Supernumerary chromosomes inDrosophila nasuta albomicana

Summary Supernumerary chromosomes have been detected in the karyotype ofD.n. albomicana. Their number varies from one to three. They are the smallest elements in the karyotype. Karyotypes ofD.n. albomicana with and without supernumerary chromosomes have been presented.

本文提出了一种较为有效地考虑流域汇流非线性的方法——变速地貌单位线V~2GUH,对其特殊情况h_p=θV和i_p=K/V进行了理论证明,其动力因子流速意义得到了初步验证,坡地汇流在V~2GUH中得到了客观地考虑,应用结果证明V~2GUH方法的精度较高,同时,对本法在无资料和设计流域的应用问题进行了研究。     

Identification and characterization of Biomphalaria peregrina (Orbignyi, 1835) from Agua Escondida in northern Patagonia,Argentina

During a general malacological survey for freshwater gastropods in northern Patagonia, a population of Biomphalaria was encountered at Agua Escondida. Biomphalaria spp. are freshwater pulmonates of biomedical importance, uncommon in Mendoza Province, and often act as intermediate hosts for Schistosoma mansoni. By looking at both morphological and molecular characters, we describe a detailed process of identification and characterization of Biomphalaria peregrina from a location towards the extremity of its species range. A reference DNA ‘barcode’ is presented. As B. peregrina has been shown to be a permissive experimental host of S. mansoni, snails were also screened in the field for schistosomiasis and later in the laboratory using a novel polymerase chain reaction-based assay but no infections were found. Considering the transmission potential of this species, increased vigilance for intestinal schistosomiasis is recommended, especially if local environmental conditions become favourable for disease transmission, for example, through future climate change and intensification of irrigation.

《诗经》诗学是《诗经》学的组成部分，也是《诗经》研究的薄弱环节，清初学者姚际恒的研究具有一定的价值，本文从创作诗学、修辞诗学、阐释诗学三个方面进行论述，以见姚氏的开拓之功。     

Contents and distribution of rare earth elements in wheat seeds

Contents of 15 rare earth elements (REEs) in the seeds of 60 breeds of wheat have been analyzed by the inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The distribution pattern of contents of REEs in wheat seeds has been observed and compared with that in soils. Comparison with literature data has also been made. The results show that the background of REEs in wheat seeds is 10-11-10-8 g.g-1, 3-4 levels lower than in soils. The distribution pattern is light REEs higher in contents and slight Eu-anomaly, similar to that in soils. The data obtained in this study can accurately represent the background content of REEs in wheat seeds.

对十七大报告中关于效率和公平关系的思考

社会主义和谐社会的和谐点应该是效率与公平的均衡点。中国革命和建设的历程，就是不断追求效率与公平均衡统一的历史，不能忘记历史经验的警示：重视公平时压抑了效率，追求效率时又忽视公平；改革开放以来，我国在效率快速提高，GDP和人均收入普遍增加时，公平正义却遇到了空前的挑战，不公平的负效应是严重的，应引起我们的高度重视!当前在继续强调发展，提高效率的同时，必须更加突出公平，倍加关注社会弱势群体；通过深化改革，从制度、体制、政策等方面，切实保障弱势群体的合法权益。     

N，N-二乙基-N’-1-萘胺草酸盐合成工艺的研究

以2-二乙基胺乙基氯为原料，与α-萘胺在干燥苯作溶剂的条件下反应得化合物（Ⅰ），化合物（Ⅰ）再与草酸反应生成了N，N-二乙基-N’-1-萘胺草酸盐（Ⅱ）。化合物通过数字熔点仪和红外光谱分析仪对其纯度和结构作初步确定，同时对化合物的一些指标做了初步的测定。     

TSGF与AFP对原发性肝癌的诊断特异性、灵敏度分析

分析探讨TSGF与AFP检测在原发性肝癌诊断中的特异性和灵敏度,以及对原发性肝癌的早期诊断价值.采用分光光度法检测TSGF,包括87例原发性肝癌(男性54例、女性33例、平均年龄67岁)、67例继发性肝癌(男性42例、女性25例、平均年龄63岁),同时用化学发光法检测AFP.对照检测179例肝病患者的TSGF、AFP(肝硬化患者74例、慢性乙型肝炎105例).其结果TSGF对原发性肝癌的敏感性(86.2%)高于AFP(71.4%)有显著性差异(P＜0.05);TSGF对继发性肝癌的敏感性(88.1%)高于AFP(35.8%)有显著性差异(P＜0.05);二者联合检测敏感性提高至94.3%.由此证明TSGF对恶性肿瘤的检测兼有早期性和广谱性,对原发性肝癌其灵敏度高于AFP,特异性低于AFP.二者联合检测显著提高对原发性肝癌诊断的特异性和灵敏度,对原发性肝癌早期诊断有重要的参考价值.
