拟南芥抗盐单基因突变体的诱导与筛选

用Co60-γ射线辐照野生型拟南芥种子，将诱变处理后的M一代种子温室种植，收获的M2代种子用于抗盐突变体的筛选，将在200mmol／L盐胁迫条件下筛选出的352株幼苗根仍表现向地性生长或真叶不变为褐色的植株作为可能的突变体，再将这些M2代可能的突变体移苗种植至基质中并收获M3代种子，经对M3代的抗盐性状继续进行检测，最终获得4株100％表现抗盐性状的突变体。     

Fe100-xCox系合金超细粉末的制备和磁性

用机械合金化方法制备了Fel00-xCox系超细粉末(x＝15，35，50)．对各样品进行了X—ray衍射谱的分析；用柯西分布公式计算了材料的晶粒尺寸，约为9-12nm；用最小二乘法计算了材料的晶格常数a；测量了不同成分样品的磁滞回线。研究发现，当x＝15，35，50时，材料均呈现了α—Fe的单相，并且样品有较低的矫顽力Hc和较高的饱和磁化强度Ms．用趋近饱和定律计算了样品的有效磁晶各向异性常数Ks和原子磁矩μ．研究表明，样品具有优良软磁村科的内禀性能．     

单位球上的λ-分布

λ－性质是研究空间的单位球端点分布的性质，给出了关于性质公开问题的肯定和否定的回答，证明了如果X具有λ－性质，那么l1(X)具有λ－性质，但是某些l∞（X）没有λ－性质。     

髋臼骨折的CT诊断价值(附89例分析)

目的：评价CT在髋臼骨折中的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析89例髋臼骨折的CT检查并与X线平片相比较。结果：CT检查在髋臼骨折分型诊断、关节腔内游离碎骨片等方面优于X线平片。结论：CT是全面评价髋臼骨折的必要手段，其总体效能优于X线平片。

Vibration Analysis of Digital Radiography System for Large Container Inspection

The cantilever vibration characteristics of a digital radiography system were analyzed to predict the effect of vibration on the performance of a mobile container inspection system. The static deformation,vibration mode and natural frequency of the cantilever of the digital radiography system were calculated with the ALGOR Finite Element System to verify the strength and rigidity of the cantilever. The maximum amplitude of the cantilever vibration occurs as it starts accelerating. The predictions show good agreement with test results, indicating that the finite element model of the cantilever structure accurately models the mechanical characteristics.     

Classification of Medical Brain Images

Since brain tumors endanger people‘s living quality and even their lives, the accuracy of classification becomes more important. Conventional classifying techniques are used to deal with thosedatasets with characters and numbers. It is difficult, however, to apply them to datasets that include brain images and medical history (alphanumeric data), especially to guarantee the accuracy.For these datasets, this paper combines the knowledge of medical field and improves the traditional decision tree. The new classification algorithm with the direction of the medical knowledge not only adds the interaction with the doctors, but also enhances the quality of classification. The algorithm has been used on real brain CT images and a precious rule has been gained from the experiments. This oaoer shows that the ahzorithm works well for real CT data.

基于个体材料和几何特性的人体股骨振动模态分析

通过对一个志愿者股骨CT断层扫描图像的处理,构造了完整的个体化的股骨实体模型;针对模型骨的几何和材料特性,从CT图像中获得模态分析所需的参数,用有限元方法进行了股骨振动模态分析,提取出股骨的前6阶模态,并对人体长骨的6阶振型的固有频率进行了计算、分析.这将在生物力学和股骨振动频率方面为开展适用于中国人骨骼特征的假体设计提供重要依据.
