Analysis on Nipper Balance Shaft Movement with Transmission Drive of Comber

The alternating movement of comber nipper balance shaft causes comber vibration, which is considered as the primary limitation for its velocity. First, optimal angular acceleration coefficients of nipper balance shaft were set in this study to acquire theoretical limiting angular velocity. Second,the transmission input model of the input shaft was developed by adopting a numerical approximation method and by considering the Bézier curve as the motion curve of the input shaft. Hence, the motion of nipper balance shaft was controlled. The optimum transmission driver curve of the input shaft was obtained by contrasting the analyses of the actual angular acceleration of nipper balance shaft for each optimal coefficient. Experimental tests validated the results. The nipper balance shaft of the comber reduced comber vibration because the shaft adopted the controllable unit of transmission input.Our research sheds light on the application of controlled mechanisms in textile machines and provides a theoretical basis for increasing the velocity and decreasing the vibration or noise of the comber.

Calcium carbonate nanoparticles promote osteogenesis compared to adipogenesis in human bone-marrow mesenchymal stem cells

Rhombohedron-like and fusiform calcium carbonate nanoparticles were fabricated using a new method. Their geometry was controlled by varying the mixing speed and ratio of ethanol versus water in reaction system. The calcium carbonate nanoparticles(CCNPs) have slight effect on viability of human bone-marrow mesenchymal stem cells(hBMSCs) with dose-dependent and shape-dependent, but they can significantly promote osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs in vitro by 10–37% increase of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity, 9–36% growth of collagen secretion and 1.13–1.83 folds upregulation of osteogenesis-related genes, even at lower dose ranges(5–20 μg/ml). The efficacity of promoting osteogenesis depends on the shape and dose of CCNPs. Furthermore,adipogenesis was inhibited by less accumulation of lipid droplets, lower triglyceride(TG) secretion and downregulation of adipogenesis-related genes. These findings improve the understanding of effects CCNPs on hBMSCs fate towards osteoblasts or adipocytes and have meaningful impact for combining use of CCNPs and hBMSCs in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine fields.     

Prothymosin alpha is not a nuclear polypeptide

Summary Using a radioimmunoassay for the NH₂-terminus of prothymosin alpha, the crossreactive material was measured in subcellular fractions of calf thymus and liver. No significant amount of crossreactive material was found in the nucleus. This provides experimental evidence against a recent hypothesis, based on structural evidence, that prothymosin alpha is a nuclear polypeptide.

考虑一类含有双调和算子的热弹性板的空间性质, 通过构造一个能量函数, 利用微分不等式技术, 推导出该能量函数可由其自身一阶导数控制的微分不等式, 并给出解的Phragmén-Lindelof二择一结果.

青皮和陈皮对大鼠小肠纵行肌条运动的影响

把大鼠离体小肠纵行肌条安置在灌流肌槽中 ,记录肌条自发收缩活动的变化 ,比较青皮和陈皮对各肌条运动的影响并初步探讨青皮的作用机制 .青皮 (p H 5 .0 )和陈皮 (p H 5 .8)均明显减小各肌条的收缩波平均振幅 ,且青皮的作用比陈皮强 .中性青皮减小各肌条的收缩波平均振幅 ,但中性陈皮只减小十二指肠肌条的收缩波平均振幅 .酚妥拉明可部分阻断青皮 (p H7.4 )对回肠纵行肌条的抑制作用 (由加酚妥拉明之前的 - 6 7.3%± 5 .5 %减小为 - 4 4 .0 %± 3.2 % ,p <0 .0 0 5 ) ,六烃季胺、心得安、消炎痛、L- NNA不影响青皮的作用 .结果表明 :青皮和陈皮同为柑橘的果皮 ,但青皮对大鼠小肠纵行肌条的抑制作用比陈皮强 .青皮对回肠纵行肌条的抑制效应可能部分经由肾上腺素能α受体介导 ,对其他部位肌条的抑制作用机理有待于进一步研究

针对传统的规则式财务金融与会计领域的专家系统无法完整呈现较庞杂的知识内容的问题,提出将知识库分成领域知识及运作知识的设计方法.首先采用本体论建模领域知识,并结合基于框架与基于规则的方法建立运作知识,最后实现了领域知识与运作知识在执行中相互沟通的机制.以此知识库为基础设计了财务报表分析专家系统,提高了知识库的可再用性、可理解性与可扩充性.
