电阻炉温度微机控制系统的研制

以个人计算机为基础，以Ａ／Ｄ转换器为核心，并配以适当的外围接口电路，实现对电阻炉温度自动控制．设计了一种过零检测电路，将ＰＩＤ控制增量转换成占空比，并由数字电路输出有一定占空比的矩形波，利用硬件方法实现普通双向可控硅的同步过零触发从而实现功率可调     

应用电阻层系成像技术测量垂直管道气/液两相流分相含率

通过对垂直管道中气／液两相流截面相含率测量影响因素的分析,以电阻层析成像系统为检测工具,提出了提取原始测量数据边界特征值的方法和描述气／液两相流截面相含率的特征函数,得到了气／液两相流的截面含气率,仿真计算与实验测试结果表明,在研究导电的液相为连续相的气／液两相流情况下的分相含率时,上述方法是一种有效的测量手段．     

Correlation between geometrical parameters of electrical tree and corresponding partial discharge parameters in XLPE

This paper deals with the experimental study on the correlation between the geometrical parameters of electrical tree and corresponding partial discharge (PD) characteristic parameters in the course of electrical tree aging within cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. The electrical tree aging tests were performed on specimens removed from a section of 220 kV transmission cable. The PD macroscopic characteristic parameters were found to be significantly dependent on the corresponding geometrical parameters of electrical tree channels in the course of aging of XLPE, and different kind of electrical tree has different characteristics, and there is obvious correlation between the type of electrical tree and the pre-applied power-frequency stress. Beside, using regression analysis, the expression of the relation between them were obtained, and from which it can be seen that there is significant nonlinear correlation between geometrical parameters of electrical tree and corresponding PD characteristic parameters in the course of aging of XLPE. Therefore, the aging degree of XLPE can be effectively evaluated by recognizing the changing regularity of the PD rnacroscopic characteristic parameters.     

Effect of addition of poly（ethylene glycol） on electrical conductivity of poly（3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene）-poly（styrenesulfonate） hybrid

By mixing various concentrations of poly (ethylene glycol), a series of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styeenesuffonate) composite thin films were prepared.The electrical conductivity of the PEDOT-PSS/PEG thin films was measured by the four-pcobe method. Experimental results showed that the inclusion of poly(ethylene glycol) influenced the electrical conductivity of PEDOT-PSS film significantly. With the increase of PEG concentrations, the electrical conductivity sharply increased to reach a maximum and then slowly decreased down. Furthermore, the PEG molecular weight and environment temperature also played important roles on the electrical conductivity of PEDOT-PSS/PEG thin films. A good linear relationship was found between in σDC and T^-1/2 within the entire temperature range detected.

柔性印刷机虚机实电仿真系统

提出了一种用于装备工业的真实电控装置和计算机模拟的虚拟机械进行联合调试的新思想——虚机实电．虚机实电系统不需要连接到真实的机械设备上，就可以调试其电控装置，能够发现其潜在的错误，因而能够缩短产品的调试时间，节约成本，极大地提高企业的竞争力。作为其一个应用实例，介绍了柔性印刷机虚机实电仿真系统。给出了其系统结构和组成，详细介绍了其五个功能模块。并对系统的实时性问题提出了解决方案．通过试验实现了其真实电控装置对虚拟印刷机的实时控制，验证了上述思想的正确性。     

YSZ包覆NiO阳极的SOFC发电性能(英文)

采用NH3·H2O-NH4HCO3为缓冲溶液,共沉淀法制备YSZ包覆NiO的NiO-YSZ阳极材料,分析了材料的物相和粒径大小。分别以YSZ包覆的NiO、商用NiO/YSZ为阳极,LSM为阴极,制作YSZ电解质支撑的板状固体氧化物燃料电池,进行发电性能比较。以YSZ包覆的NiO为阳极的电池,功率密度高、极限电流密度大。扫描电镜观察表明,YSZ包覆的NiO制作的阳极表面形成了的网状结构。阳极三相界面、孔隙率提高,是电池性能提高的原因。

为建立发电公司与电网公司各自准确可靠及时的电能量计量计费系统，本文选择了功能强大的Microsoft VC＋＋6．0作为软件开发平台，以Microsoft SQL Server 2000作为数据库管理平台，开发了一套专门、科学有效的检测与管理系统软件．对全局（公司）或运行现场电能表的通信配置和通信功能进行批量检测，实现关口电能表通信系统准确可靠的运行．
