煤岩学原理在粉煤成型机理中的应用

针对多煤种粉煤的无粘结剂常温成型，发挥发分煤加粘结剂成型和双组分型煤热成型等，运用煤岩学原理，采用显微观测，显微照相、扫描电镜观察等煤岩学方法，对粉煤成型机理作了较系统的研究，证明用煤岩学原理研究和解释成型机理是可行的，显微结构是决定型煤强度的关键因素之一。     

An organic junction between the vein and membrane of the dragonfly wing

A dragonfly wing consists of membranes and both longitudinal and cross veins. We observed the microstructure cross-section at several locations in the dragonfly wing using environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM). The organic nature of the junction between the vein and the membrane was clearly identifiable. The membrane was divided into two layers, the upper epidermis and the lower epidermis. These layers extend around the sandwich structure vein, and combine with the adjacent membrane at a symmetrical location along the vein. Thus, we defined this as an organic junction between the vein and the membranes. The organic junction is able to form a tight corrugation angle, which dramatically increases both the warping rigidity and the strength of the wing, but not the torsional rigidity. The torsional deformation is primarily controlled by the microstructure of the longitudinal veins, and is based on the relative rotation angle between the epidermal layer and the inner layer of the vein that forms the zigzag section.     

雀形目25种鸟羽的扫描电镜观察

以隶属于雀形目１０科１８属２５种鸟类的初级飞羽为材料进行扫描电镜观察。结果表明；有钩羽小枝上的腹齿数，纤毛对数，羽小钩数与无钩羽小枝上的腹齿数，背刺数在科间相似性较大，存在着性状特征的交叉与重叠；属种间差异较显著；种下亚种则未发现有显著差异。     

猎蝽卵壳表面细微结构扫描电镜观察(半翅目：猎蝽科：真猎蝽亚科)

记述了我国的暗素猎蝽Epidaus nebulo(Stal)，六刺素猎蝽Epidaus sexspinus Haiao，红缘猛猎蝽Sphedanolestes gularis Hsiao，云斑瑞猎蝽Rhynocris incertus (Distant)，多变齿胫猎蝽Rihirbus strochantericus stal，利用扫描电镜分别对这些卵的卵壳表面及卵前极的细策结构进行了观察，比较，同时通过野外采集，饲养，记录了两个种的生物学特征，量度单位：mm。     

球磨环境对机械合金化合成纳米TiC的影响

以Ti粉和活性炭粉作为原始粉末在行星式球磨机(QM—ISP2)上进行高能球磨，分别在低真空、高真空、Ar、空气 H2和H2等不同球磨环境下机械合金化合成TiC。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等技术对合成产物进行物相和形貌分析，并用热力学和Maurice-Courtney模型等理论对其合成机理进行了探讨。结果表明，在5种不同球磨环境下用Ti粉和活性炭粉都能合成TiC，其中在H2环境下的合成速度最快。H2对TiC的机械合金化合成具有加速作用，其机理是H2不仅能促使Ti与活性炭粉末细化，使断裂的新鲜表面保持清洁，而且能使Ti的活性增强。     

Field Emission of SiCN Thin Films Bombarded by Ar^＋ Ions

SiCN thin films were synthesized by a radio frequency chemical vapor deposition (RFCVD) system on P-type Si (1 0 0) wafers using C2H4, SiH4 and N2 as raw materials.In order to get rid of the oxygen absorbed on the surface and improve the characteristics of electron field emission, Ax^ ions of low energy were used to bombard the samples. The field emission characteristics of SiCN thin films before and after Ar^ bombardment were studied in the super vacuum environment of 10^-6 Pa. It was showed that the turn-on field (defined as the point where the current-voltage curve shows a sharp increase in the current density) decreased from 38 V/μm before bombardment to 25 V/μm after bombardment. And the maximum emission current density increased from 159. 2 to 267. 4 μA/cm^2. The composition before and after Ar^ bombardment was compared using X-ray photoelec-tron spectroscopy (XPS). Our results illustrated that the field emission characteristics were improved after the bombardment of Ar^ .     

扫描电镜下几种蓼属（Polygonum）植物叶表皮的微形态学…

应用扫描电镜对蓼８种植物叶表皮开矿进行了观察。结果表明气孔包拱，保卫细胞极区，表皮细胞外壁角质层表面和外角质层的蜡质分泌物等性状状态在８种植物的分布呈现出明显差异，可为蓼属植物分类有价值的信息。     

造纸废水脱色用絮凝剂PSiAFCC的制备及性能

以含铝矿和工业水玻璃为主要原料,制备一系列Si:A1:Fe摩尔比不同的聚硅酸铝铁钙(PSiAFCC)絮凝剂.采用化学分析方法及热重分析、扫描电镜等手段对该絮凝剂进行了性能表征,并对PSiAFCC中聚硅酸与铝、铁之间的相互作用、结构形貌及热稳定性进行了全面对比研究.结果表明,PSiAFCC是一种性能优良的絮凝剂.
