大豆及豆制品中无机微量元素含量分析研究

通过用HNO3-HCIO4分解样品,用原子吸收光谱法测定大豆及豆制品中Fe、Zn、Cu、Se、Cr、Mn、K、Na、Ca、Mg10种无机微量元素含量。结果显示,大豆及豆制品中含有丰富的无机微量元素,所得数据可为大豆及豆制品的营养价值评价和深度开发提供一定的参考数据。     

卫河水对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞核异常的影响

运用遗传毒理学的方法,研究环磷酰胺和卫河水对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞核异常的影响.结果表明:经10 mg.L-1、20 mg.L-1、40 mg.L-1环磷酰胺溶液和10%、30%、50%体积浓度的卫河水处理4、8、12和16 d,太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞的微核率和总核异常率明显升高;20 mg.L-1环磷酰胺溶液可作为阳性对照;每一处理浓度下,红细胞微核率、总核异常率均在第12 d达到高峰.说明,太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞微核和核异常实验对监测污染水体中的遗传毒性物质敏感可行;卫河水污染严重,含有较强的遗传毒性物质,应加快对卫河水的治理,以防止其对地下水源的污染.

The first-principles study on the doping effect of Re in Ni3A1

Using first-principles density function for molecules method (DMol) and discrete variational method (DVM) based on the density functional theory, we studied the doping effect of Re in Ni3Al. The structure relaxation and the alloying energy show that Re has a strong A1 site preference and leads to the local deformation, which is in agreement with the experimental results and other theoretical results. In addition, the charge density difference and the bond order show that Re can strongly enhance the interatomic interaction between the nearest neighbor atoms. From the density of states and the Pauli spectrum, we find that resonance states and localized states are induced by doping Re, and the doped Re atom forms the hybridized bond with the nearest neighbor atoms.     

Relationships of Aegilops tauschii revealed by DNA fingerprints: the evidence for agriculture exchange between China and the West

Genetic diversity and relationships of wild goat grass (Aegilops tauschii Cosson) from Iran and Xinjiang, west China, as well as its weedy type from the Yellow River region of Shaanxi and Henan provinces in China were analyzed by simple sequence repeat (SSR) fingerprinting. A high level of genetic diversity in Aegilops tauschii accessions from Iran was observed, and the richness of genetic diversity was followed by accessions from Shaanxi, Henan, and Xinjiang. The weedy type of Aegilops tauschii showed a close genetic relationship with the wild type from different regions in Iran. The results indicated that the weedy Aegilops tauschii found in the Yellow River region was most likely introduced from Iran—the diversity center of Aegilops tauschii. The weedy Aegilops tauschii populations found in the Yellow River region may be brought into the central part of China as a weed species together with common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) from the west during various periods of time in history. This finding has provided strong evidence for the introduction of common wheat from the West into China via the Silk Road, and also demonstrated the important role of the Silk Road in the exchange of agriculture and other relevant technologies between China and the West.
