八一精神与高校国防教育之关系探析

国防教育是高校教育教学的重要内容,这是由实现和完成培养社会主义事业接班人和建设者目标和任务所决定的。八一精神是中国共产党夺取反帝反封建民主革命胜利和建设社会主义强大的思想武器和精神动力,与高校国防教育有着密切关系。继承和弘扬八一精神是高校国防教育的重要内容,必将推动高校教书育人、科学研究、服务社会和文化传承工作,促进具有中国特色国防文化的建设与发展。     

The folding process of hen lysozyme: a perspective from the ‘new view’

How a conformationally disordered polypeptide chain rapidly and efficiently achieves its well-defined native structure is still a major question in modern structural biology. Although much progress has been made towards rationalizing the principles of protein structure and dynamics, the mechanism of the folding process and the determinants of the final fold are not yet known in any detail. One protein for which folding has been studied in great detail by a combination of diverse techniques is hen lysozyme. In this article we review the present state of our knowledge of the folding process of this enzyme and focus in particular on recent experiments to probe some of its specific features. These results are then discussed in the context of the ‘new view’ of protein folding based on energy surfaces and land scapes. It is shown that a schematic energy surface for lysozyme folding, which is broadly consistent with our experimental data, begins to provide a unified model for protein folding through which experimental and theoretical ideas can be brought together.

皮纹学分析对两组三胞胎卵性诊断的研究

以皮纹学指标分析了两组三胞胎的卵性诊断问题．结果表明．指纹类型的差异性，同卵为15％，异卵为60％．十指纹型双手对应性差异，同卵为20％，异卵在55％以上．三胞胎不论同卵还是异卵，比起双胞胎的同卵或异卵，皮纹参数的差异要大一些．     

采用自适应概率粒子群算法的反导预警资源调度方法

根据反导预警资源的实际特点,采用多Agent技术研究反导预警调度问题。设计资源管理Agent和预警资源Agent,给出卫星与雷达探测目标的适宜度计算方法,以方案适宜度最大化为目标生成调度方案。为提高调度方案的时效性设计一种基于自适应概率的粒子群算法,算法中粒子的每一维分量根据方案适宜度以不同概率取值,反映粒子的思考过程。实例分析表明,该算法与现有的预警资源调度算法相比,能较快地收敛到一个较优值,使调度方案满足反导预警作战实时高效的要求。     

Ovicidal activity of two fungal pathogens （Hyphomycetes）against Tetranychus cinnabarinus （Acarina：Tetranichidae）

The carmine spider mite, Tetranychus cinna-barinus, is an economically important pest that devastates varieties of crops worldwide and develops significant resistance to common chemical pesticides, most of which lack ovicidal activity. In the present study, two isolates of entomopathogenic fungi, Beuaveria bassiana SG8702 and Pae-cilomyces fumosoroseus Pfrl53, were bioassayed against T. cinnabarinus eggs at 25 ℃ under a photophase of 12 : 12 (L:D). Infected eggs on Vicia faba var. minor leaves failed to hatch due to distortion and shrinkage and had fungal outgrowths when maintained under moist conditions. Sprays of B. bassiana conidia to T. cinnabarinus eggs (on leaves) at the concentrations of 58, 298 and 1306 conidia/mm2 (3 replicates per concentration and 35-65 fresh mite eggs per replicate) resulted in corrected egg mortalities of 20.4±4.2%, 36.0±7.6% and 64.6±12.5% (F=43.14, P <0.01), respectively; sprays of P. fumosoroseus at 129, 402 and 2328 conidia/mm2 caused egg mortalities of 16.1±11.1%,     

A Network-Based VPN Architecture Using Virtual Routing

A network based Virtual Private Network (VPN) architecture by using fundamental routing mechanism is proposed. This network is a virtual overlay network based on the relay of IP-in-IP tunneling of virtual routing modules. The packet format employs the encapsulation of IPSec ESP (Encapsulating Security Payload), an impact path code and an extended DS (Differentiated Services) code to support multi-path routing and QoS. Comparing with other models of VPN, this network system can be deployed in the current network with little investment, and it is easy to implement. The simulation result shows its performance is better than the traditional VPN system of black box mode.     

鸡蛋、鸡胚的SOD和MDA水平

实验对鸡蛋蛋黄、鸡蛋蛋清、鸡胚尿囊液和鸡胚羊水中的SOD和MDA进行了测定.结果表明,蛋黄、蛋清、鸡胚尿囊液都含有SOD,含量分别为46.8892±8.2668nmol/mL、31.4759±4.2049nmol/mL和40.6051±11.8457nmol/mL;鸡蛋蛋黄、鸡蛋蛋清都含有MDA,含量分别为24.8790±2.1320nmol/mL和1.5694±0.6507nmol/mL,蛋黄含量为蛋清的20倍左右.本实验结果在理论上对鸡蛋和鸡胚(毛蛋)的养生、保健和治病作用是有力的支持.     

我国女子青少年篮球运动员的防守技术及其训练

通过对青少年女子篮球运动员身体素质及移动技术特点的分析,认为其移动技术特点主要为重心低、步幅大、频率快、善于运用手部干扰和呼应等,训练思路上应该立足于高度重视脚步移动、严格规范动作和运用合理。对此,宜采用教练并重、手段多样和寓教于乐等训练方法。     

舟山海域池塘养殖和野生三疣梭子蟹抱卵量的比较研究

系统研究和比较池塘养殖和野生三疣梭子蟹人工繁殖亲本的体重、甲壳长、甲壳宽、抱卵量、生殖力和单个卵重等指标,结果表明:1.人工育苗用野生三疣梭子蟹的体重、甲壳长、甲壳宽、抱卵量显著高于池塘养殖蟹(P<0.05);2.野生三疣梭子蟹的平均生殖力(Fecundity,粒/g)和单个卵重也大于池塘养殖梭子蟹,但是由于变异系数较大,并无统计学的差异(P>0.05);3.池塘养殖三疣梭子蟹的抱卵量与体重、甲壳长和甲壳宽相关系数高于野生梭子蟹,无论野生还是池塘养殖梭子蟹的抱卵量与体重、甲壳长和甲壳宽呈正相关,且抱卵量与甲壳长的相关系数最高。从而,总结出了利用三疣梭子蟹的甲壳长和甲壳宽来预测其抱卵量的方法。
