环境监测实验教学改革探索

江苏工业学院环境与安全工程学院对环境监测实验的课程设置与内容进行了改革,增加了综合性设计性实验的比例,加强了实验教学环节,改革了实验成绩的评定,两年来的试行取得了一定效果。针对目前存在问题,对今后的工作提出了建议。     

Application of Kernel GDA to Performance Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis for Rotating Machinery

Faults in rotating machine are difficult to detect and identify,especially when the system is complex and nonlinear.In order to solve this problem,a novel performance monitoring and fault diagnosis method based on kernel generalized discriminant analysis(kernel GDA,KGDA) was proposed.Through KGDA,the data were mapped from the original space to the high-dimensional feature space.Then the statistic distance between normal data and test data was constructed to detect whether a fault was occurring.If a fault had occurred,similar analysis was used to identify the type of faults.The effectiveness of the proposed method was evaluated by simulation results of vibration signal fault dataset in the rotating machinery,which was scalable to different rotating machinery.     

Implement of the Production Monitoring and Control System for Coning,Drawing and Twisting's Workshop

To achieve the production information management of the coning,drawing and twisting's workshop,and promote a good and fast development of the textile enterprise,firstly,we analyze the information technology development status of the textile enterprise at home and abroad,study the weaknesses of the existing computer monitoring system,introduce the system design project,and propose a system network model based on client/server(C/S)mode.Secondly,a multi-agent production monitoring and control system is developed,and the communication of the single-port-multi-protocol and a multi-thread data collection technology are studied via the multi-thread and standard template library(STL)technologies.Thirdly,the system management functions,the structure design of the database,and the technical difficulties in the process of software design are also introduced.As proved in practice,the system satisfies the production management requirements of the workshop,and implements the network management of the production information.     

单片微机CAN控制器的应用与实践

介绍了C8051F020单片机内部CAN控制器的应用。叙述此控制器的构成及其访问方式,并重点介绍了其在电机监控系统中的应用。阐述了CAN控制器外围硬件和通信软件的设计与实现,并给出了CAN通信软件的流程图,实践证明了该设计的正确性。     

破碎围岩环境下巷道应力与变形监测

开采过程中,破碎围岩环境下巷道煤岩结构及应力与变形随时间演化行为直接影响其稳定性。通过理论计算,结合现场应力监测、声发射(acoustic emission,AE)和钻孔窥视等手段,定量确定了工作面煤巷的松动范围和塑性区范围,综合分析了破碎围岩环境下煤岩非对称变形特征,为工作面安全开采提供了依据。     

基于Theil不等系数的调和平均组合预测模型在大坝安全监控中的应用

引进相关性指标Theil不等系数,采用调和平均组合预测方法,建立了基于Theil不等系数的调和平均大坝安全监控组合预测模型.结合某拱坝实测资料分析表明,该组合预测模型的预报精度高于传统的加权算术平均组合预测模型和各种单一预测模型,在大坝安全监测预报中具有较强的实用性.     

可扩展的网络信息动态监测预警体系

网络信息监测技术是下一代互联网安全防御体系的关键技术.目前存在的网络流量监测技术大多没有动态预警和控制功能,且不支持IPv6.本文给出了一个可扩展的网络流量动态监测预警体系,该体系基于"流"的监测方式,形成以流量分析、入侵检测和统计报表联动预警控制的动态安全防御体系,能够以串联或者并联方式部署,灵活性高.实验表明,该体系数据获取率高,通过各个模块的联动,有效提高了网络监控实效.     

基于DSP的电能质量监测系统设计

针对电能质量日益恶化以及用电设备对电能质量的要求相对提高这一现状,介绍了一种基于DSP的电能质量监测系统的设计方案,使用TI公司的TMS320VC5509芯片为系统核心,利用其强大的数据处理能力实现对电能质量数据的实时监测,并对系统的整体硬件设计和软件架构进行了重点的阐述.试验证明,该系统能够满足设计要求,符合国家标准规定的电能质量监测指标.     

网格化工商业市场监管系统设计与实现

介绍网格化工商市场监管系统的设计,采用分布式数据库结构,C/S与B/S相结合,实现了对企业监管的网格化、分级式管理,包括企业注册登记、企业信用等级监管、用户投诉与审核、企业荣誉与处罚等功能.     

煤矿行车自动化控制探讨

行车在煤矿生产中使用频繁,工作量很大。将PLC控制变频技术应用在行车的电力拖动系统上,可以简化电气控制系统,使设备运行更准确可靠,满足运料工艺要求。介绍了PLC和变频技术在自动化控制中的应用特点和对行车电器系统的控制思路。
