应用组织化学方法对对照组小鼠、缺氧组小鼠以及雌激素预处理缺氧组小鼠肺内肥大细胞的数量、活性、分布范型及组化性质进行了研究.结果表明,缺氧组小鼠随缺氧时间的延长,肺小动脉内皮细胞损伤加重,损伤后再给氧,内皮细胞损伤程度更严重;同时伴有肥大细胞和脱颗粒的急剧增多,均极显著高于同期对照组小鼠(P〈0.01).雌激素预处理缺氧组小鼠随缺氧时间的延长,肺小动脉内皮细胞的损伤程度较缺氧组小鼠轻;肥大细胞和脱颗粒均极显著低于同期缺氧组小鼠(P〈0.01).由此说明,肥大细胞可能在急性缺氧造成的肺损伤过程中起着重要作用,肥大细胞膜稳定剂(雌激素)对肺损伤可能起保护作用. 相似文献

小鼠急性缺氧后颈部淋巴结内肥大细胞的变化 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
应用组织化学染色法对缺氧组、对照组,以及雌激素预处理缺氧组小鼠颈部淋巴结内肥大细胞的数量、活性、分布范型及组化性质进行了研究.结果表明,缺氧组小鼠的肥犬细胞和脱颗粒数目均极显著高于同期对照组和雌激素预处理缺氧组小鼠(P〈0.01);雌激素预处理缺氧组小鼠的肥大细胞和脱颗粒数极显著低于同期缺氧组小鼠(P〈0.01).而极显著高于同期对照组小鼠(P〈0.01).且在急性缺氧5h时肥大细胞数出现一个峰值,在缺氧8h后恢复常压9h再缺氧3h时,肥大细胞脱颗粒数最显著.AB-S染色显示,随着缺氧时间的延长,淋巴结内几乎全部为黏膜肥大细胞.由此表明,肥大细胞参与急性缺氧过程的免疫调节,雌激素对免疫损伤起到保护作用. 相似文献

Tryptases constitute a subfamily of trypsin-like proteinases, stored in the mast cell secretory granules of all mammalian organisms. These enzymes are released along with other mediators into the extracellular medium upon mast cell activation/degranulation. Among the trypsin-like enzymes, tryptases are unique: they are present as active enzymes in the mast cell granules, but display activity only extracellularly, and have a specificity which is much more restricted than trypsin. Tryptases are mostly tetrameric, and in only few organisms (not in humans) are they inhibited by endogenous inhibitors in vitro. The enzymatic and molecular properties of tryptases are far better characterized that any of their plausible biological functions. On the basis of its structural and functional features it could be predicted that tryptase would not degrade a large number of proteins in vivo due to low accessibility to the tetramer central pore where the active sites face inwards. Although their biological function has not yet been clarified, tryptases seem to be involved in a number of mast cell-mediated allergic and inflammatory diseases. In particular, the involvement of tryptase in asthma, an inflammatory disease of the airways often caused by allergy, has been proposed. 采用甲苯胺蓝染色 (TB)和阿尔新蓝 -番红花红 (AB -S)染色法研究了孕 17d ,18d ,19d ,2 0d和娩后0 .5d ,1d ,2d ,3d时子宫内肥大细胞的数量变化 .结果表明肥大细胞的数目于分娩前剧增、分娩后 (0 .5d)急剧减少、以后 (1~ 3d)又快速回升 ;娩后 0 .5d小鼠子宫肥大细胞数目与分娩前相比差异极其显著 (P <0 .0 1) .提示子宫肥大细胞可能参与了分娩过程以及分娩后子宫内膜的修复 . 相似文献

To explore chronic eration and activation of mast heterotypic stressors induced prolifcells in gastric antrum mucosa by ultrastructure alterations of mast cells, chronic unpredictable heterotypic stressors were used as a study model. The mean immunofluorescence magnitude of mast cell protease 1 (MCP-1) taken from chronic stress rats were 37.4±7.7, significantly higher (p〈0.05) than the value of normal control group (24.8±5.6). Chronic unpredictable haterotypic stressors appeared also to induce ultrastructure alterations of mast cells. It indicated that mast cells were proliferated and activated, while mast cell granules were hyperplasiaed. Most granules had obvious intragranular changes with loss of electron-dense material. The morphologic evidence showed that macrophages and leukocytes infiltrated in chronic stress rats. Some granules of leukocytes adhered to the surface of mast cell, and formed a bridge. Macrophages phagocytized the mast cell granules. 相似文献

目的:探讨肥大细胞(mast cell,MC)在人正常子宫内膜和肌层中的变化规律。方法:采用免疫组织化学和图象分析系统,对11例增生期、10例分泌期、9例绝经期子宫组织切片的MC进行测定。结果:人子宫内膜的MC数在增生期和分泌中晚期中明显增多,在分泌早期减少,在绝经期中显著减少。在肌层则未见MC数有周期性改变。结论:MC在子宫内膜呈周期性变化,分泌早期MC数量减少,将有利于胚泡的着床,绝经期MC数量的显著减少,提示其可能与绝经期妇女易患妇科恶性肿瘤相关。 相似文献

Summary Rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus showed a 3.4–4.5 times increased angiogenic response following mast-cell activation in situ as compared with age-matched normal controls. The test tissue used was the mesenteric window, which we have previously exploited as a quantitative angiogenesis assay. In the present study two idependent techniques for quantifying the angiogenic response showed essentially the same result. The finding of a pathologically increased angiogenic reaction in the diabetic animals is noteworthy since some of the most harmful complications of diabetes in man relate to proliferative vascular lesions. 相似文献
