Genomic organization of EDSV strain AA-2

The genomic organization of egg drop syndrome virus strain AA-2 isolated in China is reported here. The genome was found to be 32 838 bp in length, approximately 2 kb shorter than those of the human subgenus C adenoviruses. Analysis of open reading frames indicated that the genes for major viral structural proteins (55 K, Penton base, pⅦ, pⅩ, pⅥ, Hexon, 100 K, pⅧ and Fiber), as well as EP, DNA polymerase and ⅣaⅡ are present in the expected locations in the genome. EDSV possesses no identifiable E3 and E4 regions and most proteins encoded by E3 and E4 regions of other adenoviruses genome were not presented in EDSV.     

High-precision timing of the Quaternary standard samples with thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) U-series method

Two national stalagmite standard (GBW04412, GBW04413) and one international coral standard (RKM_4) have been determined by using thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) method. The values of ( 234 U/ 238 U) act , ( 230 Th/ 234 U) act and age are all consistent in error range with the standard values obtained by using α spectrometry.     

Determination of tectonic background for sedimentary basin from sandstone geochemistry

The chemical composition of sedimentary rocks is mainly controlled by source rocks. Through examining chemical composition of terrigenous rocks, the tectonic evolution of a sedimentary basin can be modeled. The Turpan Basin belongs to a continental sedimentary basin and its source rocks are derived from the upper continental crust.     

Cloning, construction of prokaryotic expression vector and expression ofEscherichia coli cytosine deaminase gene

Cytosine deaminase gene ofEscherichia coli strain H-30 was cloned, and its initiation codon of ‘GTG’ was mutated to ‘ATG’ by PCR. Prokaryotic recombinant expression vector pBV220-CD was constructed. Clone with high enzyme activity were selected by detecting their specific activity of cytosine deaminase. 5-FC(5-FC, 5-fluorocytosine) could induce the lethal toxicity to cells containing active CD gene. DNA sequence analysis indicated that there were 16 altered bases and 5 of them resulted in the alteration of amino acids in predicted peptide by comparing DNA sequence of the clone H-30-CD-11 with high enzyme activity with CD gene reported in Gene Bank.     

影响固体火箭发动机推力偏心特性的误差源研究

为了找出产生火箭发动机推力偏心的主要误差源,利用六分力推力偏心测试系统对装药初温,喷喉误差,喷管内型面缺陷等影响推力偏心的情况进行了试验研究。研究结果表明：装药初温,喷喉形状尺寸误差,多喷管安装误差,喷管内型面缺陷等都对推力偏心有较大影响,获得了对固体火箭发动机设计与制造非常有参考价值的试验结果。     

双剪强度理论在水工压力隧洞弹塑性应力分析中的应用

水工压力隧洞的弹塑性分析,工程上一直采用Ｍｏｈｒ－Ｃｏｕｌｏｍｂ强度准则进行求解。但由于该理论和试验结果常常不符,故产生误差。本文应用俞茂宏教授提出的双剪强度理论对水工压力隧洞进行弹塑性分析,解决了上述问题。     

扩展Hubbard模型的玻色化

在连续化极限情况下把量子一维格点扩展Ｈｕｂｂａｒｄ模型变换为连续的费米场．应用玻色化方法和ｓｉｎｅ－Ｇｏｒｄｏｎ模型的相图讨论了量子一维扩展Ｈｕｂｂａｒｄ模型的临界现象．当模型的相互作用发生变化时,扩展Ｈｕｂｂａｒｄ模型会历经四个不同的相,并在相区分界线处存在不同类型的相变．和以前扩展Ｈｕｂｂａｒｄ模型相图比较,发现用玻色化方法得到的相图给出模型描述更详尽．     

藏产红景天混合提取物对BALB／c小鼠免疫功能的影响

选择淋巴器官脏器系数,迟发型变态反应,脾脏抗体生成细胞数,巨噬细胞蚕噬指数等免疫免疫学指标观察藏产多种红景天对ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,在５００－２０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量范围内能增加ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠胸腺的相对重量,足跖厚度及脾脏抗体生成细胞的数量。     

Q235 板材焊接结构失效分析

针对在１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ基体上焊接Ｑ２３５加热钢套中出现焊接裂缝的情况,通过对焊接材料的化学成分、力学性能及组织分析,找出生产中出现问题的根本原因,并提出具体解决方案。     

纤维增强复合材料横向剪切模量

考虑界面层的影响对外方内圆模型采用边界无法计算了纤维增强复合材料沿材料２－、３－主方向的横向剪切模量Ｇｓｑ（０°）和与２－、３－方向成４５°方向的横向剪切模量Ｇｓｑ（４５°）,同时还对六角形模型计算了与２－、３－主方向成４５°方向的剪切模量Ｇｈｅ（４５°）,得到了横向剪切模量随纤维体积含量Ｖｆ的变化规律．计算所得Ｇｓｑ（０°）要比Ｇｓｑ（４５°）低得多,这表明横向剪切模量也呈各向异性,但两者均在该横向剪切模量上下限的范围内,并且两种不同代表性计算单元计算得到的Ｇｓｑ（４５°）和Ｇｈｅ（４５°）是一致的．
