与岩浆有关热液矿床的矿体赋存部位

结合实际工作中的体会，探讨了与岩浆有关的热液矿床矿体赋存部位与岩浆岩类型、矿种类型及构造开放条件的关系，并运用连通器原理，解释了一些矿田中常见的矿体等高性的成因。     

福辛普利钠预处理对缺血后适应大鼠心肌组织Toll样受体表达及炎症因子的影响

大鼠预先灌胃福辛普利钠, 观察其和缺血后适应(ischemic postconditioning, IPoC)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注(ischemic reperfusion, I/R)损伤后心肌组织Toll样受体(toll-like receptor, TLR)表达及心肌组织炎症浸润的影响. 将60只SD (Spragu-Dawley)大鼠随机分为假手术组、I/R组、IPoC组以及福辛普利钠+IPoC组, 每组15只. 假手术组大鼠心脏前降支下置线不结扎; I/R组予以心脏前降支结扎30 min, 再灌注1 h; IPoC组给予心脏前降支结扎30 min, 后予以3次10 s的再灌注/缺血循环, 再持续灌注1 h; 福辛普利钠+IPoC组则预先给予福辛普利钠片0.9 mg/kg, 连续灌胃14 d, 于末次灌胃2 h后, 施以IPoC组的干预过程. 所有实验大鼠腹主动脉取血并分离出心脏组织. 比色法测定血清肌钙蛋白T (cardiac troponin T, cTNT)的含量, NBT染色测定大鼠左室心肌梗死面积, 酶联免疫吸附测定法测定心肌组织单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 (monocyte chemotactic protein-1, MCP-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α (tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α)水平. 免疫组织化学方法测定心肌组织TLR2及TLR4的表达, HE染色观察心肌组织炎性细胞的浸润. 结果表明, 与I/R组比较, IPoC组大鼠心肌梗死面积明显缩小(P<0.01), 大鼠血清cTNT水平显著降低(P<0.01), 心肌组织MCP-1, TNF-α含量和炎性细胞浸润数量明显下降(P<0.05, P<0.01), 心肌组织TLR2及TLR4的表达被显著抑制(P<0.01); 与IPoC组比较, 福辛普利钠预处理可进一步降低IPoC大鼠心肌梗死面积(P<0.05), 心肌组织TNF-?水平也显著降低(P<0.01), 对心肌TLR2及TLR4的表达有进一步抑制(P<0.05). 血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂福辛普利钠预处理可加强IPoC对I/R大鼠心肌的保护作用, 其机理可能与抑制TLR介导的炎症信号通路和趋化因子反应有关.     

线载荷拉伸作用下不可压缩橡胶类楔体

利用不可压缩材料应变能函数，分析了受集中力拉伸作用下不可压缩橡胶类楔体尖端附近的应力分布及形变行为．给出了楔体尖端应力场的渐近解，当楔体角度为π时，即为半空间受线集中力拉伸的典型问题解．     

Active regions’ setting of the extracellular ligandbinding domain of human interleukin-6 receptor

The reliable three dimensional (3-D) structure of the extracellular ligand-binding domain (V106-P322) of human interleukin-6 receptor (hIL-6R) has been constructed by means of computer-guided homology modeling techniques using the crystal structure of the extracellular ligand-binding region (K52–L251) of human growth hormone receptor (hGHR) as templet. The space location of some key residues which influence the combination ability between the receptor and the ligand has been observed and the effects of point mutagenesis of the four conservative cysteine residues on the space conformation are analyzed. The results show that the space conformation of the side-chain carboxyl of E305 plays a key role in the ligand-binding ability. Furthermore, the space conformation of the side-chain carboxyl of E305 is very important for the electrostatic potential complementarity between hIL-6R and hIL-6 according to the docking method.

H2 receptor antagonists and human granulopoiesis

Summary The effect of 2 H₂ receptor antagonists (ranitidine and cimetidine) on the in vitro growth of human granulomonopoietic precursors (CFU-GM) was studied. Ranitidine, although having an anti H₂ receptor activity much greater than that of cimetidine, displays the same toxicity for CFU-GM.Acknowledgments. A New Self-assembly Metal CMG Discriminator by Multi-exposure LiGA Like Process and Sacrificial Layer Process

The counter-meshing gears （CMG） discriminator is a mechanically coded lock, which is used to prevent the occurrence of High Consequence Events. This paper advanced a new kind of self-assembly metal CMG discriminator based on multi-exposure LiGA like process and sacrificial layer process. The new CMG discriminator has the following characters except low cost： 1） it has only discrimination teeth sections; 2） the thickness of each gear layer exceeds one hundred micrometers; 3） it is axially driven by a separate dectronic magnetic micromotor directly; 4） its CMG is made of metal and is batch fabricated in the assembled state; 5） it is prevented from rotating in the opposite direction by pawl/ratchet wheel mechanism; 6） it has simpler structure. This device has better strength and reliability in abnormal environment compared to the existing surface micro machining （SMM） discriminator.

Role of proline in the imprinting developed by dipeptides — in Tetrahymena Possible role in hormone evolution

The effects of proline and serine dipeptides containing phenylalanine, alanine and leucine on the behaviour of receptors of Tetrahymena were investigated. Only proline-containing dipeptides were able to develop positive imprinting, and the activity depended on which other amino acid was present in the dipeptide. In contrast to the positive imprinting effect of the dipeptides Pro-Phe and Pro-Ala, the dipeptide Pro-Pro and Pro-Leu caused negative imprinting. Serine dipeptides produced negative imprinting in all cases. The possible importance of proline in the evolution of hormone specificity is discussed.
