凝集素对上皮癌细胞的凝集作用

应用多种凝集素与6种上皮癌细胞株细胞、传代人羊膜胚胎细胞株细胞、正常人足月胚胎羊膜细胞和人A、B、O型血细胞、兔血细胞反应,检测其凝集素反应的程度;并通过荧光标记,测定凝集素受体在上述各型细胞膜上的分布;与此同时,还应用辣根过氧化物酶标记雪山豆凝集素,进行扫描电镜观察辣根过氧化物酶标记的雪山豆凝集素受体复合物在SGC肿瘤细胞表面上的分布情况.     

Displacement activity of some natural cularine alkaloids at striatal3H-SCH 23 390 and3H-raclopride binding sites

Five natural cularines isolated from the aerial parts ofSarcocapnos crassifolia (Fumariaceae) and a cularioid isolated from the bark ofGuatteria ouregou (Annonaceae) were tested for their ability to displace³H-SCH 23 390 and³H-raclopride from their striatal binding sites. Celtisine, breoganine and cularidine were able to inhibit the binding at D-1 and D-2 dopaminergic sites at nanomolar concentrations. Other alkaloids were active at micromolar concentrations. These data suggest that the presence of an oxepine system in the isoquinoline skeleton could lead to compounds which would be very active and possibly selective at dopaminergic receptor sites.     

Functions of VEGF in female reproductive system

As a homodimeric glycoprotein,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is a highly specific mitogen of vascular endothelial cells.It can induce proliferation and migration,and inhibit apoptosis of endothelial cell.VEGF is involved in many processes in the female reproductive system,such as ovulation,periodical changes of endometrium,embryo implantation and development,VEGF plays important roles in some reproductive diseases,including preeclampsia and fetal hypoevolutism in uterus.Based on our studies on angiogenesis and its relevant factors in the female reproductive system these years,the functions of VEGF in female reproductive system are reviewed,and the research prospect and application of VEGF are also discussed.     

植物病原菌激发子与信号识别机理

分别对一类能诱导植物产生防卫反应的化合物——激发子(elicitor)的类型，激发子特异性结合蛋白(受体)、病菌信号的识别机制等作了介绍；同时，对动植物在防卫反应产生过程中的相似性进行了讨论，表明植物的防卫系统和动物的免疫系统在进化上具有相似性．     

乙醇对小鼠全脑GABA及其受体的影响

本实验通过测定腹腔注射乙醇的 C-57小鼠全脑游离 GABA 浓度和~3HGABA 与脑膜受体的结合,来研究乙醇对小鼠全脑 GABA 递质系统的作用。乙醇腹腔注射30分钟后小鼠脑内游离 GABA 浓度没有显著变化,而~3H-GABA 和小鼠脑膜 GABA_A 受体的高亲和性结合位点的增加,低亲和性位点结合降低。     

β-Adrenergic receptors and nitric oxide generation in the cardiovascular system

Nitric oxide plays a crucial role in cardiovascular homeostasis, with important vasodilatory, anti-thrombotic and anti-atherogenic properties. β-Adrenergic receptors (βARs), present on a wide variety of cardiovascular cells, including vascular endothelial cells, platelets, cardiac myocytes and leukocytes, have long been established as key players in maintaining cardiovascular homeostatic control. During the last few years a wealth of evidence has emerged which directly links stimulation of these cardiovascular βARs to nitric oxide (NO) generation, suggesting a new and important mechanism of adrenergic control of cardiovascular function. This review explores the cardiovascular cell systems in which this coupling of βARs and NO occurs, the intracellular signalling and regulatory mechanisms involved and the abnormalities in βAR-NO oxide coupling found in cardiovascular disease states.
