Reflection Talbot Effect and Application

The reflection Talbot effect under the illumination of Gaussian spherical wave and plane wave is observed on 1D and 2D photonic crystal of silicon prepared by nanosecond laser. It is found that the distance between two adjacent Talbot images increases lineally with increasing of image distance as well as amplification of Talbot images under the illumination of Gaussian spherical wave. The result of theory is coincident with that of experiment, which shows that selecting suitable wavefront shape of input field can enlarge the amplification rate and improve the resolution of Talbot imaging. The reflection Talbot effect will have a lot of good application in microscopy of micro-fabrication on silicon, such as detecting period structures of plasma on line of PLD fabricating.

固定床反应器的参数灵敏性及失控行为

用Φ２５× ５ ×４２０ｍｍ的固定床反应器系统对拟一级不可逆反应进行了实验研究。实验测定了反应器系统的参数灵敏性行为，并将试验结果与理论预测的结果进行了比较从而获得了反应器安全操作的判据。此判据可以指出在给定绝热温升Ｓ下安全设计反应系统所需的最小传热能力Ｎ。     

随车吊机械臂的吊装轨迹规划方法

针对8自由度随车吊吊运作业中的抓取段路径规划问题，通过任务描述建立了其运动学模型，提出了一种笛卡尔空间的S型速度规划与关节空间的六次多项式插值相结合的方法进行轨迹规划，并进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明，该方法能够按照预定路径运动，运动过程平稳无振动，并且具有较高精度。

本文通过单因素分析和多元线性回归分析，确定了ＩＡ／ＭＡ纯棉无甲醛ＤＰ整理的最佳工艺，该法能获得相当高的ＤＰ级和干湿折皱回复角，其它指标也满足ＤＰ整理的要求。     

Fluorescence study on the interactions of PAMAM dendrimers and their derivatives with bovine serum albumin

The interactions of amino-terminated, and ethylenediamine core poly（amidoamine） （PAMAM） dendrimers and their derivatives with bovine serum albumin （BSA） were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. Experimental results showed that the fluorescence intensity of BSA decreased after the addition of different modified dendrimers, and the extent of the fluorescence quenching caused by various modified dendrimers strongly depends upon the different functional groups on their surfaces. We also investigated the influence of pH and ionic strength on the interaction between various modified dendrimers and BSA. Circular dichroism （CD） spectroscopic measurements showed that the content of α-helix structure of BSA decreased after the addition of different modified dendrimers, which indicated that dendrimers induced changes in the secondary structure of BSA.     

Maillard反应产物及其在烟草中的增香研究

制备了Ｄ－葡萄糖和Ｌ－丙氨酸在不同反应条件下反应时间和物料摩尔比的模型体系Ｍａｉｌｌａｒｄ以应产物，研究了反应条件对反应产物性质（颜色强度和卷烟中的加香效果）的影响，对加入其反应物的卷烟进行评吸认为，等摩尔的Ｄ－葡萄糖和Ｌ－丙氨酸在ｐＨ＝７，反应６ｈ反应产物具有明显的增香效果，当用木瓜蛋白酶水角处理４ｈ的低次烟加入了上述模型体系，并与其反应，新形成的Ｍａｉｌｌａｒｄ反应产物进行了比模型体系反应产和
