阐述了ＶｉｓｕａｌＢａｓｉｃ语言实现中文码声器的主要技术，并给出主程序的流程图。实现了较流利地阅读中文文本的功能，它为继续开发中文码声器打下了基础。     

对《语言学概论》教学的再认识

语言学的一般理论主要是在研究、分析印欧语系语言的基础上建立起来的 ,没有很好地概括到汉藏语系尤其是汉语的研究成果和材料 ,和汉语语言学研究难免是会有所脱节的。而《语言学概论》作为普通语言学的一门基础理论课自开设以来 ,在教学实际中一直存在着不少的意见和问题。本文结合多年的教学实际 ,就《语言学概论》这门课该讲什么 ,不该讲什么 ,如何把语言学的一般理论和汉藏语系的语言特别是汉语的实际相结合 ,如何吸收国外语言学研究的新成果及如何安排和进行该课程的教学工作等问题作了一个初步的探讨     

融文化素质教育于专业英语教学之中

根据英语专业的实际与现状 ,结合该专业特点 ,探讨了如何在该专业实施文化素质教育这一亟待解决的问题 ,并以英语专业主干课程———综合英语课为例阐述了在专业课教学中实施文化素质教育的基本方法和途径     

Characteristic-knowledge-aided spectral detection of high frequency first-order sea echo

To detect high frequency (HF) first-order sea echo spectra contaminated with ships, ionosphere interference, and other, a new characteristic-knowledge-aided detection method is proposed. With 2-D image features in range-Doppler spectrum, the trend of first-order sea echoes is extracted as indicative information by a multi-scale filter. Detection rules for both single and splitting first-order sea echoes are given based on the characteristic knowledge combining the indicative information with the global characteristics such as amplitude, symmetry, continuity,etc. Compared with the classical algorithms, the proposed method can detect and locate the first-order sea echo in the HF band more accurately especially in the environment with targets/clutters smearing. Experiments with real data verify the validity of the algorithm.

本文重点研究一阶逻辑与模态逻辑之间的历史关系以及模态逻辑的产生发展。文章首先回顾了《概念文字》出现的历史背景和理论背景,探讨其形式化和公理化研究方法对逻辑研究的历史贡献。接着,我们重点关注经典一阶逻辑所采用的实质蕴涵概念的意义,表明这样的蕴涵概念如何导致实质蕴涵悖论。接着,文章考察了模态逻辑如何在解决实质蕴涵的悖论中产生,后来如何为哲学概念的分析提供有力的工具和技术。     

浮选矿浆液位过程的IMC-PID设计与实现

浮选过程是选矿生产中的关键环节,其液位要求严格控制以保证金属回收率.采用一种基于内模控制(IMC)设计的PID控制器(IMC-PID)来实现选矿浮选矿浆液位的自动控制,具有结构简单、整定参数少、鲁棒性强等优点.介绍了IMC-PID的基本原理和设计步骤,给出了液位控制系统的具体实现.应用表明,基于IMC-PID的浮选液位控制系统提高了浮选的金属回收率,保证了精矿品位,具有良好的推广价值.     

浙江高校外语教育国际化发展策略研究

全球化背景下,浙江社会经济的国际化发展对高校的国际化提出了新的要求,尤其是对外语教育的国际化发展。文章通过对浙江高校外语教育国际化调研所得的数据进行分析,采用SWOT分析方法逐一列举浙江高校外语专业国际化现状的优势、劣势、机会以及存在威胁,并从理念与实践两个角度出发提出相关的竞争策略:强化国际化理念、开设国际化课程、培养复合型教师、开展国际化教育交流,从而培养具有国际化视野、能参与国际竞争的优秀人才。     

基于Web的藏汉双语实验室预约系统的设计与实现

基于Web的藏汉双语实验室预约系统以项目为载体,藏汉双语同步显示,充分调动藏族地区大学生的学习积极性,培养学生的动手和科研能力,同时减轻实验室管理人员的工作负担,提高实验资源的使用和管理效率。阐述了系统的设计开发过程,以及在设计开发过程中的藏汉双语与平台的无缝衔接技术。     

The evolution of BioBike: Community adaptation of a biocomputing platform

Programming languages are, at the same time, instruments and communicative artifacts that evolve rapidly through use. In this paper I describe an online computing platform called BioBike. BioBike is a trading zone where biologists and programmers collaborate in the development of an extended vocabulary and functionality for computational genomics. In the course of this work they develop interactional expertise with one another’s domains. The extended BioBike vocabulary operates on two planes: as a working programming language, and as a pidgin in the conversation between the biologists and engineers. The flexibility that permits this community to dynamically extend BioBike’s working vocabulary—to form new pidgins—makes BioBike unique among computational tools, which usually are not themselves adapted through the collaborations that they facilitate. Thus BioBike is itself a crucial feature—which it is tempting to refer to as a participant—in the developing interaction.
