IEEE802.16e跨层切换的性能分析

目的为了提高切换性能,将快速分层移动IPv6(F-HM IPv6)应用到IEEE802.16e中提出了一种新跨层切换方法。方法通过将MAC层切换和IP层切换有效结合,使MAC层切换和IP层切换交叉进行。结果该方法与现有的切换方法相比,具有更小的切换时延和服务中断时间。对不同的切换方法的数据传输时间进行了分析,不同的参数对数据传输时间有不同的影响。结论该方法具有好的切换性能。     

Identification and characterization of Biomphalaria peregrina (Orbignyi, 1835) from Agua Escondida in northern Patagonia,Argentina

During a general malacological survey for freshwater gastropods in northern Patagonia, a population of Biomphalaria was encountered at Agua Escondida. Biomphalaria spp. are freshwater pulmonates of biomedical importance, uncommon in Mendoza Province, and often act as intermediate hosts for Schistosoma mansoni. By looking at both morphological and molecular characters, we describe a detailed process of identification and characterization of Biomphalaria peregrina from a location towards the extremity of its species range. A reference DNA ‘barcode’ is presented. As B. peregrina has been shown to be a permissive experimental host of S. mansoni, snails were also screened in the field for schistosomiasis and later in the laboratory using a novel polymerase chain reaction-based assay but no infections were found. Considering the transmission potential of this species, increased vigilance for intestinal schistosomiasis is recommended, especially if local environmental conditions become favourable for disease transmission, for example, through future climate change and intensification of irrigation.

广州天河区手足口病流行病学和临床上的某些特点

自1988年3月至1989年2月,对广州天河区5所幼儿因的1502例婴幼儿进行一年的连续观察,发现手足口病(Hand-Food and Mouth disease,HFMD)62例,发病率为4.13％。发病在5岁以下者占79.09％。发病时间集中在3～7月,呈局部性小流行。首次发现在广州流行的手足口病的病原为柯萨奇A16病毒。皮肤接触感染可能是传染途径之一。口腔粘膜疹在早期常呈细小红斑和瘀点。有些皮疹呈不规则形的灰白色小疱,似烫伤样,无明显红晕。诊断本病应以临床特点为主。一例手足口病与水痘伴发,提示两者之间缺乏交叉免疫能力。     

16%中农一号水剂对菜青虫的防治效果

对菜青虫采用不同药剂的防效比较试验，结果：１６％中农一号水剂对２￣３龄菜青虫的防治效果最高为９８．４％，最低为９２．０２％，适宜稀释倍数为２００￣２５０倍。有效期可达７￣１０ｄ。     

毛冠鹿p16^INK4基因第二外显子序列分析

采用PCR扩增技术首次克隆毛冠鹿p16^INK4基因第二外显子，DNA杂交和序列分析发现，在307个碱基的第二外显子中仅有5个碱基的差异，同源性达98．4％，p16^INK4基因的第二外显子是高度保守的区域，在其功能中起重要作用。     

外加菌剂治理含异辛醇废水中菌群组成分析

由外加菌剂对含异辛醇废水处理的实验证明,人工添加的菌剂对废水中异辛醇的降解效果良好.微生物在降解有机物的过程中,不仅会利用污染物中的碳源和氮源,而且会和环境中的化学物质共同形成一个代谢相对稳定的微生态系统.通过对细菌16SrDNAV3可变区序列聚合酶链式反应扩增、变化浓度梯度凝胶电泳等细菌种类的研究,发现微生态中的细菌种类随污水浓度的变化并非呈单一递减的趋势,在一定的浓度条件下,会出现某类微生物优势群体;同时结合气相色谱分析,跟踪观察了异辛醇的降解过程,分析结果表明,降解的中间产物主要为乙醇.     

Gene product expression of cyclin D<Subscript>2</Subscript> and p16 during the transition from cardiac myocyte hyperplasia to hypertrophy

The current study was to investigate mRNA expression of cyclin D₂ and p16 during the transition from cardiac myocyte hyperplasia to hypertrophy. Cultured cardiac myocytes (CM) and fibroblasts (FC) obtained from 1-day-old Sparague-Dawley rats were used in this study. We have determined (1) hyperplasia by cell growth curve and fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS); and (2) ultrastructure by electron microscope observation; and (3) expresions of cyclin D₂ mRNA and p16 mRNA by using in situ hybridization and image analysis. The results were shown (1) Results of cell growth curve and FACS analysis showed CM could proliferate in the first 3 cultured days (4 days in postnatal development). But the ability decreased quickly, concomitant with the differentiation. (2) The ultrastructure of CM showed the large amount of myofilaments and mitochondrion and FC showed moderate amount of rough endoplasmic reticulum. (3) The expression of cyclin D₂ mRNA in 3−, 4−, 5−day CM group was 0.89 times (p<0.05), 0.80 times (p<0.05) and 0.56 times (p<0.01) of that in 1-day group respectively. P16 mRNA in 2−, 3−, 4−, 5−day CM group were 1.63 times (p<0.01), 1.72 times (p<0.01), 1.99 times (p<0.01) and 2.84 times (p<0.01) of that in 1−day group respectively. It can be concluded that cultured neonatal rat cardiac myocytes could proliferate during the first 3 cultured days, but the ability of proliferation decreased, from the fourth day, concomitant with differentiation. Cyclin D₂ and p16 have the key roles during the transition from myocyte hyperplasia to hypertrophy.
