固定化双菌串联发酵生产1，3-丙二醇

以葡萄糖为底物，利用分别固定化的酵母Candida krusei ICM-Y-05和肺炎杆菌Klebsiella pneumoniae ZJU 5205串联发酵生产1,3-丙二醇。实验结果表明，由C.krusei发酵而得粗甘油只需经简单离心后即可被K.pneumoniae所利用。将C.krusei包埋于NaCS/PDMDAAC生物微胶囊中，并于气升式反应器中发酵，所得发酵液直接流入固定床反应器，同时向固定床反应器补充微量元素，发酵培养经NaCS/PDMDAAC生物微胶囊包埋的K.pneumoniae，产物即为1,3-丙二醇。三批次发酵实验结果表明，1,3-丙二醇/葡萄糖的最终摩尔转化率为0.295。     

纺织服装院校物流人才培养绩效社会评价指标体系的构建

本文通过比较人才培养的传统评价模式和绩效评价模式，提出了以企业和竞争为标准的社会评价方式，并结合纺织服装院校专业特色，以此为基础构建了物流人才绩效社会评价指标体系，并利用模糊综合评价方法实现纺织服装物流人才培养绩效分析。     

Embryonic development and organogenesis of Chinese giant salamander, Andrias davidianus

The morphology and organogenesis of Chinese giant salamander, Andrias davidianus, in its different developmental periods and stages are described in detail, which provides an intact criterion for distinguishing different stages of its developmental process. Based on the external morphological and internal histological features, six periods including 20 stages of organogenesis of Chinese giant salamander are established, which are cleavage period, blastula period, gastrula period, neurula period, organogenesis stage and hatching stage. Generally, the embryonic development of Chinese giant salamander is consistent with those of Eastern newt, Cynops orientalis, and Black spots frog, R. nigromaculata. However, they have some differences in the early cleavage process and the development of digestive system. The cleavage of Chinese giant salamander, A. davidianus is not a discoidal division type, which is different from other species reported. And the first three cleavages being meridional and a retardant development of its digestive system without halter and sucker existing are the evident features of the embryonic development of Chinese giant salamander.     

澳大利亚高压对南海夏季风爆发前期的影响

利用NCEP/NCAR的在分析资料,分析了1948～2004年期间澳大利亚（以下简称澳高）的年变化和日变化及其对南海夏季风的影响。结果显示在澳高强弱年这种影响有着不同的结果：在年际变化中,澳高与南海夏季风的相关性在澳高弱年明显大于强澳高年;而日变化中,澳高与南海夏季风的相关性在澳高弱年为正,澳高强年则为负。进一步研究表明,造成这些现象的原因大致可以归为：强弱澳高年,越赤道气流的通道变换;西太平洋副热带高压（以下简称副高）的位置偏向;马斯可林高压（以下简称马高）的作用的叠加效应.这些作用对于南海夏季风的重要组成部分：越赤道气流产生了重要影响,从而影响了南海夏季风的强度。     

TCP Veno在无线Ad Hoc网络中的性能分析

分析了TCP Veno在无线Ad Hoc这样的多跳的网络中的性能,并分SANET(静态无线多跳网络)和MANET(移动无线多跳网络)两种网络环境进行仿真分析,结果显示TCP Veno的性能较TCP Reno有一定程度的改进,但并没有在无线单跳网络中的性能优势出色,这对实际应用TCP Veno很重要.     

