我国牧草资源多样性的保存鉴定和利用的研究

根据实际调查结果，论述了我国牧草遗传资源的多样性，以及牧草遗传资源多样性的保存现状，介绍了当前中国牧草遗传资源的鉴定结果和开发利用的有关情况，并针对存在的问题，提出一些建设性意见。

利用环烷酸、C_(7～9)脂肪酸的混合酸为原料,以亚磷酸三苯酯为螯合剂,采用沉淀法制备液体钡镉锌复合稳定剂,操作稳定,原料成本低,产品性能良好,是一条可行的工艺路线。     

Malaria prophylaxis in travellers: The current position

Summary Malaria prevention is a main challenge for physicians, nurses, health officers and tour operators. The attack rate of malaria in travellers is 1–10/10,000 departures, and the case fatality rate of imported malaria is around 0.5/100. Travellers should be informed about the risk they are going to take, how to protect against mosquito bites, about the antimalarials they will have to take and about what to do when a malaria breakthrough should occur.The 4-aminoquinolines (chloroquine, amodiaquine) remain the drug of choice for the prevention ofPlasmodium vivax and of sensitiveP. falciparum infections. The problem is to find an effective and safe drug combination for travellers to areas whereP. falciparum is either resistant to chloroquine, to Fansidar (the combination of pyrimethamine plus sulfadoxine) or to both. These travellers will probably best be protected by an individually tailored drug combination, which includes amodiaquine or mefloquine as baseline drugs, and a supplementation with Fansidar, Maloprim (the combination of pyrimethamine with dapsone), paludrine or an antibiotic.     

Conformational stability and basal metabolic rate: Reexamination of the case of myoglobin

Summary The free energy of unfolding of several myoglobins from different animal species has been determined from their denatunation pattern by using the ligand binding model. The results indicate that no simple correlation exists between the free energy of unfolding of myoglobin and the basal metabolic rate of the animal species from which the myoglobin was isolated     

高温溶液结晶过程的光学研究法(一)——饱和温度和自发成核温度的测定

本文介绍了一套自行设计和组装的、高温热台显微镜实验装置,建立了一套高温溶液饱和点及自发成核温度测定法,测定了 KTP一磷酸盐熔液溶解度曲线和过冷度曲线。饱和温度测定精度在1℃左右。本装置及所介绍的方法,适于某些高温溶液晶体生长的定量实验研究。     

军事想定数据挖掘技术研究

针对当前作战仿真领域中存在的不能充分理解和使用想定的问题,根据作战仿真工程的需要,提出了一种利用数据挖掘技术帮助理解和使用想定数据的方案.对想定数据的挖掘是文本挖掘的具体应用,其基本过程包括建立语料库、增加词典库、确立特征匹配规则、设计分类学习算法、形式化描述挖掘结果等五个步骤,设计了想定挖掘的工作流程,确定了想定挖掘的基本目标,并根据挖掘过程的特点和技术需求探讨了想定挖掘面临的各项关键技术,对进一步实施想定挖掘的研究具有重要意义.
