Pr3+∶Y2SiO5晶体中橙—蓝频率上转换过程

测量了Pr³⁺∶Y₂SiO₅晶体的吸收谱, 标定了室温下Pr³⁺在Y₂SiO₅晶体4f²组态内的能级. 利用579 nm激光激发Pr³⁺∶Y₂SiO₅晶体, 观察到480~515 nm上转换荧光带. 运用时间分辨激光光谱技术测量了³P₀能级的上转换荧光衰减曲线. 通过研究上转换荧光的衰减曲线、 吸收谱、 激发谱和上转换荧光强度与泵浦激光单脉冲能量的关系, 确定了以¹D₂为中间态的能量转移上转换主要是上转换机制.      

Preparation and Characterization of Organic/Inorganic Hybrid Nanofibers

A new class of nanocomposites based on organic and inorganic species integrated at a nanoscale has obtained more attention these years. Organic-inorganic hybrids have both the advantages of organic materials, such as light weight, flexibility and good moldability, and inorganic materials, such as high strength, heat stability and chemical resistance. In this work, PVAc/TiO2 organicinorganic hybrid was prepared by sol-gel process. Eiectrospinning technique was used to fabricate PVAc/TiO2 hybrid nanofibers. The structures and properties of the hybrid nanofibers were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy （SEM）, Atomic Force Microscope （AFM）, Differential Scanning Calorimeter （DSC） and Fouriertransform infrared （FTIR） spectra. SEM and AFM were employed to study the topography of the hybrid nanofibers. The chemical structure of the hybrid nanofibers were examined by FTIR. The DSC scans revealed the second order transition temperature of the hybrid materials were higher than PVAc.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Titania and Rare Earth Doped Titania Nanoparticles by Sol-gel Process

Titania sol has been prepared by the sol-gel process with Ti（OC4H9）4, as precursor. TiO2 gel was obtained through hydrolysis and condensation process. Rare earth such as La2O3, CeO2 and Gd2O3 were introduced into the nanostructure TiO2. After TiO2 and rare earth doped TiO2 powders were calcined at 400℃, 500℃, 600℃, 700℃ and 800℃ respectively, the characteristic analyses of the TiO2 samples were studied by UV-VIS, XRD and TEM etc. It was found that there are some stringer absorption peaks at 200 - 325 nm. The rare earth doping can increase the phase transition temperature convertin8 anatase phase into rutile phase, can decrease the grain size of TiO2particles and can improve the ann-UV capacity of the coating fabrics.     

顺铂联合白细胞介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液32例

目的：探讨胸腔注入顺铂（DDP）联合白细胞介素-2（IL-2）治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效。方法：58例患者均病理确诊为恶性胸腔积液，随机分为二组，治疗组（32例）在胸腔内注入DDP，白细胞介素-2，对照组（26例）在胸腔内注A．DDP，两组均在1周及2周后各重复注药1次，共3次，观察疗效，毒副反应及生活质量。结果：治疗组总有效率为84．4％，对照组57．7％，差异有显著性（P〈0．015）。治疗组Kamofsky评分〉70分者较对照组有显著提高（P〈0．05），两组在毒性反应上无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：顺铂白介素-2胸腔灌注能有效控制恶性胸腔积液，毒副作用少，联合疗效肯定。     

La3-xYxMgNi14(x=0～2)贮氢合金的相结构与电化学性能研究

系统研究了La3-xYxMgNi14(x=0,1.0,1.5,2.0)贮氢合金的相结构和电化学性能.结构分析表明,合金均由Gd2Co7和Ce2Ni7型结构相组成.随Y含量值x的增加,Gd2Co7型相的丰度增加,Ce2Ni7型相的丰度减少.合金各相的晶胞参数(a,c)和晶胞体积(V)均随x的增加而线性减小.电化学研究表明,随着Y含量的增加,合金电极最大放电容量减小,活化性能显著降低.合金随x的增加,HRD值减小与合金电极电催化活性及氢在合金相中的扩散速率的减小有关.

一个图G称（g,f）-2-覆盖图，如G的任何两条边都属于它的一个（g,f）-因子．本文得到了如下结论：（i）当g≤f时一个二部图是（g,f）-2-覆盖图的一个充分必要条件；（ii）当f（x）=f（Y）时一个二部图是f-2-覆盖图的一个充分必要条件．     

大熊猫IL-2基因的克隆与序列分析

本实验应用反转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）技术，从ConA诱导培养的大熊猫外周血淋巴细胞总RNA中扩增得到大熊猫IL-2基因，并将其克隆到PGEM-T载体中．经菌落PER鉴定、序列测定及序列分析，结果表明，经克隆得到的IL-2基因开放阅读框由465个核苷酸组成，编码一个由155个氮基酸组成的多肽，包括编码20个氨基酸的信号肽和135个氨基酸的成熟肽，该基因（已在Genbank中登录，序列号为：DQ852339）与已知的其他哺乳动物如犬、猫、人、猪、牛、羊、马、兔、鼠等的IL-2核苷酸同源性在66.5％（鼠）～91．5％（犬）之间；IL-2编码氨基酸同源性在54．8％（鼠）-85．2％（犬）之间；进化树构建结果表明大熊猫与犬亲缘关系最近．

在文[1]中给出定理,设G是一个n-阶2-连通图且δ（G）≥t,若对于G的任意两个不相邻的点u和v,均有｜N（u）∪N（v）｜≥n-t成立,则G是一个泛圈图或G≌Kn/2,n/2.本文的目的在于将此定理的条件减弱,只对图中距离为2的点进行讨论,得出了泛圈图的一个充分条件.文中主要用数学归纳法对定理进行证明,先在引理中给出了几种特殊情况的证明,接着在定理的证明中讨论了一般情形.

利用原位拉曼光谱和石英晶体微天平(EQCM)技术对高浓度S2O2-8在金电极上还原过程中所产生的伴有周期性析氢现象的电势振荡行为进行了研究,进一步证明了S2O2-8还原引起的极限扩散耗尽和析氢导致的对流恢复是造成其电势振荡的根本原因.
