粉末冶金陶瓷模工艺中的快速脱蜡新技术

粉末冶金陶瓷模工艺是一种先进的过净形成形工艺．本文报道该工艺中一种新的脱蜡技术．采用快速加热、管径集中热量和定向导热传热综合方法，在陶瓷模和大部分蜡模材料处于较低温度下，使蜡模材料来不及发生显著的热膨胀而直接蒸发，得到脱蜡干净、外形完整的陶瓷模．

A New Shaping Model for Green Ceramic Balls

The shaping quality of green ceramic balls is directly related to the efficiency and cost of later machining for the ceramic balls. Finesse 全瓷冠适合性的体外实验研究

目的 :测量Finesse全瓷冠的边缘浮出量及粘固剂的厚度 ,并与金属全冠及金瓷全冠相比较 ,为Finesse全瓷冠的临床应用提供适合性方面的理论依据。方法 :用片切法测量 3组全冠粘固前、后边缘浮出量及粘固剂的厚度。结果 :Finesse全瓷冠粘固前、后的边缘浮出量分别为 (37 6 1± 9 13) μm、(6 5 85± 15 11) μm ,粘固剂厚度为 (40 84± 9 73) μm ,与金属全冠及金瓷全冠相比较 ,均无显著性差异 ;3组全冠粘固前和粘固后的边缘浮出量有显著性差异。结论 :Finesse全瓷冠适合性良好 ,完全可为临床应用 ;粘接对全冠修复体的边缘浮出量有影响。

新型压电陶瓷涡街流量计

介绍一种新型的压电陶瓷涡街流量计,该流量计采用ＢＳＴ压电陶瓷元件来检测旋涡释放频率,使该流量计能在高温工况下工作,一年多的工业现场运行试验结果表明,新研制的涡街流量计可靠性高、稳定性好,在４００℃高温和１０ＭＰａ高压下能长期连续正常运行。     

Bi_2O_3气相热扩散及其工艺条件对SrTiO_3基多功能陶瓷性能的影响

研究了Ｂｉ２Ｏ３气相扩散及其热扩散工艺条件对半导化ＳｒＴｉＯ３基陶瓷的介电性能（ε）、介电损耗（Ｄ）、非线性系数（α）及电阻率（ρ）的影响,用ＳＥＭ和ＥＰＡ对微观结构进行了观察和分析,结果显示Ｂｉ２Ｏ３主要集中在晶界附近．用ＳｒＴｉＯ３气相扩散法成功地获得了εａｐｐ＞５００００,Ｄ＜０．０１,α＞６．０,ρ＞５×１０１０Ω·ｃｍ的ＳｒＴｉＯ３基多功能陶瓷．     

激光烧结陶瓷粉末成形零件的研究

实验研究了Ａｌ２Ｏ３陶瓷粉末的激光烧结过程,介绍了激光烧结实验装置,分析了烧结参数对烧结过程的影响,得到了激光烧结的Ａｌ２Ｏ３陶瓷零件。所设计的实验装置的结构简单,可满足实验要求。     

基于DSP的语音信号采集系统的设计

设计了一种基于16位定点DSP TMS320VC5410的语音信号采集系统,该系统应用了集ADC和DAC于一体的SIGMA-DELTA型单片模拟接口芯片TLC320AD50C,采用FIFO技术进行缓存,CPLD实现控制逻辑,EZ-USB外围接口器件实现串行通信.主要介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件编程思想及实现方法.经测试,对语音信号回放人耳感觉不到失真.
