论社会主义政治文明的价值视野

政治文明中的价值理念是支撑制度文明和机构运行的深层次要素，制度创新首先应从价值理念的创新开始。不同文明之间价值资源的共享与相互借鉴，已成为当今世界政治发展的一个主流趋势。社会主义政治文明建设必须以人本理念为核心价值，吸收借鉴人类一切政治文明成果，在实践中不断推进体制创新。     

Unit roots versus other types of time heterogeneity,parameter time dependence and superexogeneity

This paper stresses the restrictive nature of the standard unit root/cointegration assumptions and examines a more general type of time heterogeneity, which might characterize a number of economic variables, and which results in parameter time dependence and misleading statistical inference. We show that in such cases ‘operational’ models cannot be obtained, and the estimation of time‐varying parameter models becomes necessary. For instance, economic processes subject to endemic change can only be adequately modelled in a state space form. This is a very important point, because unstable models will break down when used for forecasting purposes. We also discuss a new test for the null of cointegration developed by Quintos and Phillips (1993), which is based on parameter constancy in cointegrating regressions. Finally, we point out that, if it is possible to condition on a subset of superexogenous variables, parameter instability can be handled by estimating a restricted system. The performance of non‐linear exchange rate models: a forecasting comparison

In recent years there has been a considerable development in modelling non‐linearities and asymmetries in economic and financial variables. The aim of the current paper is to compare the forecasting performance of different models for the returns of three of the most traded exchange rates in terms of the US dollar, namely the French franc (FF/$), the German mark (DM/$) and the Japanese yen (Y/$). The relative performance of non‐linear models of the SETAR, STAR and GARCH types is contrasted with their linear counterparts. The results show that if attention is restricted to mean square forecast errors, the performance of the models, when distinguishable, tends to favour the linear models. The forecast performance of the models is evaluated also conditional on the regime at the forecast origin and on density forecasts. This analysis produces more evidence of forecasting gains from non‐linear models. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

传统文化与城市的重构及整合研究

通过对传统文化与城市的重构、整合相互关系的历史研究,从中发掘城市发展的文化脉络,指出传统文化格局的变迁,表现在意识形态领域,落后文化吸纳先进文化,促进城市形态的变更。在城市的重构、整合方面,旨在为现代的城市设计提供可鉴之路。     

粘结平面对称分叉裂纹的奇异积分方程数值解

本文对一个含分叉裂纹的弹性半平面与另一不同材料的半平面粘结的问题用复势方法化为一组三个复Caucby型奇异积分方程。采用修正的Gauss-Legendre和修正的Lobatto-Legendre数值求积法则化成一代数方程组,裂纹尖端的应力强度因子值可从代数方程组的解求得。本文计算得到了弹性半平面、刚体与弹性半平面相粘结、两种不同材料的弹性半平面相粘结的三种问题的几种几何形状的对称分叉裂纹的应力强度因子。本文的结果扩充了“应力强度因子手册”的内容。     

Earthshaker: A mobile rescue robot for emergencies and disasters through teleoperation and autonomous navigation

To deal with emergencies and disasters without rescue workers being exposed to dangerous environments, this paper presents a mobile rescue robot, Earthshaker. As a combination of a tracked chassis and a six-degree-of-freedom robotic arm, as well as miscellaneous sensors and controllers, Earthshaker is capable of traversing diverse terrains and fulfilling dexterous manipulation. Specifically, Earthshaker has a unique swing arm—dozer blade structure that can help clear up cumbersome obstacles and stabilize the robot on stairs, a multimodal teleoperation system that can adapt to different transmission conditions, a depth camera-aided robotic arm and gripper that can realize semiautonomous manipulation and a LiDAR aided base that can achieve autonomous navigation in unknown areas. It was these special systems that supported Earthshaker to win the first Advanced Technology & Engineering Challenge (A-TEC) championships, standing out of 40 robots from the world and showing the efficacy of system integration and the advanced control philosophy behind it.     

基于PSO磁悬浮球系统自适应灰预测控制

目的 针对磁悬浮球系统非线性不稳定和滞后性的问题,提出一种基于粒子群优化的自适应灰色预测 PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation)复合控制策略。 方法 通过在 PID 控制模块的反馈环中引入具有等维新息特征的灰色预测器,对系统误差进行及时反馈修正,以提高控制系统的响应速度和鲁棒性;同时,融合粒子群智能算 法对控制器参数迭代优化,以提高控制系统控制精度和抗干扰能力;最后,在 MATLAB / Simulink 环境下搭建仿真 平台进行对比实验。 结果 验证基于粒子群优化的自适应灰预测控制系统模型的超调量、峰值时间、调节时间显著 改善。 结论 证实该策略可以有效抑制系统滞后性,具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性。     

中国货币政策中间目标变量的选择

利用互协关系检验（ｃｏ－ｉｎｔｅｇｒａｔｉｏｎｔｅｓｔｓ）的方法,考察我国的货币总量Ｍ０、Ｍ１和Ｍ２与其他主要宏观经济变量之间是否存在一种长期的稳定关系．结果表明,Ｍ２与工业生产总值ＧＩＰ、企业１年期短期名义贷款利率ｒ之间存在着长期稳定关系,由此估计出的货币需求函数有较好的统计性质,因此,Ｍ２应是我国的货币政策中间目标变量的首选对象．     

On analytical treatment of all boundary and volume integrals in BEM

In this paper, the integrals appeared in BEM model for Poisson equation are all implemented analytically. Wherein, the boundary and the domain are discretized by linear boundary elements and linear internal triangle cells respectively. The closed formulations for all integrals are presented so that the computer effort for numerical solution is reduced considerably with higher accuray. The numerical example shows that the results are more accurate in comparision with Gaussian integration in the same discrezition. The basic idea of this paper could be extended to BEM model for Helmholtz equation and/or the time-dependent second other differential equations. KdV—Burgers方程行波解的研究

用Ｌａｘ－Ｎｉｏｕｖｅｒ变换求得了ＫｄＶ－Ｂｕｒｇｅｒｓ方程在特定情形下的精确行波解、渐近行波解,用Ａｄｏｍｉａｎ积分法求得了级数解。此外,找到了ＫｄＶ－Ｂｕｒｇｅｒｓ方程行波解与ＲＬＷ－Ｂｕｒｇｅｒｓ方程行波解之间的关系,进一步分析了ＫｄＶ－Ｂｕｒｇｅｒｓ方程一类已知的解析解。
