新疆产圆果甘草化学成分的研究

本研究新疆产圆果甘草不采用酸、碱条件处理，而用９５％酒精浸泡后柱层析提取获得１７种结晶物，经ＭＳ、ＥＩ－ＭＳ、ＩＲ及熔点测定再进行数据处理，并对照比较，有７种与文献阐明的完全一致。另外通过实验还发现两种新的化合物。     

G-H-空间中KKM定理的变形

3G技术条件下的移动学习在远程教育中的应用探究

随着3G移动通讯技术的发展以及远程教育的理念越来越为人所接受，基于3G的移动学习应运而生。本文首先时3G移动通讯技术的特点做了简要介绍，分析了将其与移动学习概念相融合后应用于远程教育中的可行性，并提出了一套相对完整的应用模式方案。     

G proteins as drug targets

The structure and function of heterotrimeric G protein subunits is known in considerable detail. Upon stimulation of a heptahelical receptor by the appropriate agonists, the cognate G proteins undergo a cycle of activation and deactivation; the α-subunits and the βγ-dimers interact sequentially with several reaction partners (receptor, guanine nucleotides and effectors as well as regulatory proteins) by exposing appropriate binding sites. For most of these domains, low molecular weight ligands have been identified that either activate or inhibit signal transduction. These ligands include short peptides derived from receptors, G protein subunits and effectors, mastoparan and related insect venoms, modified guanine nucleotides, suramin analogues and amphiphilic cations. Because compounds that act on G proteins may be endowed with new forms of selectivity, we propose that G protein subunits may therefore be considered as potential drug targets. The Holistic Sense of Prison Phenomena in Venezuela. III. The Unity of the Research

In this paper the underlying systemic unity of the research reported in the two previous articles is sought. The research journey is examined in order to draw lessons concerning our systemic practice. In addition, an effort is made to relate Interpretive Systemology to some strands of systems, management and action research sciences. In so doing, we expect to draw some links that could be established between interpretive systemologists and the community of researchers who compose the select audience of SPAR.     

Anti-bovineβ-lactoglobulin antibodies react with a human lactoferrin fragment and bovineβ-lactoglobulin present in human milk

Human milk samples react against anti-bovineG5527G8084Q66083/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" border="0">-lactoglobulin rabbit antibodies, as measured by a competitive radioimmunoassay. Immunoreactivity was positive even in milk from mothers consuming a diet free of cow's milk. An increase with a diet rich in cow's milk proteins was detected by immunoelectrophoresis. The human milk fraction cross-reacting with anti-bovineG5527G8084Q66083/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" border="0">-lactoglobulin antibodies corresponds to the 20 kDa fragment from the N-terminal end of human lactoferrin. Three regions of this fragment exhibit sequence homology with a sequence contained in cow'sG5527G8084Q66083/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" border="0">-lactoglobulin (between residues 124 and 141).
