SCGE检测人单个核细胞细胞DNA损伤

用单细胞凝胶电泳法检测了人全血在4℃储存时单个核细胞DNA损伤的情况。结果发现，细胞随储存时间延长基础损伤逐渐增高，储存1，24，48，72h时细胞损伤率分别为8.84%，18.5%，45.2%和54.3%，而细胞对H2O2的敏感性却逐渐降低。以50цmol/L H2O2处理后，其细胞损伤率在0，24，48h分别为63%，61.8%和51.5%。     

Development of the Automated Bonding Robot for Space Solar Cells

The bonding process of space solar cells is a very complicated task undertaken by manual labor before. An automatic approach based on robot technology is presented to deal with the difficult problem. The architecture of the bonding robot for space solar cells is described. The two processes carried out by the robot, adhesive dispensing and cover-glass bonding, are studied. Based on the mechanical model, the flow velocity field of the adhesive in needles is obtained and the cover-glass bonding theory is interpreted. According to the studies, the thickness of the adhesive can be controlled accurately by robot and bubbles can be avoided coming about inside the adhesive.     

A study of granulated metrial gland cell differentiation in pregnant,macrophage-deficient,osteopetrotic (op/op) mice

A population of uterine natural killer (NK) cells, commonly called granulated metrial gland (GMG) cells, differentiates in the mouse uterus during normal pregnancy. Little is known regarding the process of differentiation of GMG cells or of other NK cell subsets. It has been suggested that macrophage precursors, under the combined influences of the cytokine growth factors colony stimulating factor-1 (CSF-1) and interleukin-2, become NK-cell like in morphology, pattern of target cell lysis and surface antigen phenotype. Mice expressing the mutation osteopetrosis (op/op) are unable to produce the cytokine CSF-1. To determine whether CSF-1 is required for the successful differentiation of uterine NK cells, implantation sites in pregnant,op/op mice were studied histologically. GMG cell differentiation appeared to progress normally inop/op mice studied between days 7 and 14 of gestation. Thus, the growth factor CSF-1 is not required for differentiation of the uterine NK cell subset known as GMG cells and probably GMG cells do not differentiate from macrophage precursor cells which are deficient inop/op mice.

Augmentation of natural antiganglioside IgM antibodies in lower motor neuron disease (LMND) and role of CD5+ B cells

IgM antibodies directed against neuronal gangliosides GM₁ , GM₂ , GD_1a , GD_1b and GT_1b occur in normal individuals and their level significantly decreases with age. Patients with lower motor neuron disease (LMND) produce high levels of these autoantibodies. AntiGM₁ IgM is selectively augmented. In these patients, the CD5+ (B1) and CD5− (B2) subsets of B cells are not distinct entities but range from those without detectable CD5 marker to those with high CD5+ expression. B1 B cells were sorted to homogeneity, but B2 B cell cannot be isolated to homogeneity because of the presence of B1 cells with low CD5 expression. In short term cultures both the subsets produced IgM antibodies, but the antibodies reacted better with desialylated GM₁ than with GM₁ . Cycloheximide (Cx) (0.35 mM) largely blocked IgM synthesis of the B1 B cells but inhibition of the B2 B cells was incomplete, possibly due to shedding of cytophilic antibodies as well as to the presence of B1 phenotype with loss of CD5 expression. HMBA和亚硒酸钠对人胃腺癌细胞的诱导分化

用５×１０（－３）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ环六亚甲基双乙酰胺和３×１０（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ亚硒酸钠诱导剂组合处理人胃腺癌ＭＧｃ８０－３细胞，结果细胞的群体增殖和ＤＮＡ合成均受到显著抑制，生长抑制率最高达７２．８％，ＤＮＡ合成的抑制率达８４．１％，液门测定的ＣＰＭ值也较诱导处理之前降低了５．２６倍；同时，ＭＧＣ８０－３细胞的表型由典型恶性特征向相应正常细胞类似的形态结构特征转变，细胞对裸鼠的致瘤性也明显降低（Ｐ值＜０．０５）·表明ＨＭＢＡ和亚硒酸钠的组合能够有效地诱导人胃腺癌细胞的分化，而且这种诱导分化作用比单独使用其中一种诱导物所产生的效果更显著．     

钙调素拮抗剂TFP对Hela细胞微丝及波形纤维蛋白分布的影响

利用钙调素拮抗剂三氟拉嗪（ＴＦＰ）及微管的不同聚合状态对Ｈｅｌａ细胞微丝及波形纤维蛋白分布的影响进行了研究。Ｈｅｌａ细胞微丝明显解聚，而波形纤维蛋白则密集分布在细胞核一侧。细胞经ＴＦＰ处理２ｄ后，可见微丝分布的恢复，而波形纤维蛋白分布则变得分散，并向质膜延伸。但对ＴＦＰ处理２ｄ后的细胞用低温（２～４℃）处理，使微管解聚，或以紫杉酚（ｔａｘｏｌ）处理２４ｈ，使微管高度聚集以破坏其微管网络系统时，微丝则随之发生明显的解聚现象，而波形纤维蛋白又恢复为密集分布于细胞核一侧的状态。若在低温处理前加ｔａｘｏｌ预处理１．５ｈ，以稳定微管时，此时在细胞周边仍可见微丝存在，波形纤维蛋白仍保持其分散分布状态。结果表明经ＴＦＰ处理的Ｈｅｌａ细胞微丝及波形纤维蛋白分布的变化可能与微管分布的改变具有一定的联系。

描述了n 型仿射Weyl群W的a值为 5的一类特殊双边胞腔中左胞腔的个数 ,并计算出当n≥ 9时 ,这样的双边胞腔仅有 1个 ,记为Ω ,其中n =9时 ,含 5 12 =2 9个左胞腔 ;当n≥ 10时 ,含有 (1/ 12 0 ) (n5- 5n4 2 5n3 5n2 94n 12 0 )个左胞腔 .所使用的方法是找出这类双边胞腔中所有特异对合元     

血浆与红细胞在微循环系统中的动量交换分析

为了研究血浆与红细胞动量交换对人和动物的影响 ,该文创建了全血离散模型 ,运用差分法得到血浆与红细胞之间的交换关系式 ,揭示了红细胞在微循环系统中的聚集与血浆密度和速度的关系 ,并由此发现脑中风和脑缺氧等某些疾病 ,都是由于血浆密度和速度的变化引起红细胞的聚集而导致的。
