粉煤灰对聚烯烃胶粘带防腐层的补强性能研究 《山东科学》2010,33(2):40-45
分析了济宁地区粉煤灰的外观形貌和化学组成,并用于聚烯烃胶粘带防腐层补强性能研究,着重研究了粉煤灰添加量对聚烯烃胶粘带防腐层力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:粉煤灰中的化学成分以 SiO2、Al2O3、 Fe2O3为主,三者总质量分数高达88.04%,CaO的质量分数为12.40%,此粉煤灰属于碱性灰;粉煤灰中有少量非晶态玻璃体的存在,主要晶体矿物是石英、莫来石和赤铁矿;添加粉煤灰后,聚烯烃胶粘带防腐层的力学性能得到提升;当粉煤灰添加量为15份时,试验品的力学性能最优,拉伸强度91.93 N/cm、断裂伸长率536.67%、剥离强度33.43 N/cm;煤粉灰是一种优良的填充剂,可以代替碳酸钙用于聚烯烃胶粘带防腐层的生产。此研究不仅能提高粉煤灰的利用率和附加值,改善聚烯烃胶粘带防腐层的各项性能,还能为工业粉煤灰在橡胶补强方面的产业化应用提供理论依据。 相似文献

The copolymerization of propylene and 5-hexenyl-9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (5-hexenyl-9-BBN) has been conducted with an MgCl2/TiCl4 catalyst intercalated in an organically modified montmorillonite (OMMT) with triethylaluminum (AlEt3) cocatalyst and diphenyldimethoxysilane (DDS) external donor. This polymerization process simultaneously results in both the exfoliation of MMT layers to realize the preparation of polypropylene (PP)/MMT nanocomposites and the implantation of reactive borane groups in the formed PP matrix. The polymer-borne borane groups have been able to undergo an effi-cient hydrolysis process under very mild reaction conditions (40℃, 3 h, in THF), introducing hydroxy groups into PP without sacrificing the polymerization-formed nanocomposite structure (the exfoliation of MMT). The resultant hydroxyl-functionalized PP/MMT nanocomposites exhibit enhanced structural stability against processing compared with those based on unfunctionalized PP matrix. 相似文献

采用极限氧指数(LOI)法、热重分析(TGA)等手段研究了电子束辐照对LLDPE、EVA及其共混物的阻燃性能和热降解行为的影响.结果表明,EVA的LOI随着辐照剂量的增加而逐步下降;LLDPE和共混物的LOI先随着辐照剂量的增加而逐步增大,随后又降低.最佳的辐照剂量在30-100kGy.电子束辐照对LLDPE/EVA共混物的骨架裂解影响很小,并且对体系的成炭无促进作用. 相似文献

considerable attention in recent years. Unlike most of the other polymers, polyolefins are chemically inert, which dictates
that nano-compounding of polyolefins has to be conducted via in situ polymerization. In this review, a technological progress of the nano-compounding of polyolefins via in situ polymerization technique was summarized thoroughly, with emphasis laid on the current research status of polyolefin/montmorillonite
(MMT) nanocomposites. A clear perspective for future researches on this specific family of materials was envisaged.

以二-(2-乙基己酯)过氧二碳酸酯(EHP)为引发剂,在乙酸乙酯中进行氯丁橡胶(CR)与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)的接枝共聚反应。使用正交设计法和方差分析研究了共聚体系的 CR 与 BA 的配比、EHP 用量及反应温度等因素对 CR 与BA 接枝共聚反应的影响。接枝产物经 GPC 凝胶色谱和红外光谱表征。结果表明:在以 CR 与 BA 接枝共聚反应为主的反应过程中、伴有少量降解反应;使用 CR-BA接枝共聚物配制的胶粘剂在室温下粘结不经表面处理的聚烯烃包装材料,剥离强度可达1.03kN/m. 相似文献
