Activities of the Deriviatives of Chitin on the Osbeoblast Proliferation and the Effect on Bone Strength in Ovariectomized Rats

This study intends to examine the effects of different concentrations of four kinds of degradations of chitin： glucosamine （GLC）, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine （NAG）, chitooligosaccharide（COS）, CM-chitooligosaccharide （CM-COS）—on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cell line cultured in vitro. Results suggest that all of the glucoses mentioned above promoted the proliferation of osteoblast, and various concentrations have different effects： the proliferation was remarkable when the concentration of GLC, NAG, COS, CM-COS was 100 , 100, 500, 500 μg/mL ,respectively. Furthermore we choose the glucosamine as the material and study the effect on the bone strength in ovariectomized rats. The results showed that the middle does of glucosamine can significantly increase the hone strength of femur in ovariectomized rats.     

发酵法产酶生产几丁寡糖的工艺研究

利用前期获得并经基因工程改造的一株高效几丁质酶降解菌进行发酵产酶法降解几丁质胶体与膜分离相耦合制备几丁寡糖的中试研究.经过中试发酵工艺、酶反应工艺、分离纯化工艺的研究,最终确定了一条高效制备几丁寡糖的中试规模工艺流程,该流程中反应分离一体化,过程实现连续操作,降解酶可以连续使用,提高了收率,降低了成本,有利于实现产业化.通过该流程制备的几丁寡糖混合物含几丁2、3、4糖分别为71.3%、23.5%、2.4%.

Biological activity of flucycloxuron,a novel benzoylphenylurea derivative,onTenebrio molitor: comparison with diflubenzuron and triflumuron

Flucycloxuron, a novel benzoylphenylurea (BPU) derivative, exhibited insecticidal activity when injected into newly ecdysed pupae ofTenebrio molitor. Mortality occurs because of defective adult ecdysis. Treatment caused a reduction in both cuticle thickness and incorporation of¹⁴C-labelled precursor into chitin, although it had no significant effect on the protein synthesis. The potencies of other BPU compounds as inhibitors of chitin biosynthesis have been examined and results showed that diflubenzuron was less effective than either flucycloxuron or triflumuron.     

The compositional analysis of recent cephalopod shell carbohydrates by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and high performance anion exchange-pulsed amperometric detection

The organic matrix of four living cephalopod skeletons was extracted, purified, separated in a soluble and an insoluble fraction. These fractions were submitted to infrared analysis. After a light hydrolysis, their monosaccharide content was determined by HPAE-PAD. The results were treated by principal component analysis.Infrared analysis has been used to estimate the protein/sugar ratios and showed a high amount of chitin within the insoluble fractions. This was corroborated by their high content of glucosamine. The composition of soluble matrices appeared more heterogeneous: the general tendency is an increase of glucosamine from the most mineralized shell (Nautilus) to the non-mineralized one (Loligo), and a decrease in glucose and galactose. These data would be in agreement with the evolutionary tendency towards shell reduction and disappearance among cephalopods.     

裂解气相色谱质谱法研究甲壳素裂解作用

于400-570℃之间，对甲壳素进行热裂解作用，用气相色谱质谱仪鉴别裂解产物．随裂解温度上升，裂解产物急剧增加．在570℃时，出现57个色谱峰，鉴定了其中55种裂解产物，主要裂解产物为醛、酮、酸和酯类、杂环化合物和糖类化合物等．甲基-N-（乙酰基）-D-葡糖胺等是甲壳素的特歹正性裂解产物．甲壳素裂解过程中，发生链剪切作用，聚合物链断裂．经过分子重排，环化，次级反应等形成了各种裂解产物．

本文研究甲壳素在碱介质中非均相脱乙酰的动力学.结果表明,甲壳素脱乙酰反应过程符合假一级动力学关系,求得脱乙酰表观活化能为27.97kJ/mol.
