我国少年篮球运动员运动水平发展现状分析

本文通过对全国11个少年篮球队、共计261名运动员的五项身体素质和基本技术的测试成绩进行处理并结合比赛,揭示了目前我国在少年篮球运动员竞技能力训练过程中存在有基本技术不扎实,技术动作欠规范,运动员的弱手控制球和支配球能力较差,同时运动员的心理素质较差,自我表现的欲望不强,易受客观环境的影响等心理问题,并提出了相应的改进意见,其目的是为今后的选材、训练和竞赛工作提供客观依据。     

陈至立：让科学技术成果惠及全体人民

今年3月20日由国务院正式发布的《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》明确提出目标：到2010年科学技术教育、传播与普及有较大发展，公民科学素质达到世界主要发达国家20世纪80年代末水平：本世纪中叶整体水平接近世界发达国家。5月26日召开的《纲要》实施动员大会上，国务委员、全民科学素质工作领导小组组长陈至立出席会议并讲话。

学报办刊宗旨应该是立足于前缘科技成果的及时报道、挖掘新理论和新技术、报道资料性文章以提升学报知名度；应该走产学研相结合的道路，通过产学研相结合将其社会效益转变为高校办学的经济效率；高校学报不具备商品化的基础。

本文结合工程实例,对项目的质量目标控制展开论述,对存在的问题进行了分析与探讨,提出如何提高目标控制水平和实施工程项目质量目标控制的有效措施。文章针对实现施工项目质量目标管理的方法、措施及影响因素,论述了实现质量目标控制的关键途径。     

Strategy for the mapping of interactive genes using bulked segregant analysis method and Mapmaker/Exp software

A qualitative trait is usually controlled by a single gene, but it may be sometimes controlled by two or even more genes. This phenomenon is called gene interaction. Rapidly searching for linked mo- lecular markers via bulked segregant analysis (BSA) and then constructing regional linkage map with Mapmaker/Exp has become a common approach to mapping single major genes. However, methods and computer programs developed for mapping single major genes cannot be simply applied to interactive genes because the genetic patterns of gene interac- tions are quite different from that of single-gene in- heritance. Up to now, experimental methods for quickly screening molecular markers linked to inter- active genes and statistical methods and corre- sponding computer softwares for simultaneously analyzing the linkage relationships of multiple mo- lecular markers to an interactive gene have not been available. To solve this problem, in this paper, we propose a strategy for mapping interactive genes using BSA and Mapmaker/Exp. We demonstrate that all interactive genes can be mapped by the 'BSA Mapmaker/Exp' strategy using F2 generation (in a few cases, F3 generation is also needed). As BSA and Mapmaker/Exp have been broadly used in gene mapping studies and are well known by many re- searchers, the strategies proposed in this paper will be useful for practical researches.

水稻稻曲病的发生与防治

近年来，随着气候的变化（即穗期多雨阴湿天气增多），给稻曲病发生提供了环境条件；加之品种抗性的多样化、栽培技术的改进，施肥水平的提高以及在收获时对病穗、病残体的处理不及时，病原菌大量积累，致使稻曲病为害逐年加重，2005年达到普遍发生的程度，已成为山区水稻的主要病害。     

Bottom Factors Applied to the Zoning Study of the Risk Levels of Landslides in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area

Without taking inducing factors into consideration, this paper adopts a quantitative analysis of the bottom factors in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, studies the relationship between the bottom factors and the development of landslides, and then zones the area according to risk levels. The bottom factors adopted in this paper include lithological characters（U1 ）, gradient（U2 ）, slope form （U3）, difference of helght（U4 ）, and slope orientation（U5 ）. In 4 650 km^2 of the studied area, the areas of the very high, high, medium and low hazard degree area respectively were 57. 94 km^2 , 2 305.15 km^2, 1 241.6 km^2, 1 045.31 km^2. The methodological steps are （1） inversion statistic analysis, （2） the analysis of contribution ratio and weighing, （3） getting results via fuzzy evaluation of risk levels.

水平荷载对沥青路面结构的影响

轮胎与路面间的接触压力具有很明显的非均布特性,不同于传统的双圆均布垂直荷载。根据轮胎胎面花纹类型,并参考接触压力的测试结果,提出车轮对路面作用的荷载简化模型。通过计算分析,得到不同水平荷载大小和荷载分布形式下路面结构内的剪应力变化情况。结果表明,水平荷载的大小对路面10cm内的影响较大。
