高致病性PRRSV ORF6和ORF7基因的遗传变异分析

从GenBank中选取8株国内报道的高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒株,应用DNAStar软件对其ORF6、ORF7基因序列进行分析,与VR-2332株、LV株、国内及周边国家分离株进行核苷酸和推导氨基酸同源性比较,并绘制系统进化树.结果表明,高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒株的ORF6、ORF7核苷酸与VR-2332株的同源性为95.1%-95.4%、93.8%-94.1%,与欧洲型（LV）的同源性为69.4%-69.6%、67.9%-68.5%;ORF6、ORF7推导氨基酸与VR-2332株的同源性为97.7%、94.4%-95.2%,与欧洲型（LV）的同源性为80.0%-80.6%、65.3%-66.1%.系统进化树表明,8株高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒株仍属于美洲型.说明猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒不断变异的现今,ORF6和ORF7基因依然高度保守.     

基于MPEG-7标准的视频检索技术研究

MPEG-7标准的制定解决了多媒体内容描述的标准化问题,可满足用户对多媒体内容快速、有效检索的需求,提高多媒体内容的利用价值。本文在介绍MPEG-7标准的核心内容及多媒体描述方案的基础上重点分析了基于内容的视频信息检索关键技术及基于MPEG-7标准的视频信息检索流程。     

Spectrofluorimetric determination of magnesium (II) with 7-(8-Hydroxy-3, 6-disulfonaphthylazo)-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid

A new fluorescent reagent, 7-(8-hydroxy-3, 6-disulfonaphthylazo)-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (HDNHQ) for the determination of magnesium has been developed. It reacted with magnesium to form a 1∶1 fluorescent complex withλ _ex/λ _em immediately at room temperature in ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer (pH 10.7). A linear relationship was obtained in the magnesium concentration range of 0–160 ng·mL⁻¹ with the detection limit of 0.04 ng·mL⁻¹. The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive. It has been successfully applied to the determination of trace magnesium in blood serum with recoveries of 103.75% and 98.16%, respectively. Geochemical characteristics and applications of 18a (H)-neohopanes and 17a (H)-diahopanes

Distributions and geochemical significances of 18α(H)-neohopanes and of 17α(H)-diahopanes in oils from west Xialiaohe depression of the Bohai Bay Basin have been studied. Relative abundance of 18α(H)-neohopanes and of 17α(H)-diahopanes can be effectively used as maturity parameters, in a range of medium-high mature stage, based on consideration on sedimentary-organic facies of source rocks. With a dual geochemical significance of maturity and sedimentary-organic facies, neohopane and diahopane parameters can be well used in oil-source correlation and in petroleum population division. Formation, primary concentration and preservation of precursors of rearranged hopanes are closely related to depositional conditions such as Eh-pH and clays content. A series of probable diahopanes (series D) was detected in the oils, which exhibits a similar distribution pattern and geochemical behavior as that of 17α(H)-diahopanes (series B).     

Hydrothermal synthesis,characterization and nonlinear optical effect of orthorhombic phase Ca2B6O11·H2O

Hydrothermal treatment of calcium oxide and boric acid mixtures at temperatures between 234℃ and 300℃ has produced a colorless,transparent,orthorhombic compound Ca2B6O11.H2O.Of the seven known members of the series of hydrated dicalcium hexaborate containing boron-oxygen six-membered ring anionic group (B3O8)7-,only the title compound has been found to have the nonlinear optical effect.The second harmanic generation (SHG) effect of its crystal is larger than that of KH2PO4 (KDP).The reflection spectrum has shown that this compound has no absorption in the experimental wavelength range (800-240 nm).Its crystal structure is favorable for generating the nonlinear optical effect.     

罗丹明B-7碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸胶束体系荧光熄灭法测定钒

研究了在HAcNH4 Ac介质中钒罗丹明B 7碘 8羟基喹啉 5磺酸表面活性剂四元体系的荧光特性 ,提出了以罗丹明B 7碘 8羟基喹啉 5磺酸溴代十六烷基三甲铵荧光熄灭法测定钒的方法 .该法测定V(Ⅴ )的线性范围为 0 .1～ 6.0 μg/L ,检出限为 0 .0 0 68μg /L .采用适当掩蔽剂 ,测定了自来水中的微量元素钒 ,获得了满意的结果     

用Delphi开发C/S数据库应用程序的相关技术

介绍运用Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ面向对象程序设计工具在Ｃ／Ｓ结构的数据库应用程序开发过程中的一些关键技术及结构。     

Passivation method of 317L stainless steel used in medicine

The electrochemical performance of 317L stainless steel used in medicine under different conditions of passivation (different contents of HNO₃ solution, different passivation time and different passivation temperatures) was studied. The results show that the pitting potential of 317L stainless steel used in medicine can reach about 1.0 V (SCE) when electrochemically tested in 0.9% NaCl solution after the steel was passivated in 30% HNO₃ solution at 35℃ for 6 h, which indicates that the passivation film has a relatively strong resistance to corrosion. The results also show that the corrosion resistance of the passivation film on the surface of 317SS can be increased after suitable amount of K₂Cr₂O₇ is added into HNO₃ passivation solution.     

基于系统工程的产品设计7D规划及1+3+X综合设计法

提出了一种基于系统工程的新的产品设计的理论与方法.这种方法将产品设计过程分为规划阶段、实施阶段和设计质量检验阶段.产品的设计总体规划阶段的主要工作是对产品的设计思想、设计环境、设计过程、设计目标、设计内容、设计方法及产品设计质量检验等进行全面的规划;产品设计实施阶段的主要工作是按照综合设计法完成产品的设计.所提出的综合设计法,即1+3+X设计法中的1为功能优化设计,3为将动态优化、智能优化和可视优化有机结合在一起的设计方法,X为根据产品的特殊要求而需要采用的设计方法;产品设计质量检验阶段的主要工作是用理论方法、试验方法或通过用户试用的方法对产品设计质量进行检验.     

PLC水位控制系统设计与实现

在实验室自制过程控制装置的基础上,采用Simens公司的S7-300系列PLC进行水位控制系统设计。该方案经过硬件设计、软件编程、WinCC绘制监控画面、参数整定等。结果表明,S7-300 PLC可有效地提高系统控制指标,并实现了对水位的自动控制。
