A new indolic antiauxin, α-(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid: its chemical synthesis and biological activity

Summary A new potent antiauxin, -(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid has been synthesized and shown to inhibit auxin-mediated elongation ofAvena coleoptiles and to stimulate root growth of rice seedlings. Its activity is stronger than -(p-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid and is comparable to that of 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid, which are typical antiauxins.     

Pharmacodynamic profile of CQP 201-403, a novel 8α-amino-ergoline

Summary The profile of action in animals of CQP 201-403, a novel 8-amino-ergoline, is in most aspects that of a very potent dopaminomimetic, both as a prolactin secretion inhibitor, and at the levels of the CNS and the cardiovascular system. Qualitatively CQP 201-403 differs slightly from bromocriptine and apomorphine in its effects on the CNS (no influence on serotonin metabolism in the rat cortex; induction of masculine mounting behavior in rats) and the cardiovascular system of the dog (reflex tachycardia in response to a blood-pressure fall). In man the new compound proved to be highly active in lowering prolactin serum levels and to be more potent than bromocriptine (Parlodel^®).In memory of Dr Annemarie Closse, who died 14 June 1987.     

Proopiomelanocortin expression in the skin during induced hair growth in mice

We demonstrate for the first time a hair cycle-dependent gene and protein expression of proopiomelanocortin in mouse skin in vivo. Northern blot detected POMC mRNA with an apparent size of 0.9 kb in anagen but not telogen skin. Western blot emphasized a specific protein of 30–33 kDa recognized by anti -endorphin in late but not early anagen or telogen skin. By immunocytochemistry, -endorphin antigen was localized in the sebaceous gland in a hair cycle dependent manner.     

A major metabolite of Δ1-tetrahydrocannabinol reduces its cataleptic effect in mice

Summary The results described here demonstrate that THC-induced catalepsy in mice can be substantially inhibited by the prior administration of ¹-THC-7-oic acid, the major metabolite of THC in most species including humans. This raises the possibility that the intensity and duration of action of THC may depend to a large degree on the levels of this metabolite at the sites of action.We thank the National Institute on Drug Abuse for supporting this project by grants DA-02043 and DA-02052 and for supplying all of the cannabinoids. 重力式抗滑挡墙最优截面的模式搜索法

在满足安全要求的前提下,为了减少重力式抗滑挡墙的材料用量,降低工程造价,以抗滑挡墙的几何参数为优化变量,以截面面积为优化目标函数,在满足抗滑移、抗倾覆和地基承载力等约束条件的基础上,建立了重力式抗滑挡墙的优化模型,并用Hooke-Jeeves模式搜索算法求解,并编制了优化设计程序.通过对某抗滑挡墙的优化分析,结果表明:采用本文方法对重力式抗滑挡墙进行优化,在满足安全的条件下可以明显的降低工程费用,在滑坡治理工程中具有一定的实用价值.     

Age distribution of circulatingα-interferon

Summary A sensitive radioimmunoassay showed that circulating -interferon in the plasma of healthy individuals was low in children and reached the highest level in the young adult, then declined gradually with age. Circulating -interferon was 0.201±0.059 ng/ml in males (n=19) and 0.184±0.076 ng/ml in females (n=14) at ages 30–39 years old. It was noted that circulating -interferon was maintained up to a certain level even in elderly individuals.

含水松散层下缩小防护煤柱的开采机理与途径

以大量的实验数据与现场实测资料为依据，分析了基岩风化带的工程地质特征，论述了邻近风化带采煤覆岩破坏与矿山压力显现规律和缩小防护煤柱的机理和途径。     

X波段柱面共形基片集成波导纵向缝隙天线阵的实验

利用基片集成波导SIW(substrate integrated waveguide)技术设计了一款X波段柱面共形的SIW纵向缝隙谐振天线阵.通过分析柱面共形的SIW的传输特性,沿用传统矩形波导谐振缝隙天线阵的设计方法,设计了柱面共形的SIW纵向缝隙谐振天线阵.该天线具有传统的矩形波导缝隙天线阵主瓣宽度窄、方向图可以赋形、交叉极化电平低等优异特性,同时实现了天线的小型化、轻型化.由于基片集成波导完全集成于介质基片中,使得天线与平面电路的馈电连接变得非常简单,可以用微带直接馈电,减少了中间馈电电缆以及馈电转接头的损耗,从而使天线和平面电路的集成也成为可能.实验结果验证了这种设计方法的正确性.     

基于能量有效和延迟减少的WSN多层链式数据收集协议

基于LEACH、PEGASIS、PEDAP等数据收集协议的弊端和约束,结合无线传感交通监控网络中监控区域呈带状模型、目标高速运动、节点铺设密度受限以及基站距离远等特征,提出了一种基于能量有效和延迟减少的多层链式无线传感器网络数据收集协议(MEDC).协议提出了分层链的思想,并采用最小化总能量链构造方法生成链,leader的选取基于剩余能量最大法.实验结果表明,MEDC性能显著优于LEACH和PEGASIS等协议,不仅能有效延长网络生命周期,且能明显减少网络延迟.
