不确定云环境下基于滚动窗口的节能调度

目前,绿色云计算已经成为工业界和学术界的研究热点. 然而,以往的绿色节能调度研究忽略了虚拟机性能的不确定因素,使得调度效果与实际情况相差甚远. 本文提出一种基于滚动窗口的节能调度算法（ERRHU）,用于动态调度不确定云环境中的实时任务,同时根据系统的负载动态伸缩系统的计算资源以减少系统的能量消耗. 本文通过大量的模拟实验比较ERRHU与其他算法的性能.     

Further results on limitations of sampled-data feedback

To control continuous-time uncertain dynamical systems with sampled data-feedback is prevalent today,but the sampling rate is usually not allowed to be arbitrarily fast due to various physical and/or computational constrains.In this paper,the authors examine the limitations of sampled-data feedback control for a class of uncertain systems in continuous-time,with sampling rate not necessary fast enough and with the unknown system structure confined to a set of functions with both linear and nonlinear growth.The limitations of the sampled-data feedback control for the uncertain systems are established quantitatively,which extends the existing related results in the literature.     

Consensus design for continuous-time multi-agent systems with communication delay

This paper investigates a consensus design problem for continuous-time first-order multiagent systems with uniform constant communication delay.Provided that the agent dynamic is unstable and the diagraph is undirected,sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee consensus.The key technique is the adoption of historical input information in the protocol.Especially,when agent＇s own historical input information is used in the protocol design,the consensus condition is constructed in terms of agent dynamic,communication delay,and the eigenratio of the network topology.Simulation result is presented to validate the effectiveness of the theoretical result.     

供应链效率损失的结构性分析

供应链效率受到结构的制约，据此，从供应链的信息和决策结构出发，分别研究在供应链内部信息对称与不对称情形下，不同的决策结构对供应链效率的影响，探讨非合作决策结构下供应链效率损失的内生性；并得出：销售商（零售商）在供应链内占据的权威越大，则该决策结构就越有效，效率损失也越小。

证据融合的聚焦与冲突处理研究

针对Dempster组合规则存在的缺陷，即：在融合高度冲突的证据时会产生违反直觉的结论，无法处理完全不一致的证据，而且不能根据命题子集基数向下聚焦，提出了一种结合修改组合规则与修改证据源两种不同冲突处理策略的证据融合方法，采用基于Jousselme证据间距离指标的加权平均法对原始证据进行修正，并给出新的组合规则对修正的证据进行多次组合。与当前代表性方法相比，该方法在根据子集基数向下聚焦、收敛趋势以及冲突证据的处理方面都有好的表现。
