青海湖湖滨土壤地表盐分总量及主要河流盐分含量的研究

通过对湖区主要河流和地表盐分总量的研究表明：湖区盐分积聚主要受到干燥气候、太阳辐射而导致的水分的大量蒸发的影响。在强烈的水分蒸发作用下，水体表面盐分有所增高，且灌溉不当同样能引起土壤表层盐分的积聚，而发生次生盐溃化现象。可见对于湖区的农牧业生产来说，加强农田的科学管理、努力减少水分的蒸发，保护地表植被、选择先例的地表覆盖物、推广节水灌溉、废除漫灌、确立规范的农田管理措施是防止湖区土壤次生盐渍化的关键。     

Game Analysis of Rational FRS on Market Admittance

The dynamic signaling game-model is employed to study countermeasures of Q, U and C for supply-demand on financial market. As the game result, the mixed equilibrium of Q and U exists naturally without FRS. It is concluded that FRS on market admittance is objective demand of financial market, also the rational management behavior of government FRSI. And in addition to the empirical criteria, the FRS agreements between FRSI and financial-institutions should be considered as one of advanced FRS techniques. These must cover: ①the regulation conformed status investigation with sufficient frequency, ②corresponding punitive measures with sufficient strength. Thus the information can be delivered FRSI have ensured only qualified and regulation-conformed financial-institutions could be allowed to enter. That could safeguard the steadiness of the financial market.

《论语》是儒家最重要的经典之一,但对于它的研究和传播,国内学者偏重于注疏、解经,而黑格尔等西方哲学家存在明显的误判。本文试从系统科学与哲学结合的角度,通过古为今用、洋为中用、综合集成,来揭示《论语》中隐含的实质系统,并用公理化方法对《论语》进行＂一以贯之＂的诠释。在遵循原意的基础上运用理性思辨,以基本假设、定义、公理为基本要素,推导证明众多蕴含在《论语》中的客观命题,从而将隐含在《论语》中的逻辑体系凸显出来,为诠释《论语》中的孔子思想提供一条新的解读途径,便于东西方人士共同用系统和理性的方式理解和准确地把握孔子思想。     

How thin rational choice theory explains choices

The critics of rational choice theory (RCT) frequently build on the contrast between so-called thick and thin applications of RCT to argue that thin RCT lacks the potential to explain the choices of real-world agents. In this paper, I draw on often-cited RCT applications in several decision sciences to demonstrate that despite this prominent critique there are at least two different senses in which thin RCT can explain real-world agents’ choices. I then defend this thesis against the most influential objections put forward by the critics of RCT. In doing so, I explicate the implications of my thesis for the ongoing philosophical debate concerning the explanatory potential of RCT and the comparative merits of widely endorsed accounts of explanation.     

No understanding without explanation

Scientific understanding, this paper argues, can be analyzed entirely in terms of a mental act of “grasping” and a notion of explanation. To understand why a phenomenon occurs is to grasp a correct explanation of the phenomenon. To understand a scientific theory is to be able to construct, or at least to grasp, a range of potential explanations in which that theory accounts for other phenomena. There is no route to scientific understanding, then, that does not go by way of scientific explanation.
