多糖蛋白复合物(PSPC)抑制肿瘤细胞的模式研究

从洛巴口蘑培养液中获得了具有免疫活性的多糖蛋白复合物（ＰＳＰＣ）。该复合物具有很高的抗肿瘤活性,而不显示直接的毒性。透射电子显微镜研究表明,ＰＳＰＣ的抗肿瘤机制或许是诱发肉瘤Ｓ－１８０的细胞凋亡,因此,ＰＳＰＣ作为一种潜在的抗肿瘤制剂植得进一步研究。     

探测人体皮下肿瘤的微波成像新方法

本文讨论了一种人体皮下肿瘤的微波成像新方法。矩形波导探头与人体直接接触，利用时域有限差分法对人体组织模型进行计算得到探头的微波反射系数。     

Immunohistochemical evidence that tumors elicit the synthesis of estrogen receptors in the submandibular gland of female rats

We have demonstrated the presence of estrogen receptor mRNA and the mature protein in the cytoplasm and nucleus, respectively, of a 9,10-dimethyl-1,2-benzathracene-induced submandibular gland tumor in female rats. We have previously shown that progesterone receptors are also present in human salivary gland tumors. These results suggest that endocrine therapy may be effective in treatment of submandibular gland tumors.     

应用模拟定位机对肺癌肿块运动的研究

肺肿瘤随呼吸运动是制约放疗剂量提升的主要因素之一，为确定每个肺癌患者的肿瘤运动范围，用模拟定位机对肺癌病人的呼吸运动，肿瘤运动及体表标记物三者的运动进行了检测，通过瞬时傅立叶变换技术对肿瘤一系列的动态变化进行研究，并对比了肿瘤和体表标记物的运动，结果发现：不同患者间肿瘤随呼吸运动的差异较大，且肺部肿瘤与体表标记物的运动存在明显的异相性，它对于确定肺癌个体化的外放边缘具有指导意义。     

Effect of human serum on alkaline phosphatase induction in cultured human tumor cells

Summary The continuous cell lines T 24 and HT-29, derived from human bladder and colon carcinomas, produce term-placental and intestinal alkaline phosphatase, respectively. Growth in hyperosmolar medium or exposure to prednisolone or sodium butyrate induces increased enzyme levels, and combinations of inducers elicit synergistic activity increases. The effect of the inducing agents is strikingly diminished when cells are grown in the presence, of high concentrations of human serum, and the synergistic increases are essentially abolished. Major human serum protein fractions do not affect alkaline phosphatase induction.     

Endogenous synthesis of peptidoglycan in eukaryotic cells; a novel concept involving its essential role in cell division,tumor formation and the biological clock

Degradation products of peptidoglycan, the universal bacterial cell wall constituent, were previously found in animal tissues and urine. Reassessment and quantitative analysis of available data lead to an original concept, i.e. that eukaryotic cells synthesize peptidoglycan. We present a model in which this endogenously synthesized peptidoglycan is essential for the processes of eukaryotic cell division and sleep induction in animals. Genes for peptidoglycan metabolism, like those for lysine biosynthesis in plants, are probably inherited from endosymbiotic bacteria, the ancestors of mitochondria and chloroplasts. Corollaries of this concept, i.e. roles for peptidoglycan metabolism in tumor formation and in the biological clock, are supported by abundant evidence. We propose that many interactions between bacteria and eukaryotes are conditioned by their common genetic heritage.     

IM-94对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用

采用细胞培养，细胞计数和ＭＴＴ快速检测法观察了肿瘤抑制剂ＩＭ－９４对培养的人肿瘤细胞的抑制作用，结果表明ＩＭ－９４对培养的肿瘤细胞，包括Ｋ５６２细胞，肺癌ＳＰＣ－Ａ１及胃腺癌７９０１细胞均有明显的杀伤作用，并具有一定的量一次和时一效关系，而培养的正常细胞没有明显影响。     

大鼠肿瘤腹水中的细胞生长抑制因子

大鼠接种Walker 256肿瘤腹水中存在着细胞生长抑制因子,经纯化为一组多肽类因子。其中5个因子在SDS-PAGE和HPLC上检测为均一的分子,分子量均为5000～6000;4个因子在微晶纤维素膜电泳时呈现单一斑点。采用~3H—胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入法测定,发现细胞生长抑制因子对小鼠艾氏肿瘤细胞、骨髓细胞和大鼠骨髓细胞具有不同的抑制作用。根据细胞抑制专一性的不同,细胞生长抑制因子可分为三类:(1)专一抑制异种细胞;(2)专一抑制正常细胞;(3)对检测靶细胞均有抑制作用。     

五色灵芝对人鼻咽癌细胞株在裸鼠成瘤的抑制作用

本项研究用五种野生灵芝提取液混合液，用９ｇ／ｋｇ／ｄ的剂量，给接种人鼻咽低分化鳞状上皮癌细胞株３天后的裸鼠灌胃给药，对照组用生理盐水２０ｍｌ／ｋｇ／ｄ，两组均按上述剂量分别灌胃２０天，裸鼠饲养于温度２５℃，相对温度为５０％￣７０％的无菌室内。
