高校开设体育教学基础班浅议

本文针对我院教学改革，二年级体育教学进行分项授课，通过实践，教学效果良好，但对“三差”生在教学中也存在一定困难，放建议开设基础班的教学.

Moran sets and Moran classes

The purpose of this survey is to present Moran sets and Moran classes which generalize the classical selfsimilar sets from the following points: (i) The placements of the basic sets at each step of the constructions can be arbitrary; (ii) the contraction ratios may be different at each step; and (iii) the lower limit of the contraction ratios permits zero. In this discussion we will present geometrical properties and results of dimensions of these sets and classes, and discuss conformai Moran sets and random Moran sets as well.

大学英语大班授课的弊端及对策

目前，高校普遍采用大班英语授课。大班授课影响学习者课堂活动的互动，难以顾及学习者之间的差异，对授课质量提出了挑战。针对现有条件，提高大学英语课堂授课质量，可以从如下几个方面入手。因材施教；充分利用多媒体教学优势；合理设计课堂活动；适当利用网络开设第二课堂的辅导。     

具有特殊特征标维数的有限p-群

主要研究了特征标维数集合是{1,p~m}的有限p-群G,证明了若这类有限p-群G的幂零类大于或者等于3,则|G|≥p~(3m+1).特别地,如果G的特征标维数集合与共轭类长度集合都是{1,p~m},那么G的幂零类是2且|G|≥p~(3m).

从阐述探究教学的概念与内涵入手，对其提法由来与思想渊源、美中两国实施现状等做了较详尽的介绍．抓住高校现行教学模式的弊端和培养学生研究能力措施不得力，甚至严重失职的培养现状等，对大学课堂实施探究教学的必要性和可行性进行了较全面的分析论证．以体育教育专业排球教学实施探究教学的实践探索为依托，就提高探究教学有效性的关键层面问题做了较深刻的总结反思．     

Self-configuring scheduling scheme for IPv6 traffic with multiple QoS classes

This paper proposes a new queuing model and adaptive scheduling scheme which realizes multi-class QoS mechanism under DiffServ architecture. The queuing model is composed of two parallel output subqueues, each output sub-queue adopts random drop algorithm by setting different buffer threshold for different class traffic, so it can provide multi-class QoS. The new proposed scheduling scheme which adaptively changes the parameter A can guarantee the performance target of high class traffic, in the mean time, improve the QoS of low classes traffic.
