河南省地理国情普查工作的实践研究

河南省全国第一次地理国情普查于2013年正式开展,旨在掌握自然地理要素、人文要素的空间分布情况,揭示经济社会发展和自然资源环境的空间分布规律,实现地理国情信息对政府、企业和公众的服务,为国家战略规划制定、空间规划管理、区域政策制定、灾害预警、科学研究和为社会公众服务等提供有力保障。项目过程中在组织、设计、推进等诸多方面值得思考和优化。     

毛泽东对外开放思想及对我国开放政策的影响

新中国建立后，毛泽东对中国经济建设正确认识基础上已初步形成了对外开放的思想，由于国际环境，使这一思想未能进一步发展，重温毛泽东对外开放思想的论述，对当今的开放政策仍有重要的启迪作用。     

论改革开放与发展经济的关系

总结了我国改革开放前经济落后的历史教训，对我国实行改革开放、发展经济的基本国策以来，经济迅速发展的状况进行了分析，认为随着世界经济发展全球化、一体化、市场化进程的加快，我国经济要保持持续发展，仍然要继续贯彻改革开放、发展经济的根本战略。     

Study on the Mathematic Model of Apparel Lapel Collar Pattern

Fabrics of different thickness were selected and made into notch lapels in the experiment. The variation between the outside and inside lapel patterns after the lapel being folded was observed and measured. Besides,many factors leading to the variation were analyzed. Then the relation between fold angle and fabric thickness,and the variation of fabric thickness were obtained. The experimental results prove that the biggest horizontal variation between the outside lapel and inside lapel is at the breast line...     

城市游憩商业区形成机制分析--以济南市为例

在对其他学者城市游憩商业区研究的基础上,首次界定了济南市游憩商业区的范围,并运用相关原理分析了其形成机制的内外推动因素和发展支持因素,旨在为济南市城市规划和城市旅游业发展提供参考。

随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,中国企业面临的国际国内环境都发生了变化,为了在竞争中占有一席之地,必须不失时机地实施“走出去”战略,开展国际商务活动。对我国企业实施国际商务发展现状以及存在问题进行了阐述,并对我国企业实施国际商务的途径进行了分析。     

中国现代化的哲学反思

作为“后发式”现代化,中国是被外在强力抛入这一进程。中国的现代化过程受内在相关的三大因素的制约、影响和规定：一是中国与外部世界的关系;二是传统与现代的紧张矛盾;三是公私关系被僵化和简单理解,导致建国后我国现代化进程中公私矛盾长期尖锐。处理这三大关系的根本出发点是彻底抛弃教条主义的思维方式。现代化有自身的规律性,中国应该全面借鉴西方现代化的成功经验。     

Molecular mechanism of the inhibitory effect of methylation outside the recognition sequence of restriction endonuclease Pvu Π on its cleavage activity

In 1991, we found that methylation outside the PvuⅡ recognition sequence could partially inhibit its cleavage activity. To clarify the molecular mechanism, three plasmids with different methylation states were constructed. Then, together with the original one, four plasmids were digested with different amounts of PvuⅡ. Results show that methylation on both sites results in 90% inhibition; moving the methylated site one base further away decreases the inhibitory effect to about 30%; with the adjacent dam methylation site eliminated, the inhibitory effect disappears. The data suggest that the inhibition of cleavage activity caused by outside methylation is not "all or none", and the degree of inhibition is dependent on the position and the number of methylated bases.

推广了Philip提出的用于探讨Mandelbrot集外部结构问题的区域分解和角度分解方法，提出了等势线和色彩调配法，并利用这4种方法构造了一系列正实数阶广义Julia集(简称广义J集)的外部结构图，研究了广义J集外部结构的分形特征及演化过程。
