阐述了新形势下大学职能的新变化。从为社会培养高素质的人才、进行科研创新以促进社会经济的发展、利用智力优势参与政府政策的制定等方面探讨了大学引领社会发展的各种途径。     

基于网络环境的高职院校图书馆服务模式探究

阐述了现代高职教育对图书馆服务的要求,分析了高职图书馆网络服务中存在的问题,介绍了高职图书馆网络服务的基本内容。     

基于GIS的生态功能区划在生态城市建设中的应用——以陕西省凤县为例

在对目前生态功能区划众多方法进行比较的基础上,将GIS技术应用到陕西省宝鸡市凤县生态功能区划中。根据研究区生态环境要素、生态环境敏感性及生态服务功能的差异,把区域划分成四个不同的生态功能区,即北部森林生态重点保护区,中部林、药、养殖、矿产限制开发区,中部粮、椒、果、城镇与贸易重点开发区,南部生物多样性保护与生态旅游区,并综合考虑区域实际情况进行深一步规划研究。     

我院近7年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化的临床分析

目的：总结我院近7年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。方法：回顾性分析我院近7年来剖宫产孕妇的临床资料。结果：剖宫产率逐年升高,2000年为29%,2006年为54.30%,增加1.87倍;2000年-2003年剖宫产的指征难产排第一位,而近3年,社会因素占第一位。结论：剖宫产率升高主要与社会因素有关,降低剖宫产率的关键是严格掌握剖宫产指征,尽量减少因社会因素而行剖宫产术。

Solving Non-Uniqueness in Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering Using Multidendrograms

In agglomerative hierarchical clustering, pair-group methods suffer from a problem of non-uniqueness when two or more distances between different clusters coincide during the amalgamation process. The traditional approach for solving this drawback has been to take any arbitrary criterion in order to break ties between distances, which results in different hierarchical classifications depending on the criterion followed. In this article we propose a variable-group algorithm that consists in grouping more than two clusters at the same time when ties occur. We give a tree representation for the results of the algorithm, which we call a multidendrogram, as well as a generalization of the Lance andWilliams’ formula which enables the implementation of the algorithm in a recursive way. 本课题通过用不同的方法测定的电动势分析,经过电动势测定的误差分析,找到各种方法的利弊,并且对电极制备以及测定电动势的装置进行改进,近而对问题进行探讨。改进后找到实验和研究的捷径,从而在高等学校化学实验以及生产中节省很多的人力和财力。

探讨中国服饰美学思想所涉及的“天人合一”、社会伦理道德以及等级方面的内容．运甩史料考证、逻辑推理及中外比较相结合的论证方法，表明中国传统服饰美学思想是具有鲜明的民族个性特征的，得出中国传统服饰美学思想所涵盖的社会化、自然化和多样化特征．     

The social brain: Insights from cognitive neuroscience

Cognitive neuroscience has provided powerful tools that now permit the investigation of human social cognition and behavior with unprecedented accuracy. This review summarizes some of the features of the human brain that differentiate it from the brains of other animals, some of the methods used in cognitive neuroscience, and concludes with an example of research from the author’s own lab that implicates the amygdala in emotion recognition, social judgment, and autism.     

一类时滞系统的模糊预测控制方法

对模糊控制和预测控制相结合的控制方法进行研究,提出了一种简单易于实现的模糊预测控制的组合方法.此方法将模糊控制的定性分析特点和预测控制的定量分析特点有效地结合起来,同时积分器的引入可以消除稳态偏差.仿真结果表明,该方法对控制作用的滞后时间不确定的系统十分有效.
