Studies of layout of world machine tools industry based on patent analysis

As the foundation of an industrialized country nowadays, machine tools industry is regarded as the engine of industrial development of a country. The developed countries, such as USA, Germany and Japan, have widely deployed the technology of using the patent in order to keep their strength in various fields. This research examins the CNC machine tools industry in the world by using the pa- tent analysis method. It first gives an overview about the world patent application in CNC machine tools industry from 1963 to 2010 and divides the development of the industry into five stages. It also lists the patent application of the world top 20 countries, where the top 5 countries are compared. The patents of the world top 10 companies of machine tools manufacturers are mapped according to the international patent classification （IPC）, and the future trends of world machine tools industry are discussed. Finally conclusions and suggestions are presented.

本文在概述鸦片战争前后蚕丝生产的商品化发展和市场面貌的基础上讨论了二个问题:一、近代中国蚕业生产商品化的进程、商品市场的形式与发展;二、近代中国蚕丝的出口贸易和国际市场。文中综合了近代中国蚕业生产量、国内销售量,产区分布、出口量 出口口岸、国际市场与竞争等重要资料,分析了其中某些带有规律性的发展趋势。

美国钢铁工业的国际合作战略及其对我国钢铁工业发展的启示

本文着重考察了近１０年来美国老牌的钢铁联合企业跟外国（尤其是日本）的竞争对手携手建立合资企业的动因与效果。这种合作不仅使美国企业得以从合作伙伴那儿融入资金，而且使美国企业的技术水平和管理水平得以提高，同时还为美国钢铁工业的下游行业提供了高质量的钢铁产品。我国重返关贸总协定将给钢铁工业的发展带来新的机遇和挑战。借鉴国际合作战略经验，建立较大规模的生产高档次钢材的合资企业，不仅有利于我们迎接上述挑战，而且还可以推动我国整个钢铁工业加速发展。     

Dispatch Liquidity Theory in a Deregulated Environment

Power system security and reliability are more complex issues in a deregulated environment.Various criteria have been considered for power system reliability. In the day-ahead market, a successful trade schedule should be able to accept various disturbances with sufficient flexibility to be adjusted during the re-dispatch process. This paper describes the dispatch liquidity theory and some liquidity indices. The liquidity indices evaluate the effective operating reserves with the network constraints taken into consideration. A model is presented to calculate the liquidity index. An extended trade scheduling model with minimum liquidity index constraints is presented that considers the distribution requirements of the operating reserves. The liquidity indices could also be used to coordinate the security and reliability between multistage markets and for contingency selection. The algorithms were tested with real power system data. The results show that the dispatch liquidity theory is reasonable and the algorithms are effective.     

创新型外语人才与西方修辞

创新型外语人才的培养是我国外语界所面临的一个挑战。不少外语界专家进行了有益的探讨,但对创新型外语人才的界定似乎较笼统模糊,也未能在课程设计范式变革上提出与国际接轨的具体建议。本文认为外语创新人才是能突破“不对称国际话语秩序,”能在复杂的国际格局中提供强有力的“外语支撑”的人才,即具有语言能力又有较强西方修辞能力的人才。在建议开设西方修辞学、比较修辞、论辩理论等课程的基础上,论述了创新型外语人才与西方修辞的关系,并在课堂教学范式方面提出了修辞理论与国际话语实践紧密联系、实现教语言到分析话语的跨越。

通过对反倾销会计工作重要性的认识,理清了反倾销会计理论中存在的疑惑,指出反倾销会计工作应符合国际会计准则,并提出反倾销会计工作应注意的问题。

现代历史教育的本质是主体性教育。“世界历史性实践活动”和“世界历史性认识活动”造就出了“世界历史性”的个人。我国的历史教育，应在强调“世界历史性”的同时，必须首先致力于使学生成为个体主体。     

基于非线性映射分析的期货逼仓风险判定模型及其应用

选用资金、价格、持仓量等三类指标来反映期货交易中的逼仓风险,采用非线性映射分析将交易中存在逼仓风险的交易日分离成独立的点群.根据离差极小、最大欧氏距离等原理提出逼仓风险阈值计算方法及逼仓风险判定方法.其特点一是运用非线性映射分析等原理给出了逼仓风险阈值的求解方法及风险判定方法,使逼仓风险在酝酿初期就可被及时、准确地判定出来,为期货交易逼仓风险管理提供了预警功能.二是通过与系统聚类结果的对比,验证了非线性映射分析方法的科学性和有效性.三是以豆粕s0409的244个有效样本作为总样本,举例说明了逼仓阈值的求解及风险判定过程.并随机抽取了该合约中的30个样本进行检验,检验结果表明该判别方法的精度高达93.33%.     

中美贸易与我国经济增长关系研究
