracods to reconstruct the recent evolution of this wetland. Samples were collected seasonally and 13 species were recorded. Multivariate classification and ordination statistical methods revealed a major difference between assemblages related to the relative abundance of species tolerant of desiccation vs. species preferring permanent waters. Cyprideis torosa, mainly found in saline, low diversity sites, is a euryhaline species regarded as an indicator of future lake conditions if inappropriate water resource management continues.     

中西方椅子设计比较研究

以中西方文化为基点,分析了文化背景下中西方椅子的功能、造型、材料、装饰差异及形成原因;研究了文化交流背景下中西方椅子设计的相互影响;进而对中国现代椅子的设计创新提出了要求和建议。     

聚钛氨烷－钯配合物催化卤代苯双羰基化合成α－酮酰胺的研究

报道了以二氧化硅为担载的聚钛氨烷－钯配合物（Ｔｉ－Ｎ－Ｐｄ）的合成和其对卤代苯双羰基化合成α－酮酰胺反应的催化作用。在一氧化碳压力为３．０ＭＰａ，１００℃下反应６ｈ，碘苯转化率达１００％，双羰化产物（ＰｈＣＯＣＯＮＥｔ２）选择性高于９０％。且催化剂易与反应产物分离和重复使用，经回收使用１０次，催化剂的活性和选择性基本保持不变。     

α—氨基丙酸在卤化钾水溶液中焓效应的研究

本文用微量星热法测定了在２９８．１５Ｋ时，α－氨基丙酸在纯水和卤化钾水溶液中的溶解焓，并求算了焓相互作用参数ｈ＿（ｘｙ）、ｈ＿（ｘｘｙ）和ｈ＿（ｘｙｙ）的值．根据理论推导了静电相互作用对ｈ＿（ｘｙ）值贡献的计算公式，并运用结构相互作用模型讨论了焓相互作用参数随电解质离子半径的变化规律．     

过氧化氢氧化－水热结晶联合法制备高纯MoO_3粉末

首次使用过氧化氢氧化－水热结晶联合法制备了高纯ＭＯＯ３粉末．对其粉末粒子的尺寸、形貌和结晶习性进行了研究，对其纯度进行发射光谱分析，并对水热结晶的过程提出了一个可能的机理．     

环氧基硅烷化硅胶的制备及评价方法比较

详述了环氧基硅烷化试剂键合硅胶的３种方法：ｐＨ＝３．５水介质中的键合；非水介质中的键合；先开环后键合。比较了评价键合效果的３种鉴定方法：红外光谱法；化学滴定法，重量法，确定采用重量法评价键合效果，得出在非水介质中进行的键合可获最佳的结果。
