Mechanisms functional underlying the characteristics structural and of acupoints

Acupoints are particular areas on the surface of the body through which the Qi and blood of the Zang-fu organs and meridians flow. Acupoints can respond to stimuli and reflect syndromes. Research on the essential morphology of acupoints has two key focuses： anatomical structure and physiological func- tion. The structure is the material and anatomical basis for the function, while the function is the manifes- tation of the structure. The two factors not only have profound significance for our understanding of the essence of acupoints, but also have great value for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion practice. Based on the structural and functional characteristics of meridians under different physiological and pathological con- ditions, this paper illustrates the essence of acupoints and explores the rules and biological basis of the acu- point functions induced by acupuncture and moxibustion.     

教育社会学视角下地方高校与云南壮剧教育传承的关系研究——边疆少数民族国家级非物质文化遗产教育传承研究（之三）

针对云南壮剧的传承困境问题,地方高校可通过整合校内外各类科研和教育资源,为教育传承云南壮剧建设一个集科研、校内外教育为一体的服务平台,使地方高校在参与云南壮剧教育传承保护服务实践过程中互动生成一种共存、共建和共生共赢的关系,为地方少数民族非物质文化遗产难传承和难保护的社会问题,提供一种基于双向互动关系而获得共赢的问题解决模式。     

Mining potential social relationship with active learning in LBSN

Rapid development of local-based social network ( LBSN ) makes it more convenient for re-searchers to carry out studies related to social network.Mining potential social relationship in LBSN is the most important one.Traditionally, researchers use topological relation of social network or tel-ecommunication network to mine potential social relationship.But the effect is unsatisfactory as the network can not provide complete information of topological relation.In this work, a new model called PSRMAL is proposed for mining potential social relationships with LBSN.With the model, better performance is obtained and guaranteed, and experiments verify the effectiveness.     

Upper bounds of differential characteristic probability for unbalanced Feistel network employing DSM

In this paper, for the unbalanced Feistel network which employs diffusion matrices in a switching way, we study the fixed number of its differential active S-boxes. Firstly we obtain some lower bounds of the differential active S-boxes for m, 2m and 3m rounds of Feistel structure, respectively. By concatenating these rounds, a fixed number of differential active S-boxes for arbitrary round number is derived. Our results imply that the unbalanced Feistel network using DSM is more secure than the traditional structure.     

我国国有商业银行表外业务存在问题及解决对策

该文通过阐述我国国有商业银行表外业务发展中的情况和特点,根据其出现的品种单一、业务量少、区域发展不均衡和管理不规范等问题,相应地提出了加快金融创新、提高对其业务重要性的认识和业务营销水平、加强银行间区域合作和完善相关规章制度建设等合理的对策,以期能对我国金融业的发展提供些许有益的参考。     

HD分子X1Σ+g, B1Σ+u和C1Πu态的势能函数

使用SAC/SAC-CI方法，利用D95++**、6-311++g**以及cc-PVTZ等基组，对HD分子的基态(X1Σ+g)、第二激发态(B1Σ+u)和第三激发态(C1Πu)的平衡结构和谐振频率进行了优化计算．通过对3个基组的计算结果的比较，得出了cc-PVTZ基组为三个基组中的最优基组的结论；使用cc-PVTZ基组，利用SAC的GSUM(Group Sum of Operators)方法对基态(X1Σ+g)、SAC-CI的GSUM方法对激发态(B1Σ+u)和(C1Πu)进行单点能扫描计算，用正规方程组拟合Murrell-Sorbie函数，得到了相应电子态的完整势能函数；从得到的势能函数计算了与基态(X1Σ+g)、第二激发态(B1Σ+u)和第三激发态(C1Πu)相对应的光谱常数(Be, αe, ωe 和ωeχe)，结果与实验数据基本吻合．     

Comparison of Achievable Rates of OFDM and Single Carrier Communication Systems

This paper presents a theoretical comparison of a single carrier system and a multi-carrier system through an analysis of the achievable rate under frequency selective fading with channel state information at the receiver. A scheme was designed to compare the achievable rates of a single carrier system and an Or-thogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system. A thorough theoretical analysis of the two-path channel was conducted, and simulations were also used to analyze practical stochastic channels. Analysis and simulation results show that the achievable rates of the two approaches are comparable when the channel is flat fading. However, when the channel is frequency selective fading, the single carrier system outperforms the OFDM system. The achievable rate of the OFDM system is about 10% lower than that of the single carrier system at higher SNRs.

通过介绍港口国控制、全球主要港口国控制组织的基本情况和PSC法律基础的国际海事安全标准的发展,对比分析东京备忘录和巴黎备忘录在港口国监督年度报告中关于海事安全标准执行情况的数据,得到国际海事安全标准的发展趋势,提出对船东和有关当局的挑战.     

生态旅游社区从事旅游业者的行为特征研究——以芦芽山自然保护区为例

生态旅游社区从事旅游业不仅是保护自然资源的坚强力量，而且是支持旅游业的主力军，他们是旅游影响的直接主要的承受，本采用问卷调查的方式，对芦芽山自然保护区从事旅游业的行为特征进行了调查，结果表明，社区人们对自然保护的支持率较高，但却认为可以私自利用其资源，他们对于旅游的各种影响反映良好。
