~3H-氮酮的合成及小白鼠的实验研究

氮酮是一种新型皮肤渗透促进剂,用2,3-~3H-环己-1-酮经化学合成制备了它的氚标记物——~3H-氮酮。氚的分布为4,5,6位占95％,3,7和12′位占5％,其放射性比度和放化纯度分别为1.5×10~3GBq/mmol和95％。~3H-氮酮在正常小白鼠皮肤表面上涂药后,3h血液中放射性达最高峰,在各组织中分布是肌肉最多,其次为肝脏、肾脏和脾脏。     

In vitro development ofXenopus skin glands producing 5-hydroxytryptamine and caerulein

The granular glands of amphibian skin synthesize and store a large amount of bioactive amines and peptides which are structurally similar to mammalian brain-gut peptides. To investigate the development of peptide- and amine-producing cells in the granular glands, pieces of dorsal skin taken at various stages fromXenopus laevis tadpoles were cultured, and the contents of caerulein and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) were measured. When pieces of skin from tadpoles at stages 57 to 60 (Nieuwkoop and Faber stages) were cultured in a medium containing 10% fetal calf serum (FCS medium) or one containing FCS treated with charcoal (chFCS medium), the caerulein and 5-HT levels were increased for the six days of the incubation period. The caerulein content was lower in the chFCS medium than in the FCS medium. Addition of thyroxine to the chFCS medium had no significant effect on the caerulein content. These results show that the caerulein-and 5-HT-producing cells of the granular glands can develop in a culture system with FCS- or chFCS-containing media, and suggest that FCS contains substances which are absorbed by charcoal and stimulate development of the amine- and peptideproducing cells of the glands. In a preliminary search for correlation between caerulein and 5-HT synthesis, addition of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor to 5-HT, to the FCS medium increased 5-HT content and, conversely, caused significant decrease in caerulein content, suggesting that accumulation of caerulein in the granular glands is influenced by the amount of 5-HT synthesis. These studies indicate that this culture system is a useful model for investigating the development of peptide- and amine-producing cells.     

新型双层皮肤组织工程支架的构建

模拟天然皮肤的真、表皮结构,以胶原和壳聚糖为主要原料构建皮肤组织工程双层支架.将固含量0.8%(mass)的胶原-壳聚糖溶液冻干后压膜,经戊二醛交联后再冻干形成双层支架的底层,然后注入固含量0.2%(mass)的胶原-壳聚糖溶液,经冻干、交联、再冻干即得结构较稳定的双层复合海绵支架.在双层支架上培养的小鼠成纤维细胞贴壁生长正常.本研究构建的胶原-壳聚糖双层支架具有良好的结构稳定性和细胞相容性.     

离体皮肤的活力测定方法

皮肤移植和创面覆盖是创伤、烧伤治疗的重要措施．皮肤活力是创伤功能性封闭的必须要求，目前测定离体皮肤活力有多种方法，本文就众多测定方法作一概述．     

Avoiding obstacles by using a proximity infrared sensor skin

Placement and wiring of vast amount of sensor elements on the 3-dimensionally configured robot surface to form soft sensor skin is very difficult with the traditional technology. In this paper we propose a new method to realize such a skin. By implanting infrared sensors array in an elastic body, we obtain an elastic and tough sensor skin that can be shaped freely. The developed sensor skin is a large-area, flexible array of infrared sensors with data processing capabilities. Depending on the skin electronics, it endows its carrier with an ability to sense its surroundings. The structure, the method of infrared sensor signal processing, and basic experiments of sensor skin are presented. The validity of the infrared sensor skin is investigated by preliminary obstacle avoidance trial.     

电流趋肤效应的研究

本文从理论计算出发 ,对高频电流作了多方面的研究。结果表明 ,由于趋肤效应 ,感应加热的热量是从金属表层传递到内部的 ,并非金属内部同时加热 ,这对于感应加热的广泛应用有理论上的指导意义     

人体着装部位间皮肤冷感受之差异性研究——局部皮肤温度变化的多重比较

发展了一种着装温度舒适性感觉计测的研究新方法，对着装人体不同身体部位在受到同样程度的冷制刺激时产生的皮肤温度等生理量变化，主观心理感觉的差异性进行了研究，并利用多重比较分析了主要身体部位对冷刺激导致的皮肤温度变化量反应规律。     

中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪发生类坏死的皮肤在恢复过程中Con A受体的变化研究

本研究以中华大蟾蜍后肢芽期的蝌蚪为材料,以0.001/molL 氨水处理皮肤使之发生类坏死.运用荧光标记的凝集素刀豆球蛋白 A(Con A)结合半薄切片技术观察了皮肤发生类坏死后恢复过程中 Con A 受体的变化.结果发现:正常皮肤表面细胞质膜下,细胞质和基膜中有一些Con A 受体分布.经类坏死处理后,表面细胞内出现了一层团块状分布的 Con A 受体,基底细胞膨大,一类膨大的细胞中仅细胞核和质膜上有 Con A 受体分布,另一类细胞中核和质均有 Con A受体分布.类坏死处理后1h,表面细胞内团块状分布的 Con A 受体变成小颗粒排列在质膜下,表皮细胞质中 Con A 受体较多,基膜中也出现较多的 Con A 受体;类坏死处理3h 表面细胞,基底细胞和基膜中 GonA 受体的分布和1h 的相似:类坏无处理后5h,Con A 受体逐渐减少并恢复正常.结果表明,生发类坏死的皮肤在恢复过程中 Con A 受体对保持结构的完整性及正常的生理功能具有重要的意义.     

蝙蝠葛碱增强博莱霉素A5对肿瘤细胞的毒性

应用增殖抑制方法发现,无生长抑制作用的0.5mg ·L~(-1)的蝙蝠葛碱(Dau)使博莱霉素A_5单独对小鼠肉瘤S-180V细胞作用的I_(C50)值从2.1mg·L~(-1)降低到1.3mg·L~(-1),无抑制作用的1 mg·L~(-1) Dau使博莱霉素A_5单独对人喉癌HEP2细胞作用的I_(C50) 值从0.33 mg·L~(-1)降低到0.1 mg·L~(-1).克隆形成法证明:无细胞毒性的10 mg·L~(-1)的Dau明显增强博莱霉素A_5对HEP2细胞毒性.TFP法证实,有一定生长抑制作用的Dau对HEP2细胞内活化钙调素有影响.结果表明:蝙蝠葛碱有一定的增强博莱霉素A_5对肿瘤细胞的毒性.     

基于80c196单片机的皮肤细胞分离机设计

实现了一种基于80c196单片机的皮肤细胞分离机.该分离机实现了6通道温度与压力的监控,可同时为6位患者进行手术,极大的方便了白癜风的治疗.同时采用计算机通信技术实现了病人病历与手术前后的表皮细胞图像的同步采集.医院临床试用说明该设备各项指标符合国家标准,达到了设计目标.
