微波等离子体离子化检测器研究

本文采用氢气为载气和等离子体工作气体，以苯和二氧化碳为例，对不同电离电位样品组分经过和不经过等离子体两种样品引入检测器方式进行了详细的对比研究，发现检测器分别具有质量型和浓度型检测器的响应特征．探讨了空气引人等离子体对检测器分析性能的影响．     

纳米TiO2光催化剂在酸性黑水溶液中的吸附机制

目的研究纳米TiO2光催化剂在酸性黑NB水溶液中的吸附机制。方法以偏钛酸为钛源,均匀沉淀法制备纳米TiO2光催化剂,用TEM,XRD对所得纳米TiO2光催化剂的结构进行了表征。以获得的纳米TiO2光催化剂为吸附剂,对纳米TiO2在酸性黑NB水溶液中的吸附机制进行了实验研究。结果TiO2-NB水溶液固-液两相吸附符合Langmiur等温吸附式,测定了模型参数。确定的模型参数最大吸附量xmax为10.78 mg,吸附平衡常数q为0.257 L/mg。结论溶液的pH值对纳米TiO2-NB水溶液的吸附影响明显,pH越小表面吸附越强;IR进一步地分析了纳米TiO2-NB水溶液的吸附过程。吸附机制分析表明,NB分子在表面上的吸附是由于TiO2表面极性特性引发的表面羟基化。     

小鼠腹水癌细胞脂酶的亲和制备及一些性质的研究

在接种了血癌(L—7712)及腹水癌(Hep.A)的小鼠腹水癌细胞中存在远高于正常细胞的脂酶(Lipase)活力.本文通过免疫亲和层析方法从小鼠腹水癌细胞中纯化了该脂酶,比活力达到2000国际单位/mg.蛋白.经 SDS 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,纯度达电泳纯,为单亚基酶.分子量65kd.经等电聚焦电冰分析,等电点(PI)为5.3.     

Preparation and properties of the SmOx/Rh(100) model surface

The preparation of SmOx/Rh(100) and CO adsorption on this model surface have been investigated with Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and temperature programmed desorption spectroscopy (TDS). The oxygen adsorption on the SmRh alloy surface leads to the aggregation of Sm on the surface. The thermal treatment of this oxidized surface induces the further agglomeration of SmOx on the Rh(100) surface. Compared with CO TDS on the clean Rh(100) surface, three additional CO desorption peaks can be observed at 176, 331 and 600 K on the SmOx/Rh(100) surface. The CO desorption peak at 176 K may originate from CO adsorbed on SmOx islands, while the appearance of the CO adsorption peaks at 331 and 600 K, depending on the oxidation state of Sm, is attributed to CO species located at the interface of SmOx/Rh(100).

利用气相色谱对速克灵进行定量分析,方法线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数小于0.8%,平均回收率为100.3%.     

大孔树脂提取中药有效成分的放大研究

用两种不同的方法对大孔树脂吸附柱进行了工艺放大,确定了大柱的上柱流量,计算出其吸附量、吸附效率等参数.结果表明,采用保持柱内通过时间不变(v/L=常数)的方法进行放大,其计算值与实验值吻合较好,树脂的吸附效率在90%左右,处理能力能够满足生产需要,可以作为大孔树脂吸附柱工艺放大的依据.当上柱流量在40～170L·h-1范围内变动时,其吸附效率在71 15%～91 56%的范围之内变化.     

高效有机吸附膜吸附数学模型的建立

本文建立了高效有机吸附膜吸附数学模型，并与实验数据进行了比较，发现模型的数值计算结果与实验值基本相符，本模型具有较高的实用价值。     

Determination of certain physical and chemical characteristics of the activating serum factor from preparturient women and women with habitual abortions

Summary Follow-up investigation of the blood sera from preparturient women and women with habitual, abortions showed the presence of a factor which has an activating effect on smooth muscle preparations because it causes the release of prostaglandins. Gel-chromatographic counter flow separation and microelectrophoresis of the blood sera have shown that the isolated serum factor is a water soluble glycopeptide with a molecular weight of about 2000.