活性炭对2，4-二氯苯酚的催化臭氧化降解

研究了粒状活性炭（GAC）对2，4-二氯苯酚（2，4-DCP）臭氧化降解的催化性能。由于活性炭的吸附和催化作用，提高了2，4-DCP的分解。在酸性条件下具有较高的催化臭氧化效率，而酸性和碱性的强弱对2，4-DCP的分解几乎没有影响。活性炭的重复使用实验表明活性炭在臭氧化处理过程中可以得到原位再生，多次使用后其催化活性几乎没有降低。     

Feasible Research on ‘Textile · Garment'' Supply and Demand Interaction and Optimization Model

After China entries WTO, China's ‘ textile · garment'industry will confront the difficulties of growth and development. From the view of supply and demand interaction which is common in the social economy, this article analyzes the economic construction and character of China's ‘ textile · garment' industry, represented by Shanghai,Research shows that industrial construction backwardness hinders China's ‘ textile· garment' industry development, which features four bottlenecks in supply and demand interaction in ‘ textile· garment' industry.The key of optimizing the construction and quality of supply and denand interaction in ‘textile· garment'industry is to adjust industrial construction, break the bottlenecks, establish Shanghai as international fashion center, open middle and small size textile processing area with several levels, attach importance to scientific and technology creation and development combined with production, learning and research, and take part in domestic and international maket competition by high added value product, technology and marketing network.     

氮氧化物储存还原反应中还原时间的控制方法

使用H_2作为还原剂,采用NO_x存储还原循环的试验方法,在石英反应器上研究了还原时间、反应温度和还原剂体积分数对NO_x存储还原(NSR)催化剂Pt/Ba/Ce/γ-Al_2O_3存储还原特性的影响.结果表明:存在一个最佳还原时间,在此处可取得最高的循环转化率;最佳还原时间与反应温度和还原剂体积分数相关,提高反应温度或者降低还原剂体积分数,最佳还原时间延长.     

基于e-HR理论人力资源系统的开发研究

文章通过国内人力资源管理软件功能的分析，总结普遍存在的问题，结合目前最新的人力资源管理行业模型e-HR的理论，对某大型国有企业的人力资源系统进行设计和开发，旨在为此集团的人力资源管理找寻起一个标准化，规范化，网络化的工作平台，提供全方位的人力资源管理、分析、决策支持服务，实现全面的人力资源管理。     

On the natural history of the South American pepper frog,Leptodactylus labyrinthicus (Spix, 1824) (Anura: Leptodactylidae)

Some species of Leptodactylus of the L. pentadactylus group lay their eggs outside water but the tadpoles need to reach water to complete the larval phase; other species complete development in terrestrial nests. Here we present details of the reproduction of L. labyrinthicus in south‐eastern Brazil. The proportion of tadpoles and trophic eggs in aged egg clutches was determined, as well as the growth of the tadpoles while in the nest. The gut contents of tadpoles that were in egg clutches of frogs were analysed. Adult males did not differ from females in size and had hypertrophied forearms and an enlarged spine on the thumb. Reproduction was initiated with the first rains of August/September and extended to mid‐January. Calling and spawning occurred at permanent or temporary water bodies. The foam nests were built in excavated basins outside of, but close to the water. The male determined the place of the basin construction; after amplexus, the female completed the excavation. The amplexus was axillary. One female spent the day after spawning in the foam. The eggs were pale grey, the yolk averaging 2.3?mm in diameter. The mean number of eggs was 2101 per egg clutch. The number of tadpoles in individual nests varied between 0.05% and 11.40% in relation to the total laid eggs. The tadpoles entered water when rains flooded the basin. The tadpoles grew to 12 times the weight of an individual egg while in the nest; no nesting tadpole was beyond stage 25. The longest time we followed tadpoles in a nest was 25 days. Tadpoles were found preying upon eggs of three other frog species and upon conspecific eggs. Males fought by grasping each other in a belly‐to‐belly position; the powerful arms and the thumb spines represent weapons. Even though males can reach maturity in the season following birth, small size would prevent them from establishing their own territory. All the species of the L. pentadactylus group may build their foam nests within excavated basins. The basins may protect the eggs and embryos from cannibalistic tadpoles and may have an anti‐desiccation effect. In order to produce trophic eggs, the female may delay laying additional unfertilized eggs until after the male has abandoned the foam nest. Anuran eggs represent an important food item for tadpoles after they leave the nest.
