鳖脾脏的正常组织学和病理组织学

鳖脾脏分为被膜和自由髓、红髓构成的实质，被膜较薄,小梁极不发达；白髓由动脉周围淋巴鞘构成，无淋巴小结；红髓由脾索和脾窦组成，脾窦不发达、病鳖脾脏的被膜血管肿胀；红髓淤血，白髓缩小并有红细胞存在，两者分界不清；病变严重的，脾内细胞坏死，呈无细胞结构状。     

运动与机体免疫的研究进展

采用文献资料法，综述了近年来运动与免疫的部分研究进展，着重论述了运动对机体免疫细胞的影响以及神经内分泌对机体免疫系统功能的调节机理，并对运动与免疫的研究前景进行了阐述。     

模糊蕴涵算子及其构造(Ⅰ)--模糊蕴涵算子及其性质

讨论了32个模糊蕴涵算子的构造并验证了它们是否满足16条常用性质．然后考虑了它们与几个重要蕴涵，诸如正常蕴涵、异常蕴涵、强蕴涵、连续强蕴涵、正规蕴涵以及理想蕴涵之间的联系．     

科技馆展品维修浅谈

科技馆展品维修是科技馆正常运行的一项基础性工作,山东省科技馆自2004年1月开馆以来,连续4年保持展品完好率在95％以上,展品维修发挥了极其重要的作用。现做一简单总结,与同行交流。     

类固醇激素受体在扬子鳄睾丸表达的免疫细胞化学研究

用免疫细胞化学方法对雄激素受体(AR)、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR) 在扬子鳄睾丸中进行定位研究.结果表明,三种类固醇激素受体在扬子鳄睾丸中都有分布:雄激素受体在睾丸的肌样细胞和支持细胞中呈阳性反应,雌激素受体在睾丸的间质细胞中呈 阳性反应,孕激素受体在睾丸的生精细胞中呈阳性反应.推测结果表明,雄激素受体在扬子 鳄精子发生过程有重要作用;雌激素受体可能在扬子鳄睾丸发育过程中影响睾丸间质细胞雄性激素的分泌,进而调节生精过程和精子发育成熟,孕激素受体可能通过转换成AR和ER来对精子发生进行调节.这些结果为证明性类固醇激素参与调节扬子鳄性腺生殖内分泌调控提供了重要的形态学新证据.     

Passive harmonic mode locking of gain-guided solitons in erbium-doped fiber lasers

We report the experimental observation of passive harmonic mode locking of gain-guided solitons in erbium-doped fiber lasers either made of purely normal dispersion fibers or operating in the net normal cavity dispersion regime. Harmonic-2 and harmonic-3 mode locking states of the gain-guided solitons with supermode suppression larger than 35 dB have been obtained.     

Immunocytological evidence for the presence of vertebrate FSH- and LH-like substances in the brain and thoracic ganglion of the swimming crab，Portunus trituberculatus

Investigating the distribution of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） in the swimming crab, Portunus trituberculatus, helps in the understanding of its reproductive regulation mechanism. This study has detected the location of vertebrate FSH- and LH-like substances in the brain and the thoracic ganglion mass with immunocytochemical techniques. Their immunoreaction is very weak or negative during the immature period and the post-spawning period, while it is stronger in the mature period. Localization of FSH-like immunoreactive cells resembles that of LH-like cells. These immunoreactive cells were observed chiefly in the anterior median cell-duster of the protocerebrum with stronger immunostaining. There were only a few in the inboard cell-cluster of the olfactory lobe of the deutocerebrum and the posterior cell-cluster of the tritocerebrum. Immunoreactive cells were located in all the three ganglia in the thoracic ganglion mass. These results indicated that substances resembling the vertebrate FSH and LH exist in P. trituberculatus, and their expression has some correlation with the developmental stage of ovaries, thus they might engage in the ovary development and ovulation.     

降噪自编码器在机械设备故障预警中的应用

针对目前复杂机械设备大多采用单特征值门限报警法,无法实现提前预警的现状,提出一种基于降噪自编码器（denoising autoencoder,DAE）的特征自学习方法,将高维监测数据编码成低维特征,作为设备运行状态的特征表示,通过度量待测样本编码特征与基准的距离实现故障预警。实验结果表明,本文方法能够区分正常样本特征与任意故障样本特征,并能降低变工况及环境噪声干扰的影响;工程应用案例表明,本文方法能够发现设备故障发生前的微弱征兆,实现提前预警。     

电厂高压加热器疏水系统改造及应用

一、高压加热器及其故障原因分析祁东煤泥矸石电厂采用青岛捷能汽轮机厂生产的C12-4．9／0．981次高温次高压抽凝式汽轮机。从2005年5月调试以来．两台机组的高加不能正常运行,高加疏水经常无水或满水（高加疏水正常水位为250mm～350mm）。
