The Primal Exploration of Space launch and Manned Lunar-landing

The lunar-landing is the continuity of manned spaceflight engineering. Comparing with the manned spacecraft engineering, it requires more reliability , larger scale, and more funds. On the basis of China＇ s achievements and the experiences of foreign com~tries, the paper brings forward the idea that using the existing transportation technology to send the launch vehicles and cosmonauts to the near-earth orbit in batches, assembling the components together on the space-launch platform, and then launching them to the moon to fulfill our dream of manned landing on the moon. The paper also discusses the space launch platform and the launching ways.     

Anti-interference method for HF radars by transmitting phase-modulated chirps

Radio frequency interference （RFI） is a major problem in high-frequency （HF） radars. Conventional filtering-involved RFI suppression methods may introduce distortions to the target signals of interest and often demand extra hardware costs. In this paper, a novel method for RFI suppression by using linearly or randomly phase-modulated （PM） chirps is proposed, which enables independent analyses of the target signal and the RFI. Furthermore, the directions of arrival （DOA） of the interference are used as constraints to ensure a better DOA estimation of the target. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by numerical simulation results. The method can greatly improve the anti-interference capabilities of HF radars and is extremely applicable in the portable and low-cost radar systems.     

乙醇溶液中8-羟基喹啉铝光谱研究

对8－羟基喹啉铝（Alq3)在乙醇溶液中的荧光谱进行研究发现，其发光性质与溶液浓度有关，随着浓度的降低，其荧光光谱的峰位发生蓝移，发光强度降低，而半高宽则一直在增大，但由于在浓度较高时，乙醇溶液中Alq3分子大部分以范德瓦尔斯力相结合，只出现少量的聚体，所以峰位移动幅度不大；但当浓度降低到某一数值后，峰位将不再变化，另外，在浓度很大时，观察到有荧光淬灭现象。     

红外遥控光电枪的研制

作者研制了一种新型红外遥控光电枪。本文介绍基于频分制红外遥控技术的红外发射、接收电路以及计分电路的工作原理、安装、调试和使用方法。     

新型场致发射阴极区电场的数值分析

本文采用有限元法对新型场致发射阴极的电场强度进行数值分析．计算结果表明：钼尖电场随着钼尖半径Ｒ０的增大而减小．阳极的几何位置和阳极电压对场强的影响不大，介质的存在对 场强稍有影响．场域剖分的是否合适对结果有一定的影响．     

IRAS／Cirrus7中的尘埃辐射

根据IRAS四个波段的红外辐射流量,并认为尘埃粒子的红外吸收系数对波长的依赖关系为下列形式Q_(abs)∝λ~(-n),导出了IRAS/Cirrus 7中的观测尘埃温度T_d,辐射峰值波长λ_m及尘埃的远红外光学厚度τ_(60μ),τ_(100μ)。与由浸没在银河系总辐射场中的尘埃粒子模型所予言的平衡温度比较,讨论了IRAS/Cirrus 7中尘埃粒子的尺度,成分等性质以及对尘埃粒子加热的能量来源。

SIR—1型短红外发射理疗器对脑血管的作用效应

以６０名大学生和２１例头晕、头痛患者为实验对象，通过实验前与实验后的脑血流图检测资料的分析，对比，验证ＳＩＲ－１型短红外发射理疗器对脑血管的作用效应。实验者经本理疗器对头部作用２０ｍｉｎ后，可出现脑血管扩张、紧张度降低、降力减小、流入时间缩短、流入容积速度变大等现象，对脑血管起 着良好作用。     

矿岩红外发射光谱的测定及其在石油测井中的可能应用

描述了物体红外辐射的基本原理、特性以及矿岩红外发射光谱的测定，并给出了在一定温度下，对不同矿岩样品发射光谱测定的结果；讨论了红外辐射测温以及热成像系统在石油勘探中的可能应用。
