目的:研究美洲大蠊提取物CⅡ-3抗急性炎症的作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:采用二甲苯致大鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀法急性炎症模型考察美洲大蠊提取物CⅡ-3抗急性炎症的作用。结果:50、100mg/kg的CⅡ-3对大鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用;100、200mg/kg的CⅡ-3对小鼠足跖肿胀有非常明显的抑制作用,且能显著降低小鼠炎足浸泡液中炎症介质PGE2、组胺和MDA的含量,并能提高炎症组织中SOD的活性。结论:美洲大蠊提取物CⅡ-3对急性炎症具有较好的抑制作用,其抗炎作用可能与减少炎症介质的含量和清除自由基有关。 相似文献

Though Hongbaekjeong(HBJ),a hebal mixture of three medicinal plants,has been traditionally used for arthritis and muscular pain,its scientific evidence still remains unclear.Thus,in the present study,analgesic and anti-inflammatory mechanism of HBJ was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.HBJ significantly reduced NO production and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)release and also attenuated the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2)in lipopolysaccharides(LPS)and interferon(IFN)-c treated RAW 264.7 cells.Furthermore,HBJ abrogated the production of proinflammatory cytokines such as interleukin(IL)1b,IL-6,IL-8 and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in LPS and IFN-c treated RAW 264.7 cells.In addition,HBJ significantly decreased the number of writhing syndrome induced by acetic acid,and also increased latency in hot-plate method and tail flick test in mice.Consistently,HBJ significantly reduced the edema volume in the hind paw of the rats with arthritis induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant(FCA)compared to untreated control.Collectively,our findings demonstrate the antiinflammatory and analgesic potential of HBJ via inhibition of proinflammatory cytokines and PGE2 release for treatment of arthritis and muscular pain. 相似文献

PGE patterns of ores of Dajing Cu-polymetallic deposit in Linxi County,Inner Mongolia: Indicator to source of metallogenic elements 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
By comparing PGE patterns of sulfide ores with that of basic-ultrabasic dikes occurring in the Dajing Cu-polymetallic deposit,
we discover that there are similar positive slopes between the basic-ultrabasic dikes and the black ores composed mainly of
sphalerite and galena, reflecting affinity of their source. The PGE patterns of the yellow ores composed basically of chalcopyrite,
arsenopyrite and pyrite are actually different. One is close to the pattern of the mantle lherzolite, and others resemble
the pattern of the basic rocks. However, the concentrations of Ru are higher in the yellow ores, reflecting that sulfur attains
or approaches saturation in their parent magma. The PGE characteristics of ores and dikes show that the magmas derived from
the deep of crust and the metallogenic elements were supplied mainly by growth material of the crust. In addition, the mantle-derived

提出了一种时域内含互连线的高速非线性大规模集成电路网络的快速部分高斯消元仿真方法。将电路分析改进节点导纳矩阵方程的导纳矩阵〖Y〗中含有非线性电路元件贡献的行移到最上方的位置,由于线性元件对〖Y〗矩阵的贡献不随时间变化,因此在每个时间采用点上只需对〖Y〗最上方的几行实施斯消元法。应用实例表明,部分高斯消元仿真方法具有速度快、精度高和功能强的显著优点。 相似文献

目的:探讨前列腺素E1在肺心病心衰中的治疗作用。方法:对本院1997年6月至200l年6月80例肺心病心衰患进行随机对比性研究、分析。结果:治疗一疗程后,治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率72.5%,两组的临床疗效有显性差异。结论:肺心病心衰患使用外源性前列腺素E1可获得较好疗效。 相似文献
